Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) has been speaking on the Senate floor for more than 13 hours, and has stated he will speak for as long as he is “physically able” to do so to protest what President Donald Trump was doing.
In a pre-recorded video on X, Booker explained he would be speaking on the Senate floor and talking about what Trump was doing to the United States.Booker also referenced how on April 2, reciprocal tariffs will be imposed on all countries that have tariffs on U.S. exports and noted that the tariff would lead to “more reckless steps taken” that would increase prices for Americans.

The daughter of failed Democrat vice presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is opting out of graduate school to stand against a lack of support for student protests.
In a video she posted on TikTok, Hope Walz on Sunday laid out her reasons for the decision, Fox News reported.
The young woman stated:
I applied for one school. I kind of had my heart set on it. That’s what I wanted to do. I am not going to name the institution. But given recent events, I am not going to give my money, go into debt for, or support institutions that don’t support their students and the right

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem acknowledged Monday that she was trying to send a message to migrant gang members and the American people when she was filmed and photographed inside El Salvador’s notorious mega-prison last week.
“People need to see that image,” Noem said of the striking pictures of her surrounded by rows of tattooed inmates standing obediently inside their crammed cells at the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT) in El Salvador.
“They need to see that the United States is going to use every tool that we have to make our communities safer, that that is a consequence of someone who is a terrorist,”

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, is demanding that President Donald Trump fly hundreds of suspected gang members, deported to El Salvador last month, back to the United States.
“I call on my colleagues … to demand that the Trump Administration comply with all judicial orders while appealing whichever ones they want to appeal, and to demand the return of people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of ‘gang bangers,'” Raskin said at a hearing on Tuesday.
Raskin was referring to two planeloads of

Federal District Judge Edward Chen, a Barack Obama appointee, took his turn at playing President of the United States on Monday.
Chen blocked President Trump from ending the temporary protected status for 350,000 Venezuelan illegal migrants.
Judge Chen’s move is a godsend to the estimated 350,000 Venezuelans who entered the country illegally. Many of these same illegal migrants have been wreaking havoc across the US since they entered the country under Joe Biden.
Judge Chen wants these illegals to stick around a while longer.

If it weren’t for the fact that it is Democrats doing it, it would almost be shocking that there is so much opposition to the efforts of Mr. Trump, through DOGE, to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government. What person, in their right mind, could possibly be against having THEIR tax dollars used wisely, not wasted on frivolous, unnecessary projects, or just flat being abused by unscrupulous politicians and bureaucrats? Even Bernie Sanders, back in 2008, is on tape saying that government waste should be excised. Why such hostility now?

A United States appeals court rejected a request from the Trump administration to be allowed to enforce its ban on transgender-identifying individuals serving in the U.S. military.
The Trump administration filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle “issued a preliminary injunction putting on hold the military’s new policy of identifying and discharging any transgender service members,” according to Reuters. In its appeal of Settle’s ruling, the Trump administration asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit “to put the ruling on hold,” according to the outlet.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Tuesday she is directing prosecutors to pursue the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, the young man suspected of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December.
“Luigi Mangione’s murder of Brian Thompson — an innocent man and father of two young children — was a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America,” Bondi said in a statement. “After careful consideration, I have directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty in this case as we carry out President Trump’s agenda to stop violent crime and Make America Safe Again.”

If there is any doubt where the left’s sympathies lie regarding criminal justice, news released today regarding the fate of an accused murderer should settle it for good.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson previously reported, United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was shot in the chest in December outside the Hilton hotel in Midtown Manhattan in what was a targeted attack. His killer, Luigi Mangione, was apprehended on December 9 at McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, following a nationwide manhunt.
A vigilant employee recognized Mangione, leading to his arrest. A Manhattan grand jury indicted him a week later on 11 criminal counts,

By now, you know that I’m a big fan of Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) and his unmatched ability to dismantle weak arguments with his signature Southern wit. On Monday, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, he was at the top of his game, systematically exposing the complete lack of legal authority for district judges to issue universal injunctions — a favorite tactic of the left to block President Trump’s agenda.
Questioning Assistant Attorney General nominee Brett Shumate, Kennedy systematically dismantled any justification for these sweeping judicial orders.
"Mr. Shumate, what's a universal injunction?" Kennedy asked.

Canadian signer Michael Bublé delivered a patriotic monologue on Sunday in which he declared his country is “not for sale” and “the greatest nation on earth,” an apparent response to President Donald Trump repeatedly suggesting that America could annex Canada.
Bublé made the remarks while hosting Canada’s Juno Awards, an annual music event. He did not mention Trump by name or offer any explicit political endorsement or condemnation – notable given that Canada is heading for a general election on April 28 contested mostly between incumbent, unelected Liberal Prime Minister Mark Carney and Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre.

Last week, the New York Post reported that “DOGEQUEST,” an anonymous website, had published a partial list of Tesla owners’ names, addresses, and phone numbers. The site, since deleted, featured a Molotov cocktail image as a cursor, and a map of supposed Tesla owners and “DOGE landmarks.”
Tesla CEO Elon Musk described the doxxing site as an example of “extreme domestic terrorism;” the White House agreed. In the Department of Justice’s press release announcing charges against three suspected Tesla arsonists, Attorney General Pam Bondi warned would-be criminals, “if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”
