Tyrannical leftist New York Attorney General Letitia James has revealed she is prepared to seize (steal) President Trump’s assets if he cannot pay the outrageous court fine as ordered by compromised Judge Arthur Engoron.
“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.
As the Gateway Pundit reported, Engoron fined Trump $355 million and banned him from doing business in New York City for the next three years. Engoron claimed Trump “participated in aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud

When Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) isn’t busy fraternizing with Chinese spies, it appears he enjoys feeding his wanderlust and appetite for the finer things at the expense of campaign donors. The lawmaker has reportedly spent considerable sums of campaign funds to travel the globe, partake of fancy dinners, spend time at luxury spas, and a host of other extracurricular activities.
Swalwell’s campaign shelled out over $2.1 million in these diversions last year, with expenses spanning from chauffeured cars to childcare. The question is: Will he face any accountability for this?

Let's begin with one of life's truths. The American Democrat Party is the most hypocritical organization on the face of the earth. Yeah, I know; you already knew that — but this article will more than illustrate that truth.
When Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis first began shipping busloads of illegal aliens to northern "sanctuary cities," state and local Democrat leader lost their ever-loving hypocritical minds.
Welp, as more and more illegals continued to find their way north, plaguing cities like New York City, Chicago, and even Denver, a funny thing happened to the sanctuary-city mindset: "We gotta get these illegals outta here!"

In United States immigration policies and practices, all of the incentives are tilted the wrong way. Immigrating to the United States legally is time-consuming and expensive; crossing the border illegally is not only free but comes with plenty of free stuff and benefits.
Now, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is about to tilt those incentives still further the wrong way, as they are raising the cost of becoming an American citizen.
Fees associated with becoming an American citizen are set to rise on April 1, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced.

The Democratic Party is a group of insufferable children, spoiled and entitled, throwing a constant series of temper tantrums without interruption. They are the brat kid in your child’s class, constantly indulged with hugs and reassurances that they’re “special” and important, when what they really need is a butt-reddening series of spanks that make it difficult to sit for a week. That won’t happen because leftists don’t have any adults on their side.
Well, maybe that’s overstating it a bit – they have adults, but they aren’t interested in acting like one. They are more interested in an agenda über alles approach to life,

Florida Republicans want to change defamation laws in the state to hold mainstream-media outlets more accountable for fake news. They might instead write a death warrant for smaller alternative media platforms, especially conservative media, while turning Florida into a "libel tourism destination," one radio host warns.
The axiom Be careful what you wish for applies here, it seems:
Republican state Rep. Alex Andrade of Pensacola has sponsored a bill that will make it easier for Floridians to sue journalists and news organizations for defamation, something that is historically difficult to prove in court.
Trey Radel, political consultant and host at a Fox News Radio affiliate in Florida, has been an outspoken critic

Ever since transgender individuals have been allowed to participate in sporting events of the gender with which they identify, people with more than two fully functioning brain cells have been issuing warning after warning about the physical dangers posed to biological females by competition against biological males. Such warnings were met with cries of "bigot" and other such name-calling. However, case after case has emerged proving the concerns are completely valid.
A good case in point comes from a high school girls' basketball game that ultimately ended in a forfeit at halftime due to three girls suffering injuries

Newly uncovered documents reveal Joe Biden has an interesting connection to Abraham Lincoln and a personal reason to be thankful for his Presidency.
Historian David J. Gerleman wrote in theWashington Post Monday that Biden’s great-great-grandfather, Moses J. Robinette, was pardoned by President Lincoln after being charged with murder following a particularly violent incident. He discovered this shocking detail after reviewing 22 pages of a court martial transcript.
The charge came after a Robinette got into a brawl with fellow Union Army civilian employee John J. Alexander on March 21, 1864, in the Army of the Potomac’s winter camp in Virginia.

President Joe Biden will leave Washington for yet another visit to California's deep-pocketed political donors as he seeks to build a war chest capable of competing with Donald Trump's fundraising machine.
He travels to the West Coast for the second time this month to swell campaign coffers already crammed with $130 million—the highest total ever amassed at this stage in the cycle.
His first event is with a billionaire Israeli-American Hollywood mogul. Tickets reportedly cost up to $250,000, making it a tidy payday for Biden's reelection effort.

Many people can't believe that the Democrats are going to go with the debilitated Joe Biden as their candidate for 2024.
But right now, that's the apparent plan, although there's all kinds of speculation about a possible plan B that might include California Gov. Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. Newsom certainly has been lining himself up as an available guy for the role should Biden ever step to the side.I have to hand it to one of the reporters on Tuesday who had the boldness to ask Biden about Newsom being Plan B. The fact that now they're willing to ask this shows how much trouble Biden is in.

Lawyering is hard work. First, you have to get a college degree. OK, that’s not hard work; that’s a four-year summer camp these days. But then you have to get into law school.
Once in law school, you waste three years being taught a lot of BS, but they never teach taught how to practice law. I got an ‘A’ in Property Law but was never taught how to buy a house. I got an ‘A’ in Contract Law but never drafted – or even read – a contract. I got an ‘A’ in Civil Procedure but was never taught when to stand up

It was widely expected that Joe Biden wouldn't serve out a full term as president. Even in 2020, his mental decline was obvious to anyone who watched him on the campaign trail. Few, if any, actually expected that he'd seek a second term.
PJ Media's Rick Moran noted a mere ten months into Biden's term that he was governing like he knew he wouldn’t seek reelection, and I agreed. Some believed that the only reason Biden and the White House were even claiming that Biden's plans to run was to “avoid weakening his standing,” which made sense and was an appropriate strategy. But the inevitability of a one-and-done for Joe Biden

One person who defended the verdict is CNN’s Laura Coates, who clearly doesn't understand the implications or perhaps even the details of the case.
"Wouldn't there be many companies who would not want to do business or loan money to people like yourself for investors if they know that they can get away with fraud and there's no recourse to protect them?" she asked.

