Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris opted to discuss economic “equity” with her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz — not the press — while appearing to wear a necklace worth roughly 370 percent more than the median U.S. monthly salary. (snip) (X post:) Bree A Dail

As @KamalaHarris sits down to chat with @Tim_Walz (not the press) about equity programs, and their common roots…she’s wearing a pearl and gold chain necklace by jewelry designer, Irene Neuwirth.
Price: $18,280. It should be noted that Harris appears to be wearing two strands. The necklace, made in Los Angeles, is affixed with both Akoya and South Sea pearls.

"Equity" = Communism
Take from the "haves" and give it over to the "have nots"
That is NOT and never has been the American way.

I do not care that a rich person wears high end jewelry. Or lives in a big house, or drives a big car. But I do care that my government wants me to pay for someone else's college debt, make their house down payment, pay for their child's daycare or preschool. I do care that they want to tax me more so they can give more away to illegal aliens. Or they think I should embrace the communist way of life because it is such a winner. They are both idiots and that coffee klatch was embarrassing.

It took a couple hundred years to build this place and 0 wants to take it down in twenty and start over. The pieces are in place for the fundamental transformation.

A pic from a week or so back showed Kackala wearing a $65,000 necklace (gold chain links).

She's been wearing that same necklace for years. Could it possibly be a knockoff? On eBay, you can find something similar for $20 bucks.

There is a big difference between equality and equity. You bet. Equality is strictly objective, independent of the observer and therefor naturally just and fair. Equity is subject to the whim of the decider and given human nature is almost always biased and ultimately unfair. How many King Solomons have there been in over 2000 years?

My all-time favorite necklace that I think would be perfect for Kamala is the one that Nancy Grace used to wear on her crime commentary show...the one that has the little handcuffs as the ornament. That's to remind all the cat lady airheads voting for her that "she's gonna put y'all in handcuffs" one policy at a time. Starting Day 0.

Kamala Antionette has no common sense. She is a fraud, a poseur. But she's as dangerous as a pit viper when stepped on. She will round up MAGAs if she wins in November. She and her Stolen Valor running mate must be defeated.

Typical commie tactics. Equity for thee but not for me. The Party members get special benefits. The peasants, not so much.

This reminds me of Biden and his lovely spouse returning from Europe and lovely spouse was spotted wearing a famous Van Cleef & Arpel necklace.

I wonder if there is a photo of her wearing the ‘pearl necklace’ that Willie gave her?

There is no such thing as economic equity across a society of 320 million people, as those people are not all the same!

I guess the odds are with her.
It isn't that she has nice stuff, but the material hypocrisy it represents, and that whatever you call her commie bent, it posits government as the world's arbiter of charitable giving and acts as if the goal of charity is to even things out. Relieving suffering is noble. Taking from some to give to others is not, and even winds up making disparities of justice worse.

Its fine if she wants to wear it but remember most people can't wear nice things outside without getting mugged. Try walking around any Democrat run city and see how long you have the necklace.
