A PAC supporting Kamala Harris runs an ad that features Harris making the following impassioned statement, “We are helping dig families out of debt by telling billionaires to pay their fair share!” The commercial presents this exclamation as Harris’ “reason for running” for office, but does not explain what it means. Some of the audience tries to guess what this statement means while Harris’ supporters do not care and will vote for her regardless of what she says. Those who care to understand must speculate for an explanation. To whom will “billionaires” pay this undefined “fair share?” We can guess that she is talking about paying taxes.

Have you ever heard Kamala define the term “fair share”?
One thing is for sure, anytime in the past where the Democrats have raised taxes, the increase in taxes have always ended up falling on the vast middle class, as the much smaller billionaire class has access to the best tax accountants and tax lawyers who make sure that the billionaire class only end up paying the least amount of taxes required, after all the tax deductions, exemptions, and loopholes are taken into account, and the billionaires and their accountants and lawyers are sure that they will be paying by their definition whatever they believe is their true “fair share” that will be greatly diminished from the bogus “fair share” that Kamala has been laying out there to low information prospective voters.

Yep. Fair share is a fuzzy, unworkable, class warfare term. For most of us, fair share means someone else needs to pay more to feed “Audrey” , our carnivorous and growing government.

So the people running the PAC or Kamala Harris must not pay attention to their taxes when they have them done. . .

Nobody ever demands that people do their "fair share" of work and good deeds to earn their way through life. Why is that?

The top 20% already pay 80% of the taxes. They got rich by providing goods and services the masses would not have otherwise. The investment funds to do almost anything comes from the top 20%. The political system is financed by the top 20%. Who would you rather work for: the top 20% that pay more, or the other 80% that pay minimum wages. The only tax the bottom 50% pay is the inflation tax, which is hidden, and they aren't smart enough to realize that nothing is "free". The fair share tax is a communist term made famous by Ayn Rand in her book Atlas Shrugged, which describes perfectly the fair share society and its confiscation of the work of the productive.

@ #2 - In all fairness to Kamala, et al., not one so-called journalist ever asks her or anyone else in this Admin any tough, probing questions. Peter Doocy has his moments but like every other reporter out there. They are simply unable to ask a straightforward question without a one-two minute soliloquy beforehand.

From each according to his powerlessness to be fleeced; to each according to his real or fraudulent claim to 'victim-hood'. Elites exempt for each case.

Biden/Harris ran on having the rich paying their fair share in 2020. If Joe and Kamala could not achieve that goal in their 4 years, what makes you think Harris will do it with a second chance?

So, more than a decade ago Warren Buffett commented how his secretary paid more in Federal income taxes than he did.
How could this be?
She was getting a salary which is taxed like most people.
Warren earns his income from capital gains which is a much lower amount.
So, the comparison is apples and oranges.

Would someone ask her who pays what now? Break it down by economic status.
How much do the 'rich' pay now? Do all citizens have skin in the game? Does she even know?
