Former Biden White House Adviser Susan Rice melted down on X after the Washington Post refused to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris, marking a highly embarrassing moment for her campaign.
Rice, who critics said actually was a de facto president under Biden, blasted the leftist outlet in a series of tweets Friday afternoon, first saying she is “disgusted.”
“As a DC native and lifelong subscriber to the Post, I’m disgusted. You have lost us,” she wrote in her first post. [Tweet]
Rice’s rage did not let up. Three minutes later, she mocked the Post’s slogan, “Democracy Dies in Darkness.”

The Republican National Convention (RNC) won a massive election integrity victory, undermining unlawful ballot counting laws in Democrat states.
On Friday, the RNC secured a win in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled that mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day cannot be counted under federal law. This comes as Democrats have claimed it will take days to count all the ballots due to late mail-in votes.
Circuit Judge Andrew S. Oldham ruled that “Congress statutorily designated a singular ‘day for the election’ of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors. Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this ‘day for the election’

In a scene that I don't think has ever played out in politics, the podcast host and owner of The Daily Wire faced off against 25 Kamala Harris supporters, and the results were incredible. If you thought leftists were vapid and unable to articulate basic defenses of their positions before, just wait until you hear some of this.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just delivered a win for election integrity and a blow to the Democrat rigging machine, a sign of hope not long before Election Day 2024. On Oct. 25, the Fifth Circuit Court ruling in Republican National Committee v. It is not even consistent with Mississippi’s own law, the ruling states!

As we've learned over the years watching tight presidential races, each state holds its own election and has its own set of rules as to how it is administered. This makes for some stark differences in, for instance, deadlines set by states for accepting absentee or mail-in ballots. Mississippi allows ballot receipt up to five days after Election Day. Until now, that is. On Friday afternoon, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision holding that ballots must be both cast and received by Election Day and that Mississippi's law is preempted by federal law.

I think Democrats are starting to realize they made a big mistake with their installation of Kamala Harris without even one vote of the American people in the primary for the top position.
We're starting to see that panic set in with them, the recriminations, and the disbelief that former President Donald Trump — who has been talking tabletop issues — could be ahead of Harris — who just keeps spewing about "Hitler." She also went in some weird direction by embracing former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney, which is likely costing her more folks on the left while not really gaining her people in the middle.

Donald Trump or Kamala Harris? To answer a question like that, American voters tend to dive straight into politics.
With Election Day fast approaching, our collective political lens may unfortunately trump (no pun intended) our ability to focus on the core qualifications of America’s top job – and which “applicant” is most qualified to do it.
Case in point: While volunteering for a nonpartisan group dedicated to improving elections, I spoke with many individuals who felt that because politicians had failed to fulfill their promises, they had no intention to vote. Later, I asked a friend if he had watched any of the presidential or vice presidential debates.

As Vice President Kamala Harris slips in the polls, the Democratic National Committee/Harris campaign/mainstream media fusion talking points become even more absurd.
Claiming that JD Vance and Donald Trump were "weird" did not work --especially given the genuinely odd behavior of vice presidential candidate Tim Walz and would-be First Gentleman Doug Emhoff.
Nor was the next Harris meme convincing that the frenetic and non-stop Trump was somehow "exhausted," "senile," and "confused." Voters know the workdays of the younger Harris are usually far shorter -- or sometimes not workdays at all.

Kamala Harris has a huge problem. Since entering the race in July, the former 2020 presidential candidate has been running away from almost all of her past positions on issues ranging from climate to "Medicare for All." She's been forced to do this because America, for the most part, hates radicalism in politicians.
She claims she changed her mind about issues like her proposal to ban fracking and extend Medicare coverage to anyone who wants it by talking to voters for three years and realizing the error of her ways.
It's the least believable explanation for flip-flopping ever.

The column is from Tom Jones, senior media writer at the Poynter Institute and, you’ll not be surprised to learn, a man consumed by Trump Derangement Syndrome. I’ve said in the past that Jones’ daily “Poynter Report” column would be more accurately titled, “Why I Hate Donald Trump and Fox News.” (For what it’s worth, Jones would dispute this. In 2020, I sent him an email pointing out glaring biases evident in his commentary. He

Residents in North Carolina will have the opportunity in November to clarify requirements pertaining to voting.

The report noted that non-citizens are already barred from voting in North Carolina. The bill is also being called the “Citizen Only Voting” amendment.
The outlet reported: North Carolina law currently reads that “every person born in the United States and every person who has been naturalized, 18 years of age, and possessing the qualifications set out in this Article, shall be entitled to vote at any election

The Atlantic’s “Trump loves Hitler” hit-piece hit a snag as several people who worked alongside — and for — retired Marine General John Kelly have come out to publicly dispute his claims.
In the article that was published on Tuesday, Kelly was quoted as saying that Trump had often praised “the German generals,” and when asked to clarify, had told Kelly he wanted the kind of generals that Hitler had. Kelly also claimed that Trump had praised Hitler for doing “some good things” like rebuilding the German economy after World War I.
But according to a few who worked either alongside or for Kelly in the Trump White House —

Barron Trump gushed about his father and said he and his siblings will 'never come close' to Donald's achievements, according to conservative pundit Patrick Bet David.
Bet David, 45, a businessman and podcaster, shared a clip of him speaking at the Sales Leadership Summit 2024, claiming Barron said his billionaire father had a 'hard life.'
He also revealed the moment he was impressed with the former president's son, saying he was amazed by Barron's polite demeanor despite his privileged upbringing.
'The more I spend time with Baron Trump, the more impressed I am with him. Most interesting 18-year-old I've met,' Bet David said.

