Denmark on Friday found itself in President Donald Trump’s crosshairs. Trump appears to be honing in on what his administration is now arguing is a failure by Copenhagen to protect Greenland from Russian and Chinese aggression. [Snip] Vance said that Russia and China have been largely running unchecked in the area and "encroaching" on Greenland without proper protection from Denmark. [Snip] "When the President says we've got to have Greenland, he's saying this island is not safe,... A Biden-appointed US attorney who resigned on President Donald Trump's first day in office had suffered from epilepsy before she died in her sleep, her family revealed.
Jessica Aber, 43, once the top prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia, was found unresponsive in her Washington DC home on Saturday. [Snip] ...Aber's family has told ABC News she suffered from epilepsy and epileptic seizures for many years. Such a condition could cause fatal asphyxiation or heart problems, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Fatal epileptic seizures, known as Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy, are rare, but are considered a major risk for people who suffer from the disorder.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order requiring people to provide proof of American citizenship when they register to vote and demanding that all ballots be reviewed by Election Day. The order requires government-issued proof of U.S. citizenship on its voter registration forms, directs the attorney general to enter into information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law violations and conditions federal election-related funds on states complying with federal election integrity measures. [Snip] Documentary proof of citizenship includes a U.S. passport, a REAL ID or military, state or federally-issued identification indicating American citizenship.

On March 7, I argued in The Federalist that President Donald Trump should ignore a Supreme Court that would allow lower courts to refuse to uphold the Constitution and instead encroach on executive authority. [Snip] They do not check executive power--they seize it, substituting judicial preference for the president’s constitutional role. Article II gives Trump, not judges, authority over federal agencies and the military. [Snip] If Congress will not curb this overreach through impeachment--and with a divided Senate it likely cannot--the president must step in. [Snip] The American people expect Trump to do the job he promised. In an unprecedented fashion, he is doing just that.

FIRST ON FOX: The House Judiciary Committee is expected to hold a hearing early next week looking into the issue of "activist judges," three people familiar with discussions told Fox News Digital. [Snip] House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, also confirmed on Fox News' "America's Newsroom" that he intended to hold hearings on "activist judges" opposing the administration. He said he expects a House-wide vote next week on a bill...to block district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions. [Snip] ...House leaders were wary of the impeachment route given the intense political maneuvering such a measure would take--only for it to likely die in the Senate.
