An Arizona State University senior who was arrested and suspended after trespassing during an anti-Israel protest broke down in tears over missing graduation as a consequence of her actions.
“I’m being restricted from a lot of things right now that I didn’t expect to be for standing up for something I believe in,” Breanna Brocker told ABC15 as she choked up.
“You know I have family coming in who I have to let them know not come to my graduation ceremonies.”
She tearfully added: “I’m just disappointed. I’m a 2020 high school grad, so I wasn’t able to walk then.

A group of federal judges has announced a boycott of Columbia University, citing concerns over the institution’s handling of recent campus disruptions and allegations of fostering anti-semitism.
The judges, who hire law clerks annually, expressed their loss of confidence in Columbia University following the aftermath of the October 7 terrorist attacks by Hamas.
The university, once renowned for its academic excellence, has now been labeled by the judges as ground zero “for the explosion of student disruptions, antisemitism, and hatred for diverse viewpoints.”
In a letter addressed to Columbia University President Minouche Shafik, the judges expressed their dissatisfaction with the university’s handling of recent campus events.

A group of Republican senators has issued a stern warning to Karim Khan, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), over potential arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials.
The proposed warrants are reportedly connected to allegations of war crimes during the recent Israeli-Hamas conflict.
The ICC, headquartered in The Hague, is said to be nearing the decision despite Israel’s non-membership and non-recognition of the court. Since the Palestinian territories were admitted as a member state in 2015, the ICC has asserted jurisdiction over alleged war crimes committed by both Hamas and Israeli forces in Gaza.

Joe Biden had the United States Military Academy's Black Knights to the White House on Monday to present the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy to them for winning the competition among military academies.

The Army team actually won it back in December after beating Navy, but it's taken Joe Biden this long to get around to recognizing them and presenting the trophy.
This was the scene as they marched into the White House. [Video]
Then the cadets had to deal with Joe Biden, who looked ancient and spoke for only about five minutes.

It is no secret that far left Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff uses sleazy tactics to go after his political opponents. While most members of Congress usually skate on ethics charges, or receive light penalties, once in a great while their behavior is so overtly criminal that they end up prosecuted. Although Democrats are far more likely to use lawfare against Republicans than vice versa, when the behavior is so criminal, even Democrats — such as New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez who is being prosecuted for bribery — can’t escape justice.
Schiff is getting dangerously close to this stage. When he became chair of the House Intelligence Committee in 2019,

Hamas terrorists claimed credit for a rocket attack on Sunday targeting the Kerem Shalom border crossing between Israel and Gaza near the Egyptian border, the main entry point for humanitarian aid headed into the enclave. [Tweet]
Photos taken just after the attack show clouds of black smoke rising from the port of entry used to ensure weapons and other terrorist supplies don't make it into Gaza.
At least three IDF soldiers were killed and more were injured in the Hamas attack which was launched by the Iran-backed terrorists in Rafah.

“Never interfere with an enemy while he's in the process of destroying himself.”
Attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte
I have read that Georgia Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene plans to enact a plan to oust the current Republican Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson. Yeah, I was not pleased with the Omnibus spending bill, the FISA long-term reauthorization, or the lack of emphasis on our border security. However, I would advise Rep. Greene to take heed of the aforementioned quote attributed to French military leader Napoleon. At this time, why would anyone with common sense and a sense of strategic engagement want to distract from the apparent implosion of the progressive socialist left?

After false claims from Hamas that they accepted a ceasefire agreement Monday, playing games in hopes of staving off further military action against them in the Gaza Strip, Israel is moving forward with a ground operation into Rafah. [Tweet]
The southern city near the border with Egypt is crawling with thousands of Hamas terrorists who are holding hundreds of hostages, including Americans. Earlier in the day the Israeli Defense Forces dropped leaflets warning non-combatants to evacuate.
"Israel's war cabinet has unanimously decided that Israel will continue the operation in #Rafah to exert military pressure on Hamas in order to advance the release of our hostages,

The man who might be the most important witness to Donald Trump's defense in Manhattan has been effectively silenced, much like the defendant himself. Now why would that be?

Prosecutors in the "Get Trump" case in Manhattan allege that Trump's nondisclosure agreement payments to two women shaking him down for money were actually federal campaign expenditures. The bookkeeping error they claim Trump made — misdemeanors if they're charged at all — are now, they argue, felonies because Trump did it in furtherance of stealing the 2016 election. Hillary said so.
So if you're Trump's attorneys, you might say "Hey, let's get that attorney guy, the former Federal Elections Commission Chairman,

On Sunday mornings, millions of faithful Christians gather in churches across the country to worship and serve. Many churches even call their worship areas sanctuaries, so it’s easy to believe that if anyone should feel safe and secure in public, it’s at church.
Unfortunately, we know that evil is rampant in this world, which makes pastors and congregations vulnerable. A recent story out of the Pittsburgh area demonstrates this sad reality.
“A man is facing charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he tried to shoot a pastor who was giving a sermon at a church in North Braddock,” reports WPXI.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators have sparked outrage after staging a protest near the grounds of Auschwitz – as Israelis including October 7 survivors marched to honour victims of the Holocaust.
Sirens wailed as protestors displayed a banner reading 'stop genocide' at groups wearing Israeli flags along the sidelines of the 'March of the Living' event, which brings together thousands annually to observe Holocaust Remembrance Day in silence.
Eyewitnesses claimed protestors were 'chanting' at participants on the march, with Israelis responding with lines from 'Am Israel chai', a Jewish solidarity anthem.
Survivors of Hamas' October 7 incursion into southern Israel were also in attendance

HOUSTON, Texas — A high school which published a yearbook with a page dismissing the October 7 terror attack on Israel says it will print a new version without the page.
In the email to parents of students at Bellaire High School, principal Michael Niggli said he was “surprised by the content” — which dismissed the attack which claimed the lives of 1,200 and resulted in over 240 hostages being taken — as “what happened, happened.”
Of those hostages, 128 remain in captivity, according to Israel.
Niggli also said the school will be “enforcing new editorial protocols,” to ensure something similar doesn’t happen again in the email, sent Sunday.
