The Overrated Obama

My Red State colleague, Jeff Charles, has already reported on former President Barack Obama’s recent attempted public shaming of black men who don’t want to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris, supposedly because of their misogyny. I would like to associate with most of his column. The one exception I have is to this statement – “it’s the type of mistake that Obama doesn’t normally make.” I beg to differ. Actually, I think it is the type of mistake that Barack Obama often made. You know, Obama is the guy who once said, in 2008, “And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or

NoBama WAS and IS a Madison Avenue Media Created and supported CREATION and they played U.S. and continue playing their creation to this very day! He has a questionable past live that was NEVER EVER vetted by the media. He and Mike are now grudgingly going to hit the campaign trail because if Kamala Lala fails, so goes NoBama 4.0 The media gave him deification after McPain did not run a real campaign and if Governor Pailin had not been on the ticket he would have lost by another 8-10 million votes. The MOST OUTRAGEOUS cultural and moral transformatoin of our truly unique American Culture and Moral Compass have been upended to the point of near impossibility of restoration. The Rule of Law means NOTHING and rather than to have a respect for different opinions, the MEDIA has supported things DIRECTLY OPPOSITE of right and wrong. The roller coast ride may be coming to an end, but if it doesn't certain disaster awaits because we cannot sustain much more before EVERYTHING crumbles into nothingness.

Obama is and always has been a total fraud. You see, democrats are frauds, there is no substance. Remember, he's such a fraud that his college grades still haven't been released. He's as good as he says but he can't prove any of it. He's another democrat who, without a teleprompter is as dumb as a rock. Without his script he just stutters and stammers through a basic sentence. And now he's left to embarrassing blacks who won't vote for Kamala Harris because they finally realize the democratic party has been screwing them for decades. A pathetic man.

There has been so much written about Barry on this site alone since he first appeared on the national scene in the mid-aughts. This is a man whose ego and narcissism (remember the 'I' and 'me' counts in all of his speeches) makes Bill Clinton look like a piker. And yet, there has never been any substance to him. He's always been the empty vessel, empty suit, smooth-talking red diaper baby, groomed by the likes of Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers, Valerie Jarret, and Jerry Wright, to think he was some sort of secular messiah. That's the scary part.

A convicted double murderer is set to die by firing squad in South Carolina on Friday — the first execution of its kind in the US in 15 years. Brad Sigmon, 67, personally requested the unusual punishment after fearing the electric chair would “burn and cook him alive,” his attorney Gerald King wrote in a statement. He also rejected a lethal injection after three previous inmates took more than 20 minutes to die after receiving the fatal dose of pentobarbital, his lawyers said. Sigmon became the first South Carolina inmate to choose the state’s new firing squad method of killing,

At President Trump’s address Tuesday night he told of NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, who was shot and killed not quite a year ago in Far Rockaway, Queens. Trump said that the decorated officer had been shot “while conducting a traffic stop.” Actually, Diller and his partner were investigating a report that an occupant of a car parked in a bus stop had been seen with a handgun. The officers suspected that the car’s occupants were planning to rob a nearby store. Trump introduced Diller’s widow, Stephanie, and used the story to remind the audience that Diller had been killed by criminals with long records (including arrests and convictions that

Marty Makary is the wrong choice for FDA commissioner. He’s very good at communicating at a popular level, but the fact that he kept pushing the mRNA COVID vaccine long after problems with it were obvious should be an insurmountable barrier to confirmation. In social media posts and through widely circulated video and news interviews, Makary repeatedly promoted just about every Biden White House talking point about the COVID mRNA vaccines. Even as he did this, he never addressed the thousands of peer-reviewed mRNA vaccine injuries described in the literature and the thousands of unretracted Covid-era journal publications.

The very simple answer, assuming the vaccines are actually “safe and effective,” would be: “Nothing happens if we lose our liability shield. First, the question asked by CNN’s Dana Bash: Host Dana Bash said, “Do you think there’s hope of salvaging this relationship with Ukraine?” This is mind-numbingly stupid. The proper question, as even Zelensky realizes, is whether Ukraine has hope of salvaging its relationship with the United States. Every Republican president starts with distinct disadvantages. He inherits a largely disloyal and subversive federal bureaucracy, can expect nothing but hostile media coverage, and will be forced to battle for every inch against partisan judges who despise him. Considering how long the Left has owned the culture and America’s educational system, these power centers are strong. Republicans in the past addressed this problem with the failed strategy of attempting to play nice with serpents. It was akin to kissing a rattlesnake, and didn’t end well. President Trump understands that the only way to succeed with so many power centers aligned against him

Zelenskyy does not grasp—or deliberately ignores—the bitter truth: those with whom he feels most affinity (Western globalists, the American Left, the Europeans) have little power in 2025 to help him. And those with whom he obviously does not like or seeks to embarrass (cf. his Scranton, Penn. campaign-like visit in September 2024) alone have the power to save him. For his own sake, I hope he is not being “briefed” by the Obama-Clinton-Biden gang to confront Trump, given their interests are not really Ukraine’s as they feign.

The Trump administration’s repudiation of the “green” agenda will have many benefits, not least for the environment. At Watts Up With That?, Paul Driessen states the environmental case against “green” energy succinctly. See original for links: [President Trump’s] actions will benefit wild, scenic and agricultural lands in America and worldwide. * Wind, solar and transmission line installations would have sprawled across tens of millions of acres, impacting habitats, farmlands and scenic vistas, onshore and offshore; interfered with water flow, aviation, shipping and other activities; and killed whales, birds and other wildlife. * These “clean, green” technologies require far more raw materials than the equipment they replace: electric cars need 4-6 times
