An eye-opening heatmap exclusively shared with DailyMail.com shows the shocking scale of apparent drone activity in one New Jersey county as the mystery aircraft continue to shuttle through the skies.
The Garden State has been at the epicenter of the recent flurry of flying objects which have baffled experts and concerned local lawmakers - as the central government flounders to provide concrete answers about what's going on.
A whopping 964 incidents have been logged in New Jersey since the first sighting on November 19 up until December 13, according to statistics collected by the state's Office of Emergency Management and shared with the New York Post.

Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that “more transparency” from the federal government was needed on the mysterious drones seen over the East Coast.
Partial transcript as follows:
MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to ask you about President Biden. This past week, he had this record number of commutations, 1500 Americans more than any president in any single day. Among them, though, there was a judge involved in a so called “Cash for kids” scheme–
KLOBUCHAR: I did not like that one. Nope.
BRENNAN: –that sent thousands to jail for millions of dollars, a man who

New Jersey-based attorney Alina Habba hit the nation’s radar back in 2021, becoming President-elect Trump's fierce legal defender and then spokeswoman as he battled an onslaught of legal cases and criminal charges ahead of his decisive win against Vice President Kamala Harris last month.
Now, Habba is readying to take on a new role: counselor to the president under Trump's second administration.
"Alina has been a tireless advocate for Justice, a fierce Defender of the Rule of Law, and an invaluable Advisor to my Campaign and Transition Team," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social last week, announcing her new role. "She has been unwavering in her loyalty,

In March, ABC Host and former Clinton operative George Stephanopoulos repeated the false claim that Trump had been found liable for rape. He added that Trump’s remarks about Carroll were defaming to a victim of said rape. That’s not what the jury found in that case. Stephanopoulos was sparring with Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) when he landed the network into legal trouble. The network also had to pay for Trump’s legal costs, and they had to offer an apology (via Fox News): (Video) ABC News and its top anchor George Stephanopoulos have reached a settlement with Donald Trump in his defamation suit, which will result in the news network

Actor-comedian Chris Rock used his opening monologue on NBC’s Saturday Night Live to take a few parting jabs at Joe Biden, joking that the president gave the “middle finger” to America when he preemptively pardoned his son, Hunter.
Chris Rock hosted SNL this weekend and wasted little time in unleashing a series of political jokes. “Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden. I gotta hand it to Joe, man. You know, he don’t move as fast as he used to. He don’t talk as fast as he used to, you know? But that middle finger still works, boy,” Rock said.

In a bold and unprecedented move, President-elect Donald Trump has extended invitations to a range of global leaders, including China's President Xi Jinping, to attend his upcoming inauguration. This decision, especially considering an expected trade war, reflects Trump's longstanding commitment to fostering international relationships and highlights his belief in the importance of diplomacy and open dialogue with key figures on the world stage. The invitations, especially to rival leaders, show that Trump is signaling his intent to maintain a firm foreign policy and prioritize American interests while engaging with international counterparts.

Last month, in November 2024, Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) narrowly approved an optional curriculum that would allow stories from the Bible to be taught to K-5 elementary school children. Even though three Republicans joined the board’s four Democratic members to reject the course of study, the SBOE accepted the Bluebonnet reading curriculum in an 8-7 vote.
According to a May 2024 Texas Education Agency (TEA) press release, the reading lessons use a classical education model and include not only Bible-infused courses, but also teach students about art, history, culture, science, and technology. School districts who decide to use the material will receive up to $60 per student

Lindsey Kornick at Fox News reports former CNN host Don Lemon insulted Time magazine as a "joke" after they felt forced to choose President-elect Donald Trump as their Person of the Year.
Lemon hosted a TikTok Live segment where he sounded like he was still hosting at CNN, lamenting that Time was taking a stand against democracy....by sadly acknowledging that Trump solidly won an election, despite every lefty claiming he would end democracy.
How quickly Lemon forgets! Time is the magazine who touted "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election." They touted how the Left "fortified" democracy against Trump.

Hilarity ensued on social media Saturday when President-elect Donald Trump posted a meme depicting former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) as the culprit behind the mysterious drone sightings across the northeast.
The image, which appears to be AI-generated, shows Christie hunched over a large spread of McDonald’s food while half a dozen drones fly toward him with more fast-food deliveries in tow: (Photo) Trump shared the picture across several social media platforms, including Instagram, Truth Social, and X, receiving a total of well over one million likes.
As he posted the meme uncaptioned, the incoming president left the implications rather open-ended

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that his agency was “limited” in its authority to shoot down drones.
Mayorkas said, “There are thousands of drones flown every day in the United States, recreational drones, commercial drones. That is the reality, and in September of 2023, the Federal Aviation Administration, the FAA, changed the rules so that drones could fly at night, and that may be one of the reasons why now people are seeing more drones than they did before, especially from dawn to dusk. So that is the reality, but I want to assure the American public that we are on it.

Federal officials are set to deploy a high-tech drone detection system to New York State as swarms of unidentified flying objects popping up in the tri-state area continue to leave experts perplexed.
The new system will help state and local law enforcement in their investigation into the mysterious drones that have been spotted flickering across the night sky over the past month, Gov. Kathy Hochul said Sunday.
“In response to my calls for additional resources, our federal partners are deploying a state-of-the-art drone detection system to New York State,” Hochul said. (Photos) Despite the boost, Hochul said additional support was needed from Congress to help provide greater resources.

President-elect Donald Trump was the real star of the Army-Navy game as he entered the stadium with a power group in tow. Alongside him were Vice President-elect JD Vance, his pick for defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, and Daniel Penny, the man who was acquitted for putting Jordan Neely in a chokehold on the subway. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson; incoming Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Elon Musk, and Tulsi Gabbard, Trump's choice for director of national intelligence, were also there.
