On Wednesday, Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) provided yet another example of her desire to score cheap political points through childish stunts rather than focusing on America’s safety.
During a House Oversight Committee hearing on sanctuary cities, Stansbury launched a profanity-filled tired rather than asking poignant questions of the failed Mayors of sanctuary cities testifying before the committee.
According to Stansbury, President Trump’s efforts to remove child rapists, murderers, and other violent illegals from our streets is “absolute bulls***.”

We've been covering how extremely anti-Trump Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) has been, especially recently, throwing out all sorts of accusations about President Donald Trump. Just when it seems she couldn't go any further, she comes up with a worse comment. Democrats' performative tricks weren't merely limited to the outbursts in the chamber on Tuesday night when Trump gave a speech before a joint session of Congress. Crockett did her own event, "24-Hour State of the People Marathon," meant to counter Trump's speech. It was then that she made some rather noteworthy remarks about Trump, immigration, and black people.

On Tuesday, President Trump gave his first major speech to a joint session of Congress, and it was a big deal. One thing in particular, though, had ears perking up all across the Great Land - you could almost hear them. That thing was the president's announcement of an intended natural gas pipeline, from the North Slope to the Kenai Peninsula town of Nikiski.
And it will be a huge, beautiful pipeline:
“My administration is working on a gigantic natural gas pipeline in Alaska, among the largest in the world, where Japan, South Korea and other nations want to be

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has cancelled the lease for the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago, according to reports.
DOGE included the library, which is currently in Chicago’s Hoffman Estates, in its extensive list of federal lease terminations. However, the library was already scheduled to closed and move to a new location, so the termination of the lease may not have any meaningful or major impacts.
According to Fox News:
The DOGE website did not provide a timetable for the closures, although a NARA spokesperson told Fox News Digital the Hoffman Estates library was scheduled to close in late Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 and move to College Park

You love to see it.
President Trump on Thursday stripped security clearances of the employees at DNC law firm Perkins Coie.
Recall that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid law firm Perkins Coie more than $1 million to hire oppo research firm Fusion GPS to peddle the bogus ‘Trump-Russia’ dossier during the 2016 election.
Former British spy Christopher Steele compiled over a dozen memos alleging the Russians had blackmail on Trump and that his associates were conspiring with the Kremlin to win the 2016 election.

The busy moon season continues unabated, as the second US spacecraft will attempt to land on the moon in less than a week.
The privately built robotic lander, Athena, was developed by Intuitive Machines. It was launched on Feb. 26 and has been approaching the moon for the past week.
Space.com reported:
“At roughly the size of a dishwasher, the six-legged craft aims to touch down at a site in the moon’s south polar region, then spend a week looking for the possible presence of water ice below the lunar surface.

The more we look back on the shenanigans of the now-thankfully-departed Biden administration, the more it seems like the Energizer Bunny on crack: It just keeps getting dumber, and dumber, and dumber.Case in point: In the name of "green energy," the Biden administration shoveled $3 billion in taxpayer money as a "loan" into a solar panel company called Sunnova Energy. Now that company is going bankrupt - and that's not even the worst part.
Sunnova Energy said on Monday that its current finances are "not sufficient to meet obligations and fund operations for a period of at least one year from the date we issue

Cairo—The Hamas militant group on Thursday brushed off President Donald Trump’s latest threat and reiterated that it will only free the remaining Israeli hostages in exchange for a lasting ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Hamas accused Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of trying to back out of the ceasefire agreement they reached in January. The agreement calls for negotiations over a second phase in which the hostages would be released in exchange for more Palestinian prisoners, a permanent ceasefire and an Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
Hamas spokesman Abdel-Latif al-Qanoua said the “best path to free the remaining Israeli hostages” is through negotiations on that phase, which were supposed to begin

President Donald Trump's speech to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night was one for the ages. The day after, many political pundits commented that they believed this was Trump's best speech and one of the best political speeches ever given. Democrats attempted to smear Trump's address with a vast array of childish and petty shenanigans. When those didn't work, all semblance of any humanity collectively escaped them as many of Trump's guests were introduced and their stories told. For all of their virtue signaling by wearing pink, yellow and blue, or black, Donald Trump made Democrats reveal who they really are.

On March 4, 2025, President Donald J. Trump stood before a fractious Congress and a watching nation to deliver not just a speech, but a historic call: America’s renewal is at hand. His 99-minute address to the Joint Session — a marathon of ambition and unapologetic nationalism — marked the bold opening salvo of a second term that promises to reshape the Republic. For conservatives, this was a manifesto of reclaimed sovereignty, a rejection of globalist malaise, and a blueprint for a civilization poised to reclaim its dynamism. Yet as the dust settles, we must weigh this vision’s brilliance against its burdens, for the path to greatness

A CNN fact-check of President Trump’s speech to a Joint Session of Congress on Tuesday, claiming that the President made up a finding that $8 million was spent to give mice transgender treatments, has been retracted after the White House provided proof of the claim.
The dishonest fact-checkers got caught lying again.
President Trump, while delivering his Joint Address to Congress on Tuesday, outlined some examples of waste fraud and abuse discovered by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), including “$8 million for making mice transgender.”
“We found hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud,

Now that Republicans have control of Congress and the White House and Trump’s “government efficiency” czars are looking hard at slicing the funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), it bears repeating: “public broadcasting” is not serving the public. It serves a narrow slice of America, an audience of wealthy liberal elites.
A recent survey of NPR listeners found only 11 percent described themselves as very or somewhat conservative, 21 percent as middle of the road, and 67 percent of listeners said they were very or somewhat liberal. Those people should pay for all of it.
