We could also ask how well it’s going for Republicans. But what fun is that? Earlier today, the New York Times reported that Democrats can’t decide on the next steps after an embarrassing national-election loss. Should they make some significant changes, or stay the course and hope that Donald Trump will make them look better in comparison? Well, Quinnipiac just dropped a big data point on that question: Just 31 percent of voters have a favorable opinion of the Democratic Party, while 57 percent have an unfavorable opinion, the lowest mark since Quinnipiac started asking that question. In the opposite direction, Republicans have a new high in Quinnipiac

Dems always overreach when they are in power, but over the past four years, they have set an overreach record. They made a mess of things and the voters knew it. The good news is that the Dems are ignoring reality and are doubling down on their insane policies.

Democrats have overreached for the last several decades but the power grab of the last four years was especially severe AND sinister. That is because they frankly didn't expect to ever lose power. The election theft gravy train would run on forever (it almost did). So didn't care for the consequences. When they realize that it has they will stop digging.

The democrat party started to really go downhill when Obama came on the scene. And it's still going downhill. Their obnoxious 'leaders' Obama, Schumer, Pelosi, Biden, etc. are greasing the slide. The left media is also accelerating the downhill trend with their stupidity. The democratic party offers nothing that the American people want.

Jontay Porter may not have been the only NBA player involved in manipulating performance for sports bettors. Federal investigators are looking into unusual betting activity relating to current Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier during his time with the Hornets, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday. The 30-year-old Rozier left a March 23, 2023 game after less than 10 minutes played against the New Orleans Pelicans and received a strong amount of betting interest on his Unders for the game. Rozier has not been accused of a crime or wrongdoing, the report said.

U.S. senators’ private concerns with Tulsi Gabbard’s history of unconventional national security views burst into public view on Thursday when the director of intelligence nominee — a former Hawaii congresswoman, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, and lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve — sat before the Senate Intelligence Committee for a tense confirmation hearing that did little to dispel the narrative that her path to confirmation remains narrow. Senate Republicans have a 53-seat majority this Congress and Vice President JD Vance can break a tie in a confirmation vote on the floor. But she must first clear the Senate Intelligence Committee, where Republicans have a one-seat majority and a single defection

Kash Patel, President Donald Trump’s pick to run the FBI, sat for a confirmation hearing Thursday where lawmakers focused on high profile instances of FBI misconduct and Patel’s inflammatory political commentary. Senator Josh Hawley (R., Mo.) brought up an FBI memo listing Catholic parishes the bureau believed harbored extremists and could offer opportunities for recruiting informants. The memo, which was leaked by former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin, targeted “Radical Traditionalist Catholics” and was authored by the FBI’s Richmond field office. Appearing before Congress in July of last year, then-FBI Director Christopher Wray refused to tell Representative Jim Jordan who specifically authored the memo.

On January 29th, 2025, the United States suffered its first hull loss of a passenger airliner since the Colgan crash of 2009. Tragically, 67 people appear to have perished after a mid-air collision between a CRJ-700 regional jet operated by PSA (contracted by American Airlines) and a military UH-60 Blackhawk. The CRJ was flying a circling approach to runway 33 at Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), which sits directly across the river from the nation's Capitol. In layman's terms, they were flying down the Potomac with the end of the approach being a low-altitude left turn onto short final to land

President Trump signed an executive order to prohibit federal funds from going to K-12 public schools that teach critical race theory (CRT) or gender issues. The order, which could quickly face legal challenges, “prohibits federal funding of the indoctrination of children which includes radical gender ideology and critical race theory in the classroom.” The Education secretary and Defense secretary — for schools run by the defense department — are ordered to create a strategy for ending “indoctrination in K-12 education” within 90 days. The order also reinstates the 1776 Commission Trump created in his first term, telling all executive agencies to “prioritize the advancement of patriotic education.”

The Trump administration rescinded a memo freezing most federal grants and loans on Wednesday, one day after the measure was temporarily paused by a federal district judge, though the White House clarified shortly thereafter that the underlying executive order remains in effect. U.S. District judge Loren L. AliKhan issued an administrative stay on the measure on Tuesday night, moments before it was supposed to go into effect. The order had blocked the freeze from going into effect until at least Monday after a network of nonprofit groups filed a legal challenge against the measure. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) director Matthew Vaeth previously ordered agencies to “temporarily

WASHINGTON - Americans have a dim view of some of President Donald Trump's early barrage of executive orders, including his attempt to do away with so-called birthright citizenship and his decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found. Since taking office on Jan. 20, the Republican president has moved quickly to crack down on immigration and scale back the size of government, efforts that respondents to the three-day poll that closed on Sunday look on more favorably. Overall, the poll showed 45% of Americans approve of Trump's performance as president, down slightly

Whether it’s Stephen Miller at the podium or a U.S. senator they are all agreeing to the premise of Project 2025. Which is they want to hoard opportunity and legalize discrimination. In the Golden Age of Hollywood, studios kept a tight leash on their stars. No matter how bizarre, debauched, or anti-American the star was, the studio publicity departments ensured that the people who paid for movie tickets saw the stars as wholesome, intelligent, and patriotic. After the debacle of Rachel Zegler’s solo press appearances for the new Snow White movie, one might think that Disney had learned that its actors aren’t safe when left to play on their own. But, noooo. This time, Anthony Mackie, the star of Disney’s newest Captain America movie, let the world know that he has nothing but disdain for America.
