I’m not sure Jill Biden gets it, and this is a political initiative by Mrs. Biden because the Democrats are done with this man. The elderly crust of the Democratic Party has yet to figure out that the base wants to turn the page on the Clintons and the Bidens—which have become two loser organizations. Hillary Clinton couldn’t do it, and Joe Biden is half brain-dead. Lady MacBeth wants back in on public life, and the family is reportedly offering services to rebuild the party. It’s not been well-received (via NBC News): Former President Joe Biden has told some Democratic leaders he’ll raise funds, campaign and do anything else necessary

“We’re not going to allow this mass deportation,” New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) said during an appearance on The David Pakman Show, making it clear that state police will not cooperate.
“We’re not going to allow this mass deportation,” Hochul said, explaining that they will cooperate only when there is a warrant or someone is on the terrorism watch list.
“Where we will cooperate — and I did this even under the Biden administration — if you have a warrant, or you know, someone’s on a terrorism watch list or committing crimes in their home country, or committing crimes here, that’s a different category,

Washington — Top Trump officials including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Vice President JD Vance allegedly discussed the details of a highly sensitive operation to bomb Houthi targets in Yemen in a group chat that inadvertently included Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor in chief of The Atlantic, Goldberg wrote on Monday.
As a Cabinet meeting unfolded at the White House on Monday afternoon, Goldberg published a piece detailing how he was added to the chat on the encrypted messaging app Signal earlier this month by an account sharing the name of White House national security adviser Mike Waltz. Later, Goldberg said an account named "Pete Hegseth"

Former President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, broke cover to hobnob with celebs in the Big Apple for the opening night of “Othello” on Broadway — just days after Democrats ripped his apparent push to re-enter the party spotlight.
The 82-year-old former president was among the VIPs in attendance Sunday as two of Hollywood’s biggest stars, Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal, took to the stage in the timeless Shakespeare tragedy.
Dressed in a black tuxedo, the 46th prez gave a quick wave as he hopped out of his motorcade and was ushered into the Barrymore Theatre in Midtown Manhattan ahead of the star-studded performance.

A popular LGBTQ nightclub in Sacramento, California, is prohibiting patrons who wear MAGA-related attire from entering the establishment.
Badlands, in the city’s Lavender Heights district, announced the policy on social media. Management claimed they were motivated to impose the ban after a patron wore a MAGA hat while in the bar, leading some patrons to complain that they were made to feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
“At Badlands Sacramento, we are committed to creating a space where the LGBTQ+ community and our allies feel safe, welcomed, and respected,” TJ Bruce, the bar’s owner, wrote in a social media post. “Recently, a guest entered the bar wearing MAGA attire,

Sparks flew during a closely-watched federal appeals court hearing Monday afternoon — with a Barack Obama-appointed judge tearing into the Trump administration’s plans to mass-deport alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
Judge Patricia Millett, a member of the bench since 2013, dominated much of the questioning — grilling a Justice Department lawyer over due process concerns for the 260 purported illegal migrants shipped to a notorious El Salvador prison earlier this month under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
“There were planeloads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people,” Millett exclaimed at one point. “Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act

After Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders and New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez discussed the size of their recent political rally in Denver, Colorado, a data expert and entrepreneur raised doubts about the size and supposed grassroots nature of the crowd. (Snip) According to GPS, there were only 20,189 devices at the rally, meaning the crowd size appeared to be smaller than what Sanders had claimed. Seruga said that “84% of the devices present had attended 9 or more Kamala Harris rallies, antifa/blm, pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protests,” while “31% had attended over 20.” He added that beyond GPS data, he looked

President Trump has criticized “second-rate movie star” George Clooney’s appearance on “60 Minutes,” dismissing the interview as a “total puff piece.”
On Sunday, the 2-time Oscar winner appeared on the news program to promote his Broadway debut — which sees him portray renowned journalist Edward R. Murrow in “Good Night and Good Luck.”
Clooney, 63, also spoke about his decision to drop his support for former president Joe Biden, before taking aim at the Trump administration. (Photo) But the interview appeared to leave a bad taste in Trump’s mouth, as the POTUS took to Truth Social to set the record straight on his thoughts about the Hollywood actor.

Tren de Aragua migrants must be allowed to appeal their deportations ordered under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, Judge James Boasberg ruled Monday.
The ruling is likely to be appealed — in part, because President Donald Trump’s deputies say the judiciary has no role when the President invokes the 1798 act to deport aliens amid an invasion or a “predatory incursion” of the United States.
“This is unconstitutional,” responded Stephen Miller, the President’s deputy chief of staff.
The judge’s decision did not challenge the 1798 law itself but argued that migrants can claim they are not covered

A former officer in the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) says the number of illegal aliens fleeing the United States over the northern border into Canada has surged due to President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement policies.
And an actual Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel smuggler confirmed business is booming in the opposite direction as illegals, through his assistance, are self-deporting to the Great White North.
The news comes from a "60 Minutes Overtime" segment airing Sunday night.
Kelly Sundberg, who spent 15 years with the CBSA and now researches border security as a professor at Mount Royal University in Calgary, spoke to the CBS show. He fretted that Trump's policies have already increased

New York— During the first Trump administration, the biggest concern for many journalists was labels. Would they, or their news outlet, be called “fake news” or an “enemy of the people” by a president and his supporters?
They now face a more assertive President Donald Trump. In two months, a blitz of action by the nation’s new administration — Trump, chapter two — has journalists on their heels.
Lawsuits. A newly aggressive Federal Communications Commission. An effort to control the press corps that covers the president, prompting legal action by The Associated Press. A gutted Voice of America. Public data stripped from websites. And attacks, amplified anew.

It's getting to the point that whenever we read or hear of another racist incident, such as a noose, racist graffiti, or threatening note, we sit back and wait for it to be revealed as a hoax. Case in point: In Allentown, Pennsylvania, a city employee, LaTarsha Brown, claimed to have found a noose on her desk.
Now she's in trouble because she allegedly put it there and made a false report.
Allentown officials announced charges Monday against a city employee, alleging that she made a false police report and tampered with evidence after reporting she found a noose on her desk in January.
