Hundreds of former aides who served under Republican lawmakers endorsed Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris, stating that “another four years” of a Trump administration would “hurt real, everyday” Americans.
In a letter that USA Today obtained, a group of more than 200 former aides for former President George W. Bush, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), and former Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) write that they are reuniting and joining with former staffers for former President George H.W. Bush to endorse Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D).

Do you think the DNC went well? I'm not sure the Democrats did. Reading between the lines of what was said and done between all that "joy," I think the Democrats are panicking, and for good reason. They aren't selling themselves well. If you think this is good, I've got sour news for you. This is the kind of thing that spurs Democrats into action. They live by the mantra "by any means necessary," and if the Democrats are the cornered animal they're hinting they are, then they're about to resort to some really brutal tactics to hold onto power.
The signs are all there. Bizarre time change-ups, internal discord,

The Washington Post published an op-ed on Friday calling Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband Doug Emhoff a “progressive sex symbol.”
"Move over, Ryan Gosling. The modern female fantasy is embodied by the man who might soon become our first First Gentleman," Catherine Rampell wrote in the piece.Rampell added that Emhoff is a “hunk” because he is “smitten with his wife” and her career ambitions and is "secure enough with his own masculinity to sometimes prioritize his wife’s ambitions over his own.”
Rampell brushed off Emhoff’s “previous marital drama,” which includes Emhoff conceding that he had an affair during his first marriage.

Democratic strategist James Carville said Monday on CNN’s “OutFront” that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would be in a mental hospital if he were a citizen of a “more humane country.”
Democratic strategist Paul Begala said, “Look, Bobby Kennedy had a parasitic brain-eating worm in his head and the worm died of starvation, okay. So I just think that we ought to give him like a lot of leeway because I think he’s he’s a bit eccentric.” Host Erin Burnett said, “A Trump-Kennedy ticket, do you feel have any difference of opinion here from Paul on what he said about it?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. officially lost his U.S. Secret Service (USSS) protection on Monday, just days after his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race.
Kennedy's press secretary confirmed the change in a statement to CBS News. Kennedy had gone through a long process to receive USSS protection in the first place, with his initial requests being denied earlier in the cycle.
It was not until the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in July that President Biden ordered that Kennedy receive Secret Service protection as well.

In a move that will surprise no one, Kamala Harris is now pushing for major rule changes at the ABC News debate. That comes after her campaign spent weeks insisting that any deviation from the Biden-negotiated event would represent cowardice on the part of Donald Trump.
According to Politico, Harris wants to do away with the muted mics seen in the CNN debate so that the candidates can have "uncensored" exchanges.
The holdup? Whether or not the candidates’ microphones will be muted when it isn’t their turn to speak.
Back when President JOE BIDEN was still running for reelection, his campaign came to an agreement

Just when you thought California under the impeccably coiffed Gavin Newsom and the lunatic asylum that is the Democrats in the California state legislature couldn't get any more ridiculous, someone sets the bar even lower. Now we see that the legislature's Democratic supermajority is likely to pass a bill providing a home-buying subsidy for first-time real estate buyers of up to $150,000.
That sounds like a stupid enough idea all on its own, doesn't it? Not only is this wildly inflationary, not only will it make homes even less affordable for your average Californian,

Look at the contrast between how Secret Service treats people near Jill Biden versus how they treated a gunman wandering around a Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Joe and Jill Biden took a taxpayer-funded weeklong vacation in Santa Ynez, California last week.
Secret Service agents violently pushed peasants out of the way so Jill Biden could go on a shopping spree on Friday afternoon.
Jill Biden made a ‘surprise visit’ in Los Olivos and bystanders with cameras were roughly cleared out.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a letter on Monday that the Biden-Harris administration repeatedly pressured his company — which includes Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and more — to censor content that is protected free speech.
Zuckerberg made the admission in a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) this week in which he said that his goal moving forward was to “be neutral and not play a role one way or another” for either any political party or ideology. He said he doesn’t even want the appearance of playing a role and will not be making political contributions.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has finally broken his silence about the controversial relationship between his company and the Biden-Harris regime.
In a letter addressed to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, Zuckerberg openly admitted that Meta, the parent company of Facebook, was subjected to relentless pressure by the Biden administration to censor content related to COVID-19, even when the content was satirical or humorous, and the infamous Hunter Biden laptop.
The Meta CEO allegedly expressed deep ‘regret’ for not being more vocal in resisting the government’s demands,

From curbside abortions to gender-neutral prayer rooms, so much insane stuff unfolded at the 2024 Democratic National Convention. One of these abhorrent moments apparently snuck under the radar — until now.
It turns out that a top Kamala Harris surrogate bashed the Bill of Rights as "that little piece of paper" and urged Democrats to "reimagine democracy" on Day 1 of the DNC.
Kelley Robinson, president of the far-left Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and a prominent supporter of Kamala Harris, made the appalling comments during a daytime session addressing "how defeating Donald Trump and the Project 2025 agenda rests on the engagement of the LGBTQ+ community."
"We can't just worry about protecting democracy.

People are funny about racoons. These flea-bitten, sometimes rabid, garbage-eating vermin with no visible means of support, elicit, in some people, feelings of love.
A woman in Canada was feeding dozens every day. When she died – of cancer, not rabies – her dying request to her husband was that he continue to feed the racoons. He has done so. And they’ve been fruitful, or at least they’ve multiplied.
A woman in Indiana feeds 25 or more a day. She buys 50-pound bags of dog food for them.
A woman in Colorado found what she called “a baby racoon.” She took it home and adopted it.