Voters carry a heavy responsibility in this election — one of the most consequential in the history of this great nation.
The choice will have reverberations for decades, deciding which of two very different paths for the future Americans will take.
We must choose the following:
A secure border and a sensible immigration system.
Safer cities and support for law and order.
A thriving, low-tax and low-regulation economy for all — fueled by an energy policy that supports, not penalizes, industry and households.
Common-sense policies that restore the power of parents

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday on CNN’s “The Source” that she found it “so distressing” Americans would vote for former President Donald Trump. Clinton said, “Here we are. It’s 12 days before the election of the President of the United States of America. It’s absolutely bonkers that we are talking about what he might do to violate the law to punish his political opponents. I mean, this is so un-American. I’ve been around longer than you have, and I’ve agreed and disagreed with presidents, Democrats and Republicans over a lot of decades. I was on the impeachment inquiry staff that investigated President Nixon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Thursday that it had killed a Hamas commander who led the attack on dozens of civilians on October 7, 2023, who had fled the Nova music festival and hidden in roadside shelters.
In addition to being a mass murderer, the IDF said, Mohammad Abu Itiwi had also worked for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). The IDF and Israel Security Agency (ISA, or Shabak, or Shin Bet) said in a statement:

Former President Donald Trump told his audience at a Turning Point Action rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, Thursday night that he is leading Vice President Kamala Harris “by so much” that he is expanding the electoral battleground.
Trump shared that Harris is on a downward slide that was even worse than President Joe Biden’s, which forced him out of the race so she could ascend to the top of the ticket. “Now she’s imploding worse than him. She’s actually imploding, if you take a look, because look, I’m not supposed to say it, but we are leading by so much,” Trump said to thunderous applause.

Hillary Clinton is comparing Donald Trump's upcoming Madison Square Garden rally to the 1939 pro-Nazi event at the same iconic location.
Trump's 2016 Democratic rival is still out railing against him and warning Americans against giving him another term with just 12 days left until Election Day.
The former Secretary of State said Trump is seeking to 'reenact' the Nazi rally that took place in the New York City venue just over six months before the start of World War II.The video player is currently playing an ad. You can skip the ad in 5 sec with a mouse or keyboard

The more you get to know Kamala Harris ...
Two big media polls dropped today, and both of them look like bad news for Democrats -- especially Harris. Despite the shrieking hysteria coming from the campaign and the media (but I repeat myself!) about how dangerous Donald Trump is, voters like Trump more ... and Kamala less.
Let's start with the Wall Street Journal poll, where Trump has "opened a narrow lead" among registered voters, who usually lean a bit more Democrat. Duane mentioned this poll at the end of his post about the CNN town hall, but it's worth exploring a little further:

The Biden administration has considered creating a new “information czar” for national security to combat foreign disinformation operations about elections and other issues, according to White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
Asked about creating such a post on the National Security Council on Thursday, Mr. Sullivan said the idea has been a topic of debate throughout the intelligence and defense agencies.
Mr. Sullivan gave an audience at the National Defense University a rare glimpse inside the hidden debate about how to police foreign speech that the U.S. government finds abhorrent. “I think on the ’czar’ [proposal], that’s something we’ve been grappling with and thinking about across the national security enterprise,”

A 17-year-old in Peoria, Ariz., has been arrested over his plans to load up a drone with explosives and send it into the Phoenix Pride parade. He was hoping to “bomb 2024 Pride Parade and take over USA” and said that he had ordered bomb-making equipment. He was, however, discovered and stopped before he could carry out his attack. Still, you should have heard about a terror plot of this magnitude, yet the establishment media is maintaining near-radio silence about it.
Now, foiled attacks always get less attention than ones that are successful, and that’s why you likely haven’t heard about this particular plot,

On Wednesday night, another “October Surprise” story against Donald Trump dropped, and like the others, it doesn’t pass the smell test.
According to the story, which The Guardian published, a former model named Stacey Williams, “who says she met Donald Trump through the late sexual abuser Jeffrey Epstein... has accused the former president of groping and sexually touching her in an incident in Trump Tower in 1993, in what she believed was a ‘twisted game’ between the two men.”
It was curious that after it broke, I couldn’t find any domestic media outlets that had picked it up.

A Guardian hit piece alleging that former President Donald Trump groped a model at Trump Tower 31 years ago was debunked on social media shortly after it was released.
The former model, Stacey Williams, alleged:
“Late winter of 1993, I was on a walk with Jeffrey [Epstein] from his brownstone on the Upper East Side down Fifth Avenue, when Jeffrey looked at me and said, “You know, let’s go stop by and see Trump.” (Snip) However, social media users quickly pointed out that Jeffrey Epstein moved into the Wexler Mansion in New York City in 1996 — three years after Williams claimed to be at that location.

Footage has emerged showing a disturbing trend of non-citizens being registered to vote in Minnesota.
The footage, obtained by Anthony Rubin, CEO of Muckraker, exposes the ease with which non-citizens are being swept into the state’s voter rolls, thanks in part to Governor Tim Walz’s policies that are undermining the integrity of Minnesota’s elections.
In the video published by Oversight Project, 31% of those interviewed at a single apartment complex admitted to being non-citizens who are nonetheless registered to vote.
This comes on the heels of two controversial laws passed by the Minnesota state legislature under Walz’s leadership.
The first, the Driver’s License for All bill, allows non-citizens—regardless of immigration status—to obtain driver’s licenses.
