If you've heard any of the talking points coming out of the Biden camp in the last few weeks, you've probably heard the one about Trump's legal bills. But it turns out that even as the Biden campaign and the DNC were making that case, the DNC was also paying Biden's legal bills.
Here's Biden's campaign finance chairman Rufus Gifford appearing on MSNBC Sunday. "Every single dime that you give the Biden-Harris election campaign, we spend talking to voters," he said. He added, "We are not spending money on legal bills." This ciip of Gifford saying all of that was posted on YouTube by the DNC

Hezbollah fired over 50 rockets toward Israel on Friday, as the region awaits Iran’s response to the suspected Israeli strike on the Iranian Consulate in Syria on April 1.
The Iran-backed Lebanese group said it fired dozens of Katyusha rockets at the Israeli military’s artillery positions, according to Hezbollah's Manar news agency.
Al Jazeera reported the explosion of air interception rockets above border villages in southeast Lebanon.
Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari said several rockets were fired Friday evening from Lebanon toward Israel, stating that most of the rockets were intercepted. Those that were not downed fell in open spaces and did not cause casualties, he said

The Biden administration on Friday announced yet another student-loan debt giveaway, this time passing $7.4 billion in debt accumulated by an estimated 277,000 Americans to taxpayers through the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) income-repayment plan and other similar repayment options.
To date, the Biden administration has canceled $153 billion of student debt for 4.3 million Americans through executive action.
The latest student-debt forgiveness policy comes after the Biden administration announced a plan to transfer $20,000 in accrued interest per borrower for 23 million Americans onto taxpayers, and forgive all student debt for roughly 2 million borrowers eligible for SAVE

BRENHAM, Texas -- Texas Department of Public Safety officials are reporting at least 16 injuries after they say a stolen 18-wheeler crashed into one of their offices on Friday.
According to officials from Texas DPS - Southeast Texas Region, the vehicle intentionally ran into the Brenham DPS Office at about 10:41 a.m. SkyEye video shows extensive damage to the front of the office and 18-wheeler.
Of the more than a dozen people injured, DPS said three were flown to the hospital in critical condition.
The suspected driver of the 18-wheeler was arrested at the scene and refused treatment, officials said. Authorities said there was no further threat to the community.

The U.S. has moved more forces into the Middle East to prepare for what officials believe could be an 'imminent' strike by Iran on Israel that could spark a full-scale war. The Pentagon is beefing up its presence in the region and the USS Dwight Eisenhower has been sent into the Red Sea in a warning to Tehran and to protect American personnel should the violence spill over, multiple reports suggest. U.S. officials fear that hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles could be used in a retaliation for an April 1 strike on a building adjacent to the Iranian embassy in

We all know that the border patrol is very, very busy these days. Very, very, very busy. They're so busy that they are unable to perform the menial task of checking illegal immigrant names against the terror watch list database.
I thought that one of their basic tasks in protecting the border was to identify terrorists and arrest them or send them back to where they came from. Apparently, that's just too difficult. It gets very busy at the border—all that paperwork and then the rush to send the illegals on their way into the interior of the U.S.
So, it's not really border patrol's fault that

Iran reportedly is considering an attack on Israel that would widen the war in the Middle East. This is from the Wall Street Journal:
Israel is preparing for a direct attack from Iran on southern or northern Israel as soon as Friday or Saturday, according to a person familiar with the matter. A person briefed by the Iranian leadership, however, said that while plans to attack are being discussed, no final decision has been made.

Earlier this week, U.S. intelligence reports showed that an attack on Israeli assets by Iran or its proxies could be imminent

The Middle East is on fire, and that fire grows hotter as President Joe Biden alternates between throwing gasoline on it and shutting off the fire hoses.
Iran is threatening retaliation against Israel for the death of one of its top military leaders, Mohammad Reza Zahedi, a senior commander in Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corps. Israel launched a strike that killed Zahedi, who was involved in the training of Hamas fighters. Iran is furious over the move, and there have been multiple reports that the nation is not only set on attacking Israel but also the U.S., should we interfere.

At the end of Donald Trump's presidential term, Iran was nearing an economic collapse with little ability to project strength outside of funding terrorist proxies. Internal revolutions were brewing, and the Mullahs were in their weakest position in decades.
Then Joe Biden took over. Since then Iran has been revitalized, seeing significant growth in its military budget due to the waiving of sanctions. The Islamic power has also come far closer to developing usable nuclear weapons. What did the United States get in return? It received a frayed relationship with long-time ally Saudia Arabia and absolute chaos from Kabul to Tel Aviv.

The House voted on Friday to push a revised version of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act re-authorization through a key procedural roadblock after failing to advance the original version earlier this week due to opposition from hardline conservatives.
House Republicans voted along party lines to advance a two-year FISA re-authorization bill after a group of Republicans joined Democrats on Wednesday to vote down a bill to re-authorize FISA for five years and reform the process. Democrats were unified in their opposition, with five Republicans and five Democrats not voting.
FISA authority is set to lapse next week

The bombshell essay penned by veteran NPR editor Uri Berliner this week is reportedly causing "turmoil" at his news organization.
Berliner made waves on Tuesday for calling out the liberal groupthink that has plagued NPR's newsroom, pointing to their mishandling of Russiagate, the Hunter Biden laptop, the COVID lab leak theory and the ongoing Israel-Hamas war as examples of its left-wing bias while prioritizing racial diversity over ideological diversity.
On Thursday, The New York Times detailed the "internal tumult" that has erupted among Berliner's colleagues and NPR leadership. According to their report, the essay was brought up at what was described as a "long-scheduled meet-and-greet"
