Donald Trump appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday and laid into (soon to be former) FBI Director Christopher Wray over his participation in the weaponization of the Justice Department that has taken place under the Biden-Harris regime. The president-elect was angered that Wray “invaded” his home during the FBI’s August 2002 Mar-a-Lago raid in the classified documents case and also that the director spread conspiracy theories about the July assassination attempt on Trump.KRISTEN WELKER: Sir, are you going to fire the current FBI director, Christopher Wray, who you appointed? PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD TRUMP: Well, I can’t say I’m thrilled with him. He invaded my home.

Trump won't make the same mistakes he made appointing people like he did in his first term. Unfortunately, he trusted Wray. Can't do that because democrats can't be trusted to do the right thing when politics are involved.

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is calling on Daniel Penny to go after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg following Penny’s Monday acquittal by a New York City jury in his subway chokehold case. Bragg failed to convict the 26-year-old Penny for criminally negligent homicide in relation to an incident in which Penny confronted and subdued Jordan Neely, a homeless man who was high on drugs and threatening passengers in a New York subway car in May 2023 before Penny subdued him. Following Penny’s acquittal, Cruz urged the former U.S. Marine to sue Bragg for malicious prosecution in a statement obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

A conservative influencer who helped President-elect Donald Trump claim victory in Pennsylvania is now focusing on New Jersey—a state that he suggests could flip red in upcoming elections. In November, Vice President Kamala Harris secured victory in New Jersey with 52% of the vote, defeating President-elect Donald Trump by just under six points in a state that was never considered a battleground. The gap between the two candidates was much tighter than in 2020, when President Biden carried the state by almost 16 points. Some analysts now suggest New Jersey has transitioned from a blue state to a swing state.

“The View” co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro got into a heated exchange Monday over whether it’s time to start “panicking” about President-elect Donald Trump’s return to the Oval Office. Goldberg set off the anti-Trump Republican strategist after suggesting that viewers should spend the holidays and the six weeks leading up to Inauguration Day (Jan. 20) with their families or working – but not in a frenzy over the incoming administration. (Photo) “Listen, he makes lots and lots and lots of noise,” Goldberg, 69, said of Trump. “He says he’s going to do all these things. … He does this to keep you all in a panic.

Mangione, 26, is an 'anti-capitalist' Ivy League graduate. He was taken into custody after a McDonald's employee in Altoona, around 100 miles east of Pittsburgh, believed they recognized him as the gunman. He reportedly had a 3D-printed ghost gun similar to the one used in the Wednesday morning murder, along with a gun silencer, a manifesto, and four fake IDs when he was arrested by cops.

Liz Cheney, a former member of the partisan January 6 Committee, said Monday that she should not go to jail for allegedly destroying 117 of the panel’s files. President-elect Donald Trump accused members of the partisan panel on Sunday of destroying committee evidence that he said exonerated him from allegations of wrongdoing. The accusation came after Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), who led the House Administration Committee’s oversight investigation, said in January his computer forensic investigators discovered that 117 files went missing, presumably deleted or encrypted by the panel’s members.

Penny, 26, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. The judge dismissed the second-degree manslaughter charge against Penny on Friday after jurors said they could not come to a unanimous decision. The jury could only consider the negligent homicide charge if Penny was cleared of manslaughter, which is what the dismissal did.

Pope Francis unveiled the annual nativity scene at the Vatican over the weekend - raising some eyebrows in the process. A noticeable addition this year saw the seminal scene's baby Jesus draped in a keffiyeh - a traditional scarf used by Palestinians as a national symbol. Jesus was born into a Jewish family in Bethlehem some 2,000 years ago - and his death triggered the birth of Christianity. A statement from the wheelchair-bound pontiff, moreover, saw him humbly ask onlookers for peace in the Middle East, weeks after he called for an investigation into what he said may be a 'genocide' occurring in the Gaza Strip.

President Joe Biden delivered a short address from the White House on Sunday, claiming credit for the toppling of the regime of Syrian dictator Bashar Assad, who was ousted by rebels after a long and brutal reign lasting decades. Biden claimed that a combination of U.S. policies — isolating Assad; tying Russia down in Ukraine; and allowing Israel freedom of action against Iran and its Hezbollah proxy — weakened the regime and left it without defenders. Biden said: Over the past four years, my administration pursued a clear, principled policy towards Syria. First, we made clear from the start that sanctions on Assad would remain in place unless

There was one notable absence, though. President Joe Biden was nowhere to be found. Instead, Jill Biden showed up with her daughter. That alone spurred questions given the president has long claimed to be a "devout Catholic." Yet, he couldn't be bothered to show up for a once-in-a-lifetime event that other world leaders flocked to? Of course, while the White House will likely claim a scheduling conflict (there was nothing on the president's schedule for Saturday),
