Yes, conservatives, on Tuesday night, ABC moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis harassed The Donald, coddled Kamala, and broke their rule by opening her mic to interrupt.
But here’s the deal: Harris was ready and rarin’ with a better-designed strategy to make her case and get under that orange skin. From the opening handshake she initiated, she capitalized on the luck of the draw: not just the network, but also an opponent who stumbled, rambled, and ranted.
Kamala showed up flawlessly turned out – contrasting her CNN appearance – confident … and superbly prepped.

If we are treated to another “debate”, Bob should watch it, since he obviously missed the first one.

Bob Maistros
Chief Writer, Reagan-Bush '84 campaign
Bob Maistros has spent the last three decades putting words in the mouth of luminaries at the highest levels of the worlds of business and politics around the globe. The chief writer for the Reagan-Bush ’84 campaign, a former Senate subcommittee counsel and a longtime public relations advisor for companies ranging from AOL to MTV to XM Satellite Radio – not to mention a father of six who took time out mid-career to venture abroad as a church worker – Bob now offers biting satire based on insights gathered at the front lines of headline-making corporate crises, political contests and the culture wars.

All I saw was a fake debate devoid of substance. Don't know what Maistros saw.

I watched the entire debate. I am female. Regardless of what Ms Harris said, I will never vote for her for President. Just watching her face and the “reactions” she showed on it as well as the “quality” of her speaking voice which grates across my eardrums, I do not see her as capable of adequately representing the United States and being accepted by the leaders of other countries. Of course, if she’s doing everything they want, which could be likely, that’s another story. To me, she is just not presidential material. It doesn’t really matter what she says she is or is not going to do as President. I think, just like Biden, she will be be President in name only.

According to voters questioned on CBS and CNN after the debate, Kami didn't win or woo anyone over. Also, according to a CSPAN poll of views, Trump won by over 70%. So, thanks I&I, but I think you missed the mark on this one.
BTW, side note - Bonchie from RedState went full on pearl-clutching school marm during the debate last night. I was embarrassed for him.

This debate was no different than the Democrat convention. Bash Trump at all costs. ABC's David Muir and Linsey Davis were no different than Rachel Scott when she hosted the forum where Donald Trump and Kamala Harris were invited. Of course, she declined. She only accepts when she gets special favors. . .

I certainly agree that Kamala did nothing but lie throughout the entire debate. I also agree that the moderators were so blatant about their love of Kamala, and they stunk up the place big time. Kamala must have been given some of what Biden is propped up with because she actually completed some sentences, but she also managed to do her job of getting under Trump's skin. How I wish he had ignored every lie she told and instead just hammered on how bad the economy is due to Biden and Harris. That said, I'm sure everyone who wants Kamala will vote for her, and we Trump people will definitely vote for him. It's the independents I worry about as well as the fraud the Democrats are good at. Carville is still right - it's the economy, stupid.

Maistros' hatred of Trump tops any truths. I noticed a lot of the so-called "conservative" commentators were really quick, too quick, to criticize President Trump's debate performance last night. You can really tell how many secretly hate Trump.

Who is this idiot, Bob Maistros. He must be Kamala's brother. His description of Trump is way off. Another closet democrat.

It never ceases to amaze me that after 9 years, so-called conservatives are still insisting Trump be someone different. Same crowd that offered election strategy advice after an obviously stolen election.

Well, now.
Those of you who consider me a "closet Democrat" should know I started as a moderate Democrat, switched parties when I found Christ, worked for three GOP Senators and the 84 Reagan re-elect (chief writer), and helped many Republicans as a volunteer consultant until 2013 when I left the Republicans too because they were too uniparty.
(Worked day and night for Ken Cuccinelli's gubernatorial campaign only to see the VA Uniparty Republicans stab him in the back, as they had done so many times to conservatives).
I'm a far-right Christian fundamentalist independent who identifies primarily as MAGA.
But thinks Donald Trump lost last night, and said so because to keep my credibility as a commentator on communications as well as politics, I have to call 'em as I see 'em.
I desperately want to see him up his game at debates.
OK?

Yeah, Bob wrote this on Monday morning, since he was privy to ABC's plans days ago. That is everything you need to know.
