A federal judge on Tuesday overturned parts of Florida’s law restricting the use of “gender-affirming care” on children. The judge declared multiple statutes related to puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and surgeries to be unconstitutional.
The law was aimed at preventing medical facilities from prescribing irreversible “gender-affirming” treatments to young children. Several studies have shown these treatments to be not only ineffective but harmful to minors suffering from gender dysphoria. Nevertheless, the judge struck down the measure.
A federal judge on Tuesday struck down parts of Florida’s restrictions on transition-related medical care for transgender minors and adults, declaring several statutes that ban such care unconstitutional.

The judge relies on cliches, which is bad.
He then accepts the fiction of 'transgenderism' as some sort of empirical science, which is worse.

Anytime a state tries to roll back part of the woke agenda, there is a leftist Federal judge ready to intervene. Fixing these obscenities always becomes a Federal case.

We should just send all elected government officials home and let the judges do their thing. Our lives seem to have been run by judges for the past several years. Should I say UNELECTED judges?

Then all child car seat laws must be unconstitutional as well. If the state can't step in and intervene in irresponsible parenting to protect the children, then drinking and smoking age limits must also be unconstitutional.

I've read that the leader of the Second Great Awakening in America, Charles Finney, was converted to Christianity through his study of law.
What?!!!!
Yep. Our legal system used to have such connection to the Bible that this man became a powerful Christian through a close examination of it.
NO! NO! NO! you hear commonly said. "Our Constitution is godless! No mention of God in it!"
What about the little fact that every one that signed it did so "In the year of our LORD"?
Who is this LORD that designated when the Constitution was signed?
Jesus Christ.
"Maybe" our judges should look back a little more to see what they are supposed to represent.

It would be nice if reporters would describe these judges by their political leanings and appointment when writing these articles. We can pretty much guess but more information would be helpful.

Isn't it amazing how these federal judges work to abrogate the will of the Laws created by the State Legislatures??? They do the bidding of their political masters, and the NoBama/Vegetable/Soros crowd has been flooding the Senate with nominees for approval who GO AGAINST laws created, debated and passed in the States.
10th Amendment cases such as these should ONLY end up in the SCOTUS, but they REFUSED to hear those kinds of cases brought in 2020, so the federal judges run INTERFERENCE to prevent the States from enacting laws for their own States.
Now the effort to get ACTIVIST Judges seated and ACTIVIST District Attorneys get appointed and approved, the legal system of equal justice under the LAW is as confused as these gender confused individuals trying to manipulate U.S. into senseless submission to their fantasies regardless of what equipment they were given at birth.
Why have the Rule of Law if it can change laws which have been dicussed and VOTED upon???

Every day, in every way, we approach Armageddon. When judicial tyranny contravenes the will of the people, the people will turn their backs on the law and do the right thing. We take another step every day.

Ignore this liberal federal toady! After all, if. Obiden can ignore the SCOTUS on college loans, then Fla. can ignore this lower court. As as for being unconstitutional, where did the founding fathers hide this in the constitution?

" Gender affirming care " is the lefts euphemism for the mutilation of children. Your sex cannot be changed and anyone that thinks that it can be is mentally ill.
