Laurence Tribe: Harvard Will Outlast Vindictive
‘Bully’ Trump

Harvard Law professor emeritus Laurence Tribe claimed Thursday on CNN’s “The Lead” that Harvard University will “outlast” President Donald Trump’s actions against them. Host Jake Tapper said, “How long do you think Harvard can financially afford this standoff with the Trump administration, even with your huge endowment?” Tribe said, “We’re going to stand up for basic principles for the rights of our students, for the rights of research, for the survival of the teaching hospitals as long as it takes. We can outlast this bully. What we have discovered is that he is a combination of ineptitude, vindictiveness, lawlessness and bluster.

On every post and article and comment on any adult topic, the moment I see someone use the word bully in a serious way, I stop reading and move on. Bullying is a concern for children. Adults do not bully other adults.

Funding of all education should be returned to the states, who have to balance their budgets. Unelected officials at Harvard, who assert their independence, should support themselves, rather than be dependents of American taxpayers.

Mr. Tribe, I could not care less whether Harvard survives or dies. Harvard can draw down its endowment, but when it does, I hope Congress assures it "pays its fair share" of taxes on every dollar withdrawn from that endowment before giving one red penny to the likes of you, Mr. Tribe. On your way, now, little man...

Anti-Trumpers are planning a massive, nationwide protest against President Donald Trump as part of actions from the 50501 movement over Easter weekend. The 50501 movement works under the phrase, “50 protests. 50 states. 1 movement” and describes itself as a group fighting to “uphold the Constitution and end executive overreach.” The organization’s next “day of action” falls on Saturday, April 19 — the day before Easter Sunday. “We are trying to protect our democracy against the rise of authoritarianism under the Trump administration,” Hunter Dunn, a spokesperson for the group, said according to the Washington Post. They claim that their group is not partisan in nature,

MSNBC’s Morning Joe proved once again that when it comes to violent crime, especially involving illegal immigrants, their instinct is to deflect, downplay, or dismiss. On Thursday, the panel spent over seven minutes hand-waving away mounting evidence against an alleged MS-13 gangster, more concerned with spinning the narrative than acknowledging the brutal realities tied to the Biden administration’s reckless open-border policies. Rather than confront the serious implications of letting dangerous individuals slip through the cracks, the hosts fell back on tired talking points and partisan gaslighting, showing just how out of touch the liberal media remains on law and order.

The White House practically broke X on Friday with a post showing Hollywood star Vince Vaughn posing for a photo with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office. In the now-viral post on X from the White House's official account, Trump is pictured sitting behind the Resolute Desk with the 55-year-old actor standing next to him.“President Donald J. As Matt and Sarah have touched on this week, New York's Democratic Attorney General may soon find herself in hot legal water. Letitia James famously told voters she'd use her powers to come after Donald Trump, which she then proceeded to do, pursuing a civil case for "fraud" in which the supposedly defrauded victims denied that they were defrauded or victimized. James' office used a legal approach that even the Associated Press admitted had never been applied in the same manner to anyone else, ever (James' fellow anti-Trump partisan Alvin Bragg did something similar on the criminal side in Manhattan, of course). But now,
