Olympic "GOAT" Simone Biles took a break from making history at the 2024 Paris Olympics to take a jab at former President Donald Trump, who during a debate in June referred to occupations held by Black people as "Black jobs." The 27-year-old Houston, Texas native, who has already won two gold medals in Paris, replied to an X post shared by singer Ricky Davila. "Simone Biles being the GOAT, winning Gold medals and dominating gymnastics is her black job," Davila wrote on Thursday. In response, Biles' X post on Friday morning said, "I love my black job." Biles' comment pokes

She always has an axe to grind. Why not be gracious for all the attention showered on her?

She should be thankful she doesn't have to work an actual job that IS in danger of being lost to an illegal. She's only shown that she's an elitist snob.

Hmmm. If gymnastics is a "job", that means she is getting paid, which means she is a professional. Isn't the Olympics only for non-professional athletes? Or has that "baby" been thrown out with the "bathwater" with "sex" differences also? Why continue with this farce?

why would this be considered a Jab at Trump? She was doing that job loooong before he ever got involved with politics, ran for office. He WAS always involved in sports, with a a LOT of athletes, many of them Black, ALL of them at the top of their respective games strictly from hard work, talent and dedication. He was also always involved in National/International beauty pageants. Now if due to her "Connections" she had been given the position of Center on The Gold Medal USA Basketball team, though only 4'9", or if she was Lizzo...performing in Gymnastics, and granted a Gold Medal at her very 1st appearances, ...yeah...THAT would be a DEI/Black Job.

If more black people put in the time, dedication, and commitment to excellence that she has to her chosen craft, there wouldn't be any need to baby black people with "black jobs". They would earn, fully deserve, and enjoy the rewards of their jobs like the rest of humanity does without whining and demanding special benefits like AA and DEI. There. That's the difference between "black jobs" and just jobs. Any other questions?

Typical of a Liberal... she has everything, but it's not enough. There's always something else she's been denied by "the man." Conservatives are grateful for everything they have, or have been provided, considering themselves to be bountifully blessed by God. Besides, Simone should demonstrate more grace and understanding regarding public statements made by people in public. Donald Trump had the love of Diamond and Silk; he doesn't need the love of Simone "Twisties" Biles, who let down her whole Team and the United States at the Tokyo Olympics 4 years ago.

Kinda starting to take like LeBron at the opening ceremony. When interviewed about carrying the flag he said he was honored to represent blacks and 'our' culture. So now being on team USA represents only blacks and is a team of only blacks. So a black job. So Simone is correct, we don't have American jobs for American athletes at the international Olympics. Just blacks representing blacks cause it's a black job. Waiting for the secret video to come out showing Simone in mourning that Trump wasn't killed. Liberals are always eager to be offended and will pounce on the slightest excuse. If Trump had said "black employment" or "Black workers" the meaning would have been the same but Libs would have had a harder time pouncing. Back in the early 60's the proper term was "Negro", or "Colored people" (as in NAACP) but this changed into "people OF color" and "African-American" and the Media has encouraged minorities to be ultra sensitive to offenses where none is even remotely intended, just to score points.