A plan by President Joe Biden, called an “extortion attempt,” would shield more criminal illegal aliens from deportation as data shows his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has drastically cut interior immigration enforcement.
Biden’s White House is threatening to cut deportations of even the most violent illegal alien convicts unless Congress approves billions in funding that passes through DHS before getting handed to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) helping facilitate illegal immigration.
RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), told Breitbart News that the threat from Biden is echoed by the establishment media with claims that DHS needs the billions in funding to enforce federal immigration law.

President Joe Biden is polling at under 50 percent against former President Donald Trump in blue New York as his likely challenger has already made it clear that he is making a “heavy play” for traditionally blue states this election cycle.
The New York survey from Siena College showed Biden leading Trump by just 12 percentage points in the Democrat-run state, leading Trump with less than a majority, 48 percent support, to the former president’s 36 percent support. Another six percent said they would not vote, six percent said they do not know or refused to answer, and four percent said they would support someone else.

Biden’s approval ratings are historically low for a sitting president since 1950 seeking election. Each of the prior eleven presidents in that position, including four who lost (Trump being one), began the election year with at least 45% approval in Gallup. Biden’s at the year’s start was only 41% and has been short of 45% for more than two years. He fares no better in preference polls. He trails Trump

Georgia lawmakers are taking aim at Atlanta's squatting crisis with a proposed bill that would make the act a clear criminal offense in the Peach State as neighborhoods around the metro area continue to assess the situation with tied hands. Approximately 1,200 homes have been taken over by squatters, according to the National Rental Home Council trade group, but with local law enforcement bound by tenant rights laws, homeowners have limited options to reclaim their property.
HB 1017, the Georgia Squatter Reform Act, aims to make that process easier.

New York Times' publisher has revealed the White House said they have been unhappy at recent press coverage in the newspaper after a series of opinion articles focused on President Joe Biden's age and his unsuitability to run for a second term.
A.G. Sulzberger, 43, who has been publisher for the last six years, said the White House was 'extremely upset' - yet he insists the paper will 'continue to report fully and fairly.'
'We are going to continue to report fully and fairly, not just on Donald Trump but also on President Joe Biden,' he told the Reuters Institute in an interview.

Local families in the predominantly black Roxbury neighborhood of Boston are furious after the city shut down the local community center to instead use it to house more of President Joe Biden’s illegal border crossers.
Roxbury’s Melnea A. Cass Recreational Community Center, which was once a meeting place for Little League ball players, volleyball games, and other sports and community events, has now been dedicated to rows of cots for illegal border crossers, CBS, WBZ-TV Boston reported.
WBZ interviewed pre-teen Jeremiah Rodriguez who showed up at the community center on Feb. 17 under the mistaken impression that his community baseball team was using the facility for batting practice.

When President Joe Biden issued regulations that he and his side of the political aisle hoped would eventually lead to electric vehicles replacing automobiles that burn gasoline and diesel fuel, it was regarded as a glorious moment. The backtracking, however, has begun, a welcome development we didn’t believe was possible from the man who once irresponsibly promised “to end fossil fuel.”
Unfortunately, it’s being done for the wrong reasons.
The New York Times reported over the weekend that the “administration intends to relax elements of one of its most ambitious strategies to combat climate change,

President Trump published a timely post on Truth Social earlier today on Presidents’ Day.
President Trump has a keen awareness of the mood of the country. And, on this Presidents’ Day it’s hard to recognize America. The deliberate actions by the American left, the DC elites, the legacy media, and the tech conglomerates, are changing the US into a country our Founding Fathers would not recognize. Today, Joe Biden and his Obama handlers have transitioned America into a state that more closely resembles Chavez’s Venezuela than Reagan’s shining city on a hill.
Democrats today have over 91 charges of lawfare leveled against him by the radical left.

Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and New York Times bestselling Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow said Monday Real America’s Voice’s “Stinchfield Tonight” that President Joe Biden and his family were “clearly given millions of dollars from entities all over the world.”
While discussing FBI informant Alexander Smirnov being charged with making false statements, anchor Grant Stinchfield said, “Why should I even believe the FBI? They now have a history of lying to us about just about everything. Why do I believe them that this guy is lying?”

The head of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force, Esmail Qaani, told Iran’s terrorist proxies in Iraq to pause attacks on American troops, Reuters revealed in a report citing anonymous sources on Sunday.
The extensive list of unnamed sources – “three Iranian officials, a senior Iraqi security official, three Iraqi Shi’ite politicians, four sources in Iran-backed Iraqi armed groups and four Iraq-focused diplomats” – all corroborated the claim that Qaani made a brief visit to Baghdad to discuss the escalating number of attacks by Iranian proxy forces in Iraq in late January and warned the leaders of several of these organizations that they should “lie low”

Oscar Wilde wrote that “moderation is a fatal thing. Nothing succeeds like excess.” Justice Arthur Engoron took that line to heart with his absurd imposition of $455 million in fines and interest against Donald Trump and his corporation.
It succeeded wonderfully with New Yorkers, who celebrated the verdict like a popular public execution. It also worked wonderfully to make it difficult to appeal.
Much of the criticism of the decision focused on the unprecedented use of the law and the excessive size of the fine. The New York statute has been on the books for decades and has always been something of an anomaly
