Who Can Donald Trump Count On?

Donald Trump way very well be the next president of the United States. But when the going inevitably gets tough, who can a future President Trump look to for support? The GOP? (pause here for laughter to subside.) The GOPES stood by as the rest of the Deep State ran coups against Donald Trump before, during, and after his first term in office. They tut-tutted, harrumphed, and penned strongly worded letters, while their party’s leader was soundly and roundly abused. Their “impeachment investigation” of Joe Biden is the worst joke on the planet. (Apart from expecting women who shop in the Petite Section to be human shields for presidential candidates.) Legislatively, they gave

I just pray he cleans house as soon as he gets in. The dems have problem doing this every time. Then I pray he puts some loyal and trustworthy people in place ASAP. His first time it was a miracle he got as much done as he did with almost everyone turning on him for 4 years. It was horrible to watch.

First of all, it tells you how far down the pole we've slid that we have to ask Donald Trump to bail us out. Our political leaders are floaters in the toilet of mediocrity. There are so few patriots left I fear the country as we thought we knew it can no longer survive. He needs good people...and there aren't any. Do you actually trust Vance? Do you trust his apparently radical spouse?? This is our future and it's in the toilet with the floaters.

Was just explaining to my teenage son this morning, the meaning of, “Pyrrhic victory,“ when he asked who I thought was going to prevail in the upcoming presidential election. Unfortunately, if history is any example, the American people tend too balance the scale by electing an executive of one party, and then balancing it out with legislature of the other; which, of course, in this case would be catastrophic for the country. I cannot think of a single Democrat leader who I think is just, honest, or even a decent person.

Who can Donald Trump count on? Almost nobody. Washington has ways to get at people. This is going to be the biggest challenge of a Trump second term. The powers in Washington figured out how to derail Trump and his agenda. What's going to keep them from doing it again? Has Trump changed his tactics at all? Sorry, I just don't see it. Main reason I support Trump is because Biden absolutely must go and there is no viable third option for President.

But first, he has to win in November. Secondly, he needs backup in the House and Senate. Thirdly, and likely most importantly, he needs people who will not stab him in the back!!! Btw, this is only the short list.

Since Trump now "owns" the GOP, the reflexive anti-GOPers, like the author, must think Trump is stupid, but won't come out and say so. His policy success as 47, will largely be predicated on having a GOP House and Senate to make into public law those policy initiatives for which executive orders aren't sufficient, particularly involving appropriations matters, and cannot be cancelled by the executive orders of a follow-on democrat, post-Trump, as Biden wasted no time in doing in '21. I give Trump credit for knowing this and taking steps to solidify his Congressional support, in spite of the on-going anti-GOP sentiment among his most ardent supporters. In so doing, he is likely going to be able to seat another justice or two at the USSC. Cleaning House goes way beyond a simple RINO hunt, and must involve ensuring that the Schedule C (political appointees) executives, appointed by the current administration are shown the door, if they fail to adhere to the custom and tradition of resigning once their benefactor is voted out of office. This did not fully happen during Trump's first term. Instead, democrats employed "nesting," which is a dishonest transfer of political appointees, late in a outgoing administration, into the competitive Senior Executive Service, or more permanent senior bureaucrats who are supposed to be politically neutral, and not required to resign or subject to being terminated at the transition of an outgoing administration to an incoming administration. Throughout executive branch agencies, policy-makers who are not SES are political appointees, who have no job protections by design and by law. A president's Transition Team is supposed to possess the knowledge and expertise to know the difference and to sniff out the 'nesters' and advise the president accordingly. Trump will be fine, once he has assembled a competent transition team, which must go beyond his immediate family.

Start with long time friends and family. Expand to Pols who have always battled the deep State and have not compromised even in defeat. Consider any competent person who has never been connected to Washington - local supportive Republicans in various area. DO NOT retain or appoint ANYONE who has long term ties to Washington DC, or the Deep State. Remove them, appoint them to out-of-the-way places where they can't cause trouble. Redefine the Justice System. Eliminate ATF and at least severely curtail the FBI. They have lost sight of their duty and responsibility. Redefine District Attorneys in particular and promote laws to severely punish LEOs and Justice Department officials who sacrifice citizens for their personal or political advantage. It is not the DA's job to convict - they are supposed to collect and arrange the witnesses and evidence so the truth can be discovered. Having a high conviction rate should not be a political selling point! Winnow the military. Yes, they are undermanned, but they are undermanned because the rewarded the political weirdos and punished those who sought to serve the country. When the political pukes are gone, the patriotic volunteers will rush back to join and serve. Purge useless departments. Give States more control over their lands. Do not surrender on the war on drugs. Double and triple down. Make it a death sentence to be dealing and track down and destroy their suppliers, even in other countries - that would be a good use of the CIA personnel. Identify Cartels and their members and take them out!

Top Five Kamala Harris Word Salads 1 reply

Vice President Kamala Harris’s track record of gaffes and word salads fell into the spotlight this week after she became the Democrats’ de facto presumptive nominee. Harris is infamous for spouting odd phrases and explanations for simple ideas. In 2022, for example, she marveled over Venn diagrams. Another time she rambled about the “significance of the passage of time.” “More alphabet soup from Kamala,” one X user mocked. (X Video) The Harris campaign apparently believes its candidate will make more gaffes as the party’s de facto presumptive nominee and hopes its content creation can be “ironic content online that’s signaling earnest support for her candidacy — without turning cringe and ruining it,”

Strong majorities of Americans blame Vice President Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democrat nominee for president in 2024, for outgoing President Joe Biden’s policies, polling that Breitbart News exclusively obtained shows. The Senate Opportunity Fund asked 800 likely voters from July 22 to July 24 several questions about Democrats switching from Biden to Harris. Perhaps most interesting in the data is the little difference voters see between Harris and Biden regarding their actual policy records. The poll also delineates its sample down to “contested states,” with a sample size of 511 likely voters. Nationally, the margin of error is 3.5 percent, and, in contested states, it is 4.3 percent.

The Biden administration is extremely worried Hezbollah’s rocket attack on Golan Heights Saturday that killed at least 12 and wounded dozens of others could “trigger” a full-scale war between Israel and the Iran-backed terror group, according to a report. US officials are fretting that without a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas terrorists over the ongoing fighting in Gaza, a war between the Jewish state and Iran-backed Hezbollah is becoming more likely — which will fuel the regional crisis and drag the United States even further into the ongoing conflict, Axios reported. “What happened today could be the trigger we have been worried about and

A Kamala Harris presidency would be historic - but not for the reason you think. The VP's late entry into the 2024 presidential race has raised the prospect of America having its shortest ever leader. At 5ft 2, Harris would be the shortest president since the 6ft 1.5in George Washington took up the role in 1789 (although Harris strongly insists she's around 5ft 4).Statistics suggest that candidates' stature plays a crucial role in whether they're picked for the next president. Two-thirds of US presidential candidates who have won the popular vote were taller than their rival and the average height of US presidents is around 6ft.
