For months before the first debate, the nation's voters repeatedly expressed doubts over whether President Biden had the cognitive health enough to serve. Today, those doubts have grown even more: now at nearly three-quarters of the electorate, and now including many within his own party. And today, after the debate with former President Trump, an increased number of voters, including many Democrats, don't think Mr. Biden should be running for president at all. Nearly half his party doesn't think he should now be the nominee. And today, after the debate with former President Trump, an increased number of voters, including many Democrats,

In certain parts of the country, the approval rating of the Demented Fuhrer may have gone down from 100% to 99%. Kamala "HeelsUpHyenaLaughingWordSalad" is probably maintaining her 110%.

NY Times Breaking News: Voters Have Been
Concerned About Biden's Age for Some Time

Just a couple of days ago I wrote about the way the national media was expressing shock over Joe Biden's performance at the debate while simultaneously ignoring the fact that many people on the right have been pointing out this was a problem for at least a year. They literally went from dismissing the right's concerns as dishonest spin to echoing them without acknowledging this meant they'd been wrong all along. Today the NY Times is trying to creep back toward reality with a new newsletter piece headlined "The Problem in Plain Sight." Yes, I know it's hard to believe they're publishing that headline a week after they ran with "How

Trump Immunity Decision, Raises More Questions

Joe Biden shuffled out to a White House podium on Monday and did nothing to assuage the questions surrounding his fitness for the office. Addressing the Supreme Court's decision on presidential immunity, which delivered Donald Trump a partial victory, the current president misrepresented the U.S. Constitution and attempted to change the narrative surrounding his failing campaign. He was also...oddly orange. After Biden faceplanted on the national stage, showing ample evidence of his senility at last Thursday's debate, his handlers decided to smear him in bronzer to make him look less pale.

Campaign Call: ‘They Have Given Up’

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung joined a Biden-Harris campaign call Monday, posting that it was the “saddest thing I’ve ever listened to.” “They have given up,” he posted on X. The conference call with reporters is the first after President Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance on Thursday that sent Democrats scrambling for another presidential candidate. The call was reportedly to discuss the Supreme Court’s ruling that presidents have absolute immunity from prosecution on official actions — a development which will effectively delay some trials sought by Democrat prosecutors against former President Donald Trump until after the election.

President Joe Biden plunged even further in Nate Silver’s Silver Bulletin presidential election forecast on Monday in the wake of his disastrous debate performance last week. “[We’ve] got a string of polls in late this afternoon, they’re mostly poor for Joe Biden, and they’re beginning to have a bigger impact on the model,” wrote Silver in Monday’s forecast. “Trump now leads by 2.7 points in our national average. And Biden’s win probability has dropped to 28 percent from 35 percent on debate night.” He continued, “Our guess is that more likely than not, there’s some further decline ahead: the model is trying to figure out whether this is random noise, but instead

President Joe Biden criticized the Supreme Court in a White House address Monday evening over its ruling that former president Donald Trump is immune from criminal prosecution for official acts taken while in office, but not unofficial ones. “For all practical purposes, today’s decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a president can do,” Biden said. “This is a fundamentally new principle, and it’s a dangerous precedent.” Biden said the presidency will “no longer be constrained by the law” and that “the only limits will be imposed by the president alone.” “This decision today has continued the Court’s attack in recent years on

House and Senate Democrat candidates began distancing themselves from President Joe Biden over the weekend after his terrible debate performance. Many down-ballot Democrat candidates in battleground states or districts will face increased headwinds come November due to the president’s lack of popularity. A post-debate forecast from the Economist gave former President Donald Trump a 73- percent chance of victory in November. Trump leads Biden by six points in the probability of winning the popular vote in November, Nate Silver’s election model forecasted post-debate.

A wave of serious migrant crime continues to sweep across America as President Joe Biden and his surrogates defend the wide-open border policies drawing millions of aliens to cascade unvetted across our borders. American citizens and their children are being stolen from, beaten, raped, and murdered by illegals in every corner of the country even as millions of illegal migrants gobble up federal and state welfare dollars for free housing, free health care, food, clothing, education, legal services and more. Here are just a few examples of the crime America wave faces.

Donald Trump is pumped up by the Supreme Court’s major decision handed down Monday which ruled 6-3 that a president does have immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts. All three liberal judges dissented. The ruling is a blow to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s cases against the former president. Trump took to Truth Social to celebrate what he sees as a huge win and also to blast Joe Biden for weaponizing the justice system against his political opponents. Around 11 a.m., he posted: BIG WIN FOR OUR CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY. PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN

Monday, the Supreme Court handed down a mixed bag of a ruling on presidential immunity. In my view, they took what could've been a straightforward and elegant decision — the president is immune from prosecution for acts committed in office unless he has been impeached for those acts — and turned it into a dog's breakfast of angels-on-the-head-of-a-pin litigation about what constitutes official and unofficial acts. Susie Moore has an excellent write-up on that case at BREAKING: Supreme Court Rules on Presidential Immunity. What has passed with remarkably little notice is Justice Clarence Thomas's concurrence. Justice Thomas says the Court is putting the cart before the horse.

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed challenges to Florida and Texas laws that restrict how large social media companies moderate user content. Each law would require Big Tech companies like X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook to host third-party communications but prevent those businesses from blocking or removing users' posts based on political viewpoints. In a unanimous ruling, the court said lower courts did not properly analyze the First Amendment issues at play in the case. As a result, each case will go back to its respective Circuit Court of Appeals.

For quite a while now, some of us have been trying to figure out who is actually running the country at the moment. It obviously hasn't been Joe Biden, a fact that should have been made clear during Thursday night's debate for those of you who still had some remaining questions. Some have assumed that it might be a coalition of Jeff Zients and Ron Klain, along with a few other liberal policy wonks. Others have suggested that Barack Obama is still handling things from the background, a possibility that can't be entirely ruled out. We may have gotten a better clue yesterday, however, after the Biden clan

The Biden family are apparently questioning whether several top campaign aides should be fired after last week’s disastrous debate debacle — as some allies accused President Biden’s preparation team of “political malpractice.” Talk of axing the staffers unfolded in private as President Biden and his family hunkered down at Camp David over the weekend to discuss options amid mounting calls for the 81-year-old to give up his re-election campaign, sources told CNN. During the discussions, some members of the first family trashed the senior aides and called for them to be put on the chopping block —

That can be changed at any time, right up to publication. It doesn't take any time or special skill. (Snip) So there's DOCTOR Jill Biden on the cover of Vogue, insisting, "WE WILL DECIDE OUR FUTURE."

He is also suing for unjust enrichment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Biden’s lawyer and representatives for Fox did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
