Everyone who has to go to court wants a sympathetic judge. But when a party goes “judge shopping,” it undermines people’s faith in the ability to get a fair hearing. It is bad enough when lawyers try to game the system in civil litigation. It is outrageous when the government does it to get home field advantage in criminal prosecutions, where the goal is to deny someone his/her freedom. Yet, that is exactly what the Department of Justice did recently, and was rightly called out for it.
Isabella DeLuca was indicted in a case involving the Jan. 6 riot. Although a Washington, D.C, resident, she was arrested in California in

A good start would be to emulate, for only one time, what Monica’s boyfriend did when he first weaseled his way into the White House, and get rid of all US Attorneys. That would be a good start.

It's like flipping an old house. Sometimes things are in such a state of ruin the best thing to do is tear it down to the ground and start over. Same goes for the FBI, CIA, NSA, EEOC, and a host of other alphabet agencies in the federal bureaucracy. And some should be razed to the ground and not rebuilt at all.

The Biden-Obama administration has weaponized the entire Government.
There isn't one Government agency left untouched.

Easy. Convict and imprison every ever-lovin’ DOJ employee above the rank of sous-chef. Then, only employ Americans hereafter.

In my mind it’s impossible to restore confidence. I don’t know how to de-nazify all of these organizations?

I question whether confidence can EVER be restored to DOJ after 0bama and Biden. DOJ has been irredeemably politicized, my opinion.

Anything short of gutting the DOJ and completely overhauling it with no input from Congress is just window dressing. New leadership is just new lipstick on the same pig.

Nothing can possibly restore the FBI's credibility. The agency must be erased. Shut down, agents all FIRED and not moved elsewhere to infect those places, and NOT replaced.

I was thinking the DOJ, FBI, CIA all need an enema to powerhouse all the POS that are entrenched.

The only way to to engender confidence in the DOJ is to clean House... Since anyone with any integrity will have already resigned in disgust...Fire 100% of all remaining employees and hire anew.

Many people need to be fired, some need to go to jail as a warning to others.

After his election, but before taking office and zeroing the FBI budget, among many other agencies (including all the ones that have created police/SWAT groups - ATF,Treasury, IRS, SSA, DOE, etc); plans should already have been created to implement upon assuming Presidency - steps to retire/fire every last one of employee, contractor, consultant upon taking office, and destroying/degaussing every corrupt data file in existence (consult Bill & Hillary). A few contract people should then implement a few initiatives the Federal government should perform that cannot be done by States.

It's not just replacing the "leadership" with new people but cleaning out 99.9% of all its employees. There may be a few old timers working as staff attorneys, etc. in DOJ and throughout its component agencies and know they are to be non-partisan, but they are the exceptions. Look at all the recent college grads of the last 20 years: woke, hyper Lefty/Dem, partisan, etc. That is where the FBI, DOJ, and other agencies are hiring their agency attorneys, special agents, etc. So until colleges stop creating little lefty partisan monsters, all the changes in leadership won't matter. And as for the support personnel, well, these agencies are headquartered in DC so you have a huge pool of local blacks who are 99.9% Dem and many with huge chips on their shoulders so how do you deal with them? And of course, plenty of lefty whites from the suburbs who also staff these agencies. It's a huge problem that's been years in the making.
