Attorneys for Rudy Giuliani and two former Georgia election workers said Thursday they have reached a tentative settlement, a remarkable twist that would end the workers’ extensive litigation to collect their $146 million defamation judgment. [Snip] The notice, which included sparse details about the settlement, indicated that the agreement would “fully resolve” the disputes and result in “the conclusion of all litigation” pending between Giuliani and Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. [Snip] In a statement on social platform X, Giuliani confirmed he reached an agreement with the women but said the resolution does not involve “an admission of liability or wrongdoing by any of the Parties.”

The case was absurd from Day 1. $146 million was never going to be paid. I doubt he could pay even a $1 million.

Rudy's lawyers probably said, 'Not one cent' is my guess. The case is pure lawfare. The people pushing this case probably cannot stand up to scrutiny so now they want it over before Trump becomes President. Did Fox ever pay their 890 million fine to Dominion? Did Trump ever pay his 300 million fine? They better not hold their collective breaths waiting for payment. All they have done is make a mockery of the judicial system. People disregarded rulings because they were preposterous.

And these 'Georgia election workers' didn't appear to ever face scrutiny over their action that were clearly caught on CC TV cameras. How odd. There seems to be a lot of corrupt bureaucrats in Georgia.
