Tracing this rumor backward, it seems the facund Tucker Carlson was witness to its birth. Someone on his show pushed the notion that foreigners have a free pass to vote in American elections because of a statutory “loophole” that lets them vote. So, is it true that federal law makes it possible for foreigners to vote? Not really. Let’s start with the good news: Many separate criminal statutes penalize foreigners registering and voting in the United States. Here’s a catalog.

A federal judge rejected efforts by Hunter Biden's attorneys to dismiss felony gun charges against him Thursday afternoon, setting in motion a trial for President Joe Biden's son in June. The younger Biden's attorneys argued the charges, which were filed after Hunter lied on a federal background check form about drug use while purchasing a handgun in 2018, are unconstitutional and a violation of Second Amendment rights. That argument didn't fly. "Defendant Robert Hunter Biden is charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3)1 and two false-statement counts under §§ 922(a)(6) and 924(a)(1)(A).

It’s not enough that pro-Hamas mayhem has overtaken college campuses nationwide. We now have these students, though many are probably professional agitators, going on hunger strikes to protest the war in Gaza. We should put “hunger strike” in quotes since this is intermittent fasting. These kids are taking snack breaks—it’s the weakest sauce hunger strike ever. Yet, at Princeton, one student who claims to be immunocompromised complained that she was dying from her self-imposed hunger strike and blamed the school for weakening her. [Video] “This is absolutely unfair. My peers and I, we are starving. We are physically exhausted. I am quite literally shaking right now,

Now, let’s move to the incompetence part of this presidency. It certainly played a factor in this decision to suspend arms shipments to Israel, but does Biden think he can pull a long con over the electorate here? Does this man believe he has the smarts and skills to sell to the antisemites and pro-Hamas supporters within the Democratic Party base that he’s tough on Israel while telling American Jews that our “ironclad” support for the Jewish state will remain? That’s the sticky wicket: Biden needs to kowtow, grovel, and appease vicious antisemites and supporters of radical Islam to keep his 2024 bid alive.

If you want a perfect summary of why people don't trust the media anymore, and in particular CNN, this is it. Back in September 2021 Joe Rogan announced that he had contracted COVID and was taking a "kitchen sink" approach to fighting it off. One of the drugs he took was Ivermectin. Immediately, as in that same day, CNN started in on a campaign to mock Rogan for taking "horse dewormer." *On Sept. 1, CNN host Erin Burnett said: “Controversial podcast host Joe Rogan, who’s railed against vaccine requirements, says he has covid and took a drug intended for livestock.” She articulated similar descriptions two additional times

Let’s face it: the spate of unrest and violence inspired by antisemitism is not exactly casting the left in a favorable light. Since the war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip began on October 7, left-wing activists have been staging protests and rallies on college campuses and in the streets, railing against Israel and spreading Hamas talking points. Many of these demonstrations have resulted in violence against Jewish people – especially in universities. Anti-Israel activists have issued threats and engaged in vandalism as a way of expressing their hatred of the Jewish state, which has placed high-profile leftists in a tricky position.

The poor dears at The New York Times who spend their days shrieking from fainting couches about a Donald Trump return to the White House would like you to know that their concerns are shared internationally. This is a continuation of an ages-old theme by the Democrats. In their telling of the story, the international community never likes a Republican president. I have no idea how long they've been peddling that story, but it's been boilerplate throughout my entire voting life, and I started with Reagan. Of course, they're referring to the foreigners that Hollywood types would drink with at the Cannes Film Festival,

Miss Israel Noa Cochva has been blasted as a 'war criminal' and had a knife pulled on her in New York while inviting people to ask her questions about being in the IDF. The beauty queen filmed herself carrying a poster that said 'I am an IDF soldier. Ask me anything' around Washington Square Park on Monday. One onlooker slammed Cochva telling the 25-year-old, 'You are a war criminal.' 'How do you sleep at night,' one person asked. Cochva responded, 'I sleep really well because I know that I'm in the right side of history.' 'I heard there was a Zionist here,' said a woman wearing a camouflage crop top and pants.

On Thursday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “The Hill,” House Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA) stated that President Joe Biden’s statement to CNN on weapons to Israel “is not really the administration’s position” according to people in the White House he’s spoken to, he’s “frustrated by that”, and such misstatements are “a huge problem.” Host Blake Burman asked, “You know some of the divisiveness around this, whether it’s on the left or on the right, you just heard from the Israeli prime minister there. I wonder where you stand on this, sir, and what you made of the President’s comments last evening.” Smith answered, “I think they lacked clarity,
