Democrats and the media don’t like to talk about it, but the botched Biden-Harris withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021 has put a brutal regime in the driver’s seat. AP reports that an emboldened Taliban, who recently embarrassed the US by holding a parade with abandoned military equipment, has issued new ‘Vice and Virtue’ laws that include a ban on women’s voices and bare faces in public. From AP: The laws were issued Wednesday after they were approved by supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada, a government spokesman said. The Taliban had set up a ministry for the “propagation of virtue and the prevention of vice” after seizing power in 2021.

At a time when we’re experiencing so many threats like an uncertain economy, threatened allies, and wars in multiple areas, it’s crucial for America to have a leader who is fully engaged and ready to take on any challenge. Unfortunately, we have Joe Biden.
Sure, he’s the lamest of lame ducks and is probably in “forget it” mode after the way the Democrats so unceremoniously forced him out of his reelection campaign, but you’d think that Biden would be around to address the many crises happening right now. When it comes to "choice," it would appear that the Democrats want to limit one's choices to when and where one can have an abortion. That doctrine goes beyond the debate over when life occurs. Democrats are perfectly thrilled to limit one's choices everywhere else, including elections. If you are a progressive, you will have two options in the upcoming election: Harris-Walz or Harris-Walz. Or you can always write in Harris-Walz.
True, Harris landed on the ballot without so much as a primary or an election. But any leftists planning on voting against Trump may find themselves with few if any, options in their particular precincts.

Do you think the DNC went well? I'm not sure the Democrats did. Reading between the lines of what was said and done between all that "joy," I think the Democrats are panicking, and for good reason. People are funny about racoons. These flea-bitten, sometimes rabid, garbage-eating vermin with no visible means of support, elicit, in some people, feelings of love.
A woman in Canada was feeding dozens every day. When she died – of cancer, not rabies – her dying request to her husband was that he continue to feed the racoons. He has done so. And they’ve been fruitful, or at least they’ve multiplied.
