'This Is Peak Kamala': Downhill From Here?

Can Kamala Harris improve her standing with voters? Or does she come into the competitive presidential race as high as she'll get? I've written about Harris' prospects several times over the last few weeks since the Dump Biden movement began, warning Democrats that Harris turned out to be poor at it in 2019, and then showed even less competence after becoming Vice President. Just to recall, here's her favorability chart from RCP. Harris is not starting from scratch, nor does she begin with much good will from the electorate: If history and starting points mean anything -- and sometimes they mean less than we expect -- then Democrats just

Well the media has gone insane in promoting this woman. Everywhere I look and try to read comments, the first 100 all say the same thing, singing her praises. She got about 1% of the vote when running for president. Now that we know more about her, she will likely get less, at least legitimately. We know the democrats are scurrying around in the dark manufacturing votes.

She is a shallow lightweight who avoids the tough issues. The Dems know she is going to lose to Trump, but they had no choice. A deteriorating Biden could not be the face of the Dem party, and the black community would have revolted if Kamala was pushed aside. The powers that be will focus on keeping the Senate and retaking the House, so that they can stalemate Trump for at least two years. Kamala will be blamed for losing the WH and then they are rid of her. I hope our new and improved RNC has a strategy for keeping the House and more importantly, retaking the Senate.

Oh sure... after three and a half years of stupidity, sanctimony and incompetence, we're now supposed to believe that she's the second coming? Ain't gonna happen, and I'm going to laugh like you-know-what when I see the expression on her face when they shove her aside for their real candidate after they figure out how to get their mitts on Biden's campaign money!

I have said all along that the Democrats are the party of death, destruction, disobedience to God, etc. Take for instance two subjects Kamala Harris' campaign will focus on which are abortion and immigration. A quote from Kamala: "We have to know that sometimes people will open the door for you and leave it open. Sometimes they won’t, and then you need to kick that f ing door down," Harris said to a large audience, sparking cheers. "Excuse my language," she added." Abortion and immigration are so much related to the above quote. I will excuse her language but I won't excuse her violence. Abortion is such a violent act and I really don't understand why it is an issue because we have many birth control options. In the cases of rape and incest, they are very emotional issues that should be dealt with case by case. Immigration? She has been border czar since 2021 and it is in chaos. There are no civil processes. Where does the violence come in? None of these people are vetted and the headlines speak of it. Sickening that Democrats can decide to do a switcheroo at the last minute without a primary and we all have to fall in line that Kamala Harris is the new candidate because Joe Biden says so. Well, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden covered up what state of mind he truly was in.

No- in a back door agreement- Kamala is hoisted as presumptive nominee- when poll numbers tank the D party will switch her out at last minute to Big Mike. Rules and timeline do not matter to a ruling class elite. I am more worried about the safety of PDJT.

As her poll numbers decline, we'll start getting slammed with if you don't support her then you're a Racist and Misogynist. As for the American black vote - she's half Indian (you know from the country) and half Jamaican black. Not exactly someone with generations of ties to American blacks and slavery.

President Wilson’s incapacity for office in 1920 was concealed. In contrast, President Biden’s incapacity for office is being celebrated by the mainstream press and his party, while they simultaneously prop him up to remain in office as the titular commander in chief. It is his vice president and potential successor who is sent forth to read a speech rebuking a close American ally (Israel) and setting the foreign-policy terms for the future. An anonymous coterie in the White House will be making the key decisions for the next five months. There is no precedent for this.

A rocket attack Saturday on a soccer field in the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights killed at least 11 people and wounded several others, including children, Israel said, hours after an Israeli airstrike on south Lebanon killed three members of the militant Hezbollah group. The strike, the deadliest attack on an Israeli target since the fighting between the two foes erupted in October, raised fears of a broader conflagration in the region. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was returning home as quickly as possible after a trip to the United States, his office said. Hezbollah said it struck a military base in the Golan Heights in retaliation

Donald Trump promised on Friday that despite warnings from the Secret Service, he would hold more outdoor rallies soon. Don't believe your own eyes. That was the message from the far-left following the assassination attempt on Donald Trump as they spread conspiracy theories that he wasn't actually shot. Claims ranged from "it was glass" to the entire shooting being staged. That's expected from the BlueAnon lunatics. It's less expected from the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. As RedState reported, FBI Director Christopher Wray decided it'd be a good idea to spread the left-wing conspiracy theory that Trump wasn't hit by a bullet.

Many people are wondering how and why the protests against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu got so out of control on Wednesday. In addition to the vandalism, tearing down of the American flag, and general violence, the police trying to control the crowd were violently attacked. Well, there is a simple answer: there were only 29 Park Police who could defend the sites against the rampaging mob, and the Department of the Interior was unwilling to help those guys out. Dealing with a violent mob consisting of thousands of Antifa and pro-Hamas proto-terrorists, they were outmanned beyond belief.

Consider this the wrap-up to what likely will be the final day of whatever honeymoon Kamala Harris has. The Obamas literally phoned in an endorsement this morning, which means that unless Democrats dig up the corpse of FDR, the potential sugar highs from endorsements have come to an end. Harris may get brief news-cycle boosts from her Veepstakes pick and at the convention, but this introductory week held the most real potential to change the race from the hole Joe Biden dug. And according to CNN polling analyst Harry Enten last night, that potential went largely unrealized. And in fact, Trump had a pretty good week -- again:

Donald Trump’s campaign on Thursday announced that he is not yet ready to agree to the details of a debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, stating: Given the continued political chaos surrounding Crooked Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, general election debate details cannot be finalized until Democrats formally decide on their nominee. There is a strong sense by many in the Democrat Party — namely Barack Hussein Obama — that Kamala Harris is a Marxist fraud who cannot beat President Trump, and they are still holding out hope for somebody “better.” Therefore, it would be inappropriate to schedule things with Harris because Democrats very well could still change their minds.

The statement comes two days after FBI Director Christopher Wray, whom Trump nominated to his post in 2017, told House lawmakers that "there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that, you know, hit his ear."

President Joe Biden is reportedly planning to unveil a dramatic Supreme Court reform next week in an attempt to overhaul the high court. Two people familiar with the matter told Politico that the president is likely to endorse establishing term limits for justices, and bring in a code of ethics. The 81-year-old is expected to push for an amendment that would limit immunity for presidents and other officeholders. His amendment would come directly after the court ruled that presidents are shielded from prosecution for officials acts, in a case brought by Donald Trump. According to the outlet, the specifics remain unclear and could still change sources said.
