Election Night Watch Party

President Joe Biden will not attend the election night watch party of his vice president and current Democrat nominee, Kamala Harris. Biden will be watching the results just two miles away, in what appears to be the latest snub between the president and Harris. “Tonight, the president and First Lady will watch election results in the White House residence with longtime aides and senior White House staff,” a White House official told the Washington Examiner. “The president will receive regular updates on the state of races across the country.”

New Jersey appeared to move into swing state territory as former President and current President-elect Donald Trump came closer to winning the state than any Republican candidate has in decades. Vice President Kamala Harris ended up winning New Jersey with 51.5 percent of the vote, or 2,096,873 votes, while Trump received 46.5 percent of the vote, or 1,893,210 votes, according to the New York Times. While Trump still lost the state, he came closer to winning the state than he had in the 2020 and 2016 presidential elections. In the 2020 presidential election, President Joe Biden received 57.1 percent of the vote in New Jersey,

Ivanka Trump was by her father’s side as he was won the Presidency for a historic second term – but it doesn’t mean she will join him in the White House, sources say. The statuesque blonde is preparing to be First Daughter a second time, however, she and her husband Jared Kusher have spent the past few years settling into Miami life and have no plans for a return to the political fray. The couple, both 43, moved to Florida after a tumultuous few years in Washington D.C. where they both worked in Trump’s 2017 to 2020 administration as advisers. Doing so lost them some of their more liberal friends in the process,

It was a blue mirage. Liberals were confident in beating Donald Trump, despite Kamala Harris's lack of intelligence and political acumen to be president. The polls showed a close race. It ended up being much like 2016—Trump cinched an Electoral College landslide, and he’s going to win the popular vote. On both fronts of their coping sessions, the Left has nothing. You can’t seethe about the Electoral College when Trump won the popular vote. It's time for the Left to realize that Trump isn’t a fluke—he’s at the helm of a movement that outright slaughtered the Democrats last night. Republicans are retaking the White House, retaining the House, and retaking

President-elect Donald Trump won the county in the United States with the highest percentage of Latinos by 16 points after losing it by 60 points in 2016. Latinos make up 97.7% of Starr County, which is situated on the Texas-Mexico border. The county voted Democrat in every presidential election since 1892, usually voting 80%-90% for Democrats. Previously, the only outliers were Richard Nixon’s landslide in 1972 and the 2020 election, when the Democratic share was only in the 50% range. On Tuesday, Trump finally flipped the county with 57.7% of the vote compared to Vice President Kamala Harris’s 41.8%.

In 2016, roughly 87% of Trump voters were white. But in 2024, nearly one in five Trump voters were black, Latino, Native American, or “people of color.” The media were flabbergasted. After all, the Democrats did everything they could to disrupt Trump’s momentum with minorities: They called him Hitler. They called him a racist. They called him a fascist. They called him a white supremacist. But throughout all their hysterical name-calling, they overlooked one important thing: Illegal immigration was disproportionately injuring non-white Americans. If you’re a rich white liberal, illegal immigration is a net positive.

President-elect Donald Trump — fresh off his emphatic victory over Vice President Kamala Harris — is spending Wednesday with his team in Palm Beach strategizing about how to fill out his second administration. The Trump transition team has been at work for months and are preparing for an internal “unveiling,” campaign adviser Brian Hughes told The Post — though the discussion among aides this week is expected to focus on process rather than particular nominee names. Sources close to the Trump campaign said they expect a series of Republican Senate victories to ease Trump’s return to power — allowing him greater flexibility to go with his gut and pick Cabinet secretaries

In the wee hours of Wednesday morning, as they were waiting for the election workers in the so-called “blue wall” to tell them what they already knew, CNN’s Van Jones blamed sexism and racism for why Vice President Kamala Harris lost to President-elect Trump. “I am thinking about the people who are not a part of anybody's elite, who are hurting tonight,” he bloviated. Speaking as though he was delivering a sermon, Jones opined about how this election supposedly told black women that America rejected them, how they hoped Harris would essentially liberate them, and lamented how their hard work didn’t pay off:

Today is a day of despair, and it would be futile to tell those who fear and grieve for what is to come in America that they will be OK. It would also be dishonest: many of us, in truth, will not be OK. Donald Trump has decisively won the American election. He and his Republican allies have promised mass deportations that will ruin lives and sunder families; they have threatened to dismantle the Affordable Care Act and appoint the anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist Robert F Kennedy Jr to a position of authority on public health. They have pledged vast cuts to social security and Medicare, .

Vice President Kamala Harris can still become the first female President of the United States of America — but only if President Joe Biden resigns. Harris lost decisively to former President Donald Trump — now president-elect Trump — on Tuesday, dashing hopes that a woman would finally break through the “glass ceiling” and reach the Oval Office. But she still can — if Biden follows through on a promise to be a “transitional” candidate, and steps aside for Harris. If he does not, Biden will have consigned Harris to the ignominious task of presiding over the Senate during the certification of Donald Trump’s victory over her on January 6.
