ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The community college campus where Dr. Jill Biden teaches is just nine miles southwest of the White House. But it is one of the very few places in the Washington DC area where the rapidly unraveling crisis surrounding President Biden’s re-election is not one of the hot topics – more than 15 students interviewed by The Post this week had not heard of it. (Snip) “You know she swans in here with her entourage a couple of times a week and makes everyone call her ‘Doctor,’ he said, referring to the secret service agents who accompany her.

Comments:

LOL - Hardly anyone would admit to knowing her. I guess she is just the loud 'school teacher' who wear tablecloth-style dresses.

jill is not only a tough to please lecturer it seems that she's tough to please at home also. But are the students at this college living under a rock that they didn't know she was the alleged first lady? But then I've seen interviews with college students who were unable to name the first President so maybe the fact that they did know who jill is is just par for the course.

A 'doctorate' in education is a joke degree to begin with, and to insist that one be referred to by the title is the height of delusional self-regard. I have a doctorate in biomedical science, and I'd cringe if anybody ever called me "doctor" in anything but a joking capacity.

What was it that Archie Bunker used to say? "Stifle youse self, Edith." Lady Macbeth has the world's most significant Ed.D, but in spite of Caryn "Whoopi Goldberg" Johnson's recommendation to appoint her Surgeon General, that didn't happen for some reason or another. Sexism or something. You know? If FJB doesn't manage to get himself cheated into office again this November, it'll all be over for the Biden crime family. Unless the 'Rats control all the levers of power, several members of the first family, including the 6-handicap Jogger himself, could face charges of massive tax evasion, bribery, and treason. If they're not tried in a solid, soild blue district, hemp might be the solution, and that doesn't mean medical marijuana.

My mind jumps back to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. President George W. Bush visited the nearby small town of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. As part of the visit, Mrs. Bush, a former schoolteacher, visited some of the local schools, including Hancock County High School, where my kids were attending, and where my other half was volunteering and helped with the arrangements. My wife told me that when Mrs. Bush made her appearance before the students, my wife heard one of the boys say "I never realized that the First Lady is HOT!" The president has said he has no plans to withdraw from the race, despite calls for him to do so.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden's conduct behind closed doors, in the Oval Office, on Air Force One and in meetings around the world is described in the same dual way by those who regularly see him in action. He is often sharp and focused. But he also has moments, particularly later in the evening, when his thoughts seem jumbled and he trails off mid-sentence or seems confused. Sometimes he doesn't grasp the finer points of policy details. He occasionally forgets people's names, stares blankly and moves slowly around the room. Biden’s occasional struggles with focus may not be unusual for

Shootings and other violence during the extended Fourth of July weekend have left at least 33 people dead, including 11 in Chicago, and injured dozens more nationwide, authorities said. The Fourth of July historically is one of the nation’s deadliest days of the year. A flurry of shootings around the holiday a year ago left more than a dozen people dead and over 60 wounded. And a year before that, seven people died in a mass shooting at a Fourth of July parade near Chicago. Violence and mass shootings often increase in the summer months, with more people gathering for social events, teens out of school and hotter temperatures.

Madison, Wis.— The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday that officials can place ballot drop boxes around their communities in this fall’s elections, overturning its own ruling two years ago limiting their use in the presidential swing state. The court limited the use of drop boxes in July 2022, ruling then that they could be placed only in local election clerks’ offices and no one other than the voter could return a ballot in person. Conservatives controlled the court at that time, but Janet Protasiewicz’s election victory in April 2023 flipped the court to liberal control.
