President Joe Biden took to the microphone for an unannounced address on Thursday night, following the release of the politically devastating Special Counsel report that said he "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." While the report stated that such actions "present serious risks to national security,” Biden will not face charges because he presents himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and it would be difficult to convince a jury he is guilty of a serious felony because to commit such a crime “requires a mental state of willfulness.” The report elaborated by pointing out he couldn’t

We've known from the start he was badly incapacitated. Now they're just pouring on the pitiful, mindlessness and shoving him out in public to make a terrible fool of himself. What better way to say he's not competent to aid in his defense, therefore can't be charged with anything.

At best, Joe Biden is a one-term President. There is no doubt that he will not be in office in January 2025. The questions that remain are: 1. Can he make it to election day? 2. If not, who is the candidate? 3. And what do the Democrats do with Kamala Harris? Even a Joe Biden shuffling in the Alzheimers ward is a better President than Kamala Harris.

What was the name of the Mafia Godfather that feigned dementia so that he wouldn't be prosecuted? Two problems with that theory - 1. Biden is not smart enough. 2. He's not faking his incompetency.

People, this is the plan. Democrats are working their plan to get rid of Biden and insert the candidate of their choice, Michelle Obama. Kamala will be shuffled off the stage with absolutely zero complaint. Who cares what happens to Kamala? Democrats know their victory lies with Michelle and they intend to put her in the White House by hook or crook just like they did Joe Biden. The powers that be behind this heinous administration will easily transition into running the show for another figurehead, Michelle Obama. If successful, this will be the death knell for the United States of America.

My grandmother always said, "When people get old they just get more concentrated. If they were sweet and kind, that is what you see. If they were mean, they get meaner." Joe was always a bully who used anger to get people to do what he wanted. He seems clueless that he is old and feeble now.

This is Kabuki theater. Nothing in politics happens by accident. This lets the demo-commies drop PedoJoe and put up a 'clean' candidate that can't be connected to the trashing that America has sustained the past 3+ years. Hoping enough mush-minds won't vote against Biden (and for President Trump) so they can manage to cheat their way to a mail-in ballot win yet again.

Senator Josh Hawley, R-Mo., said that Attorney General Merrick Garland is at a crossroads after Justice Department Special Counsel Robert Hur declined to charge President Joe Biden for mishandling classified documents because of his mental state. Hur’s report, which was made public on Thursday, found that after a months-long investigation, Biden "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials," but he concluded that no criminal charges were warranted, because based on "direct interactions with and observations of" the president, Hur and his team said "[i]t would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him

Vice President Kamala Harris sharply attacked Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on President Biden's handling of classified documents, Friday, as "politically motivated" and "gratuitous, inaccurate and inappropriate." A reporter asked Harris in Washington if she thought Hur's report that recounted several memory lapses by the president was fair. Harris blasted Hur as being "wrong on the facts" and thought he should have shown greater integrity.

You know, I think they are. I've even made a handshake bet that they will. But I'll confess to questioning my end of that wager more than ever, after the events of Thursday afternoon and evening. Even before the Special Counsel report arrived, the president had been spending the week mistaking European political leaders for their deceased predecessors. Then the report detonated. It announced that the DOJ would not pursue charges against Joe Biden over his unlawful conduct, despite evidence that he "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency," including items that were marked highly classified.

Democrats are growing increasingly worried about the state of President Biden's mental acuity after the release of the special counsel report stemming from his handling of classified documents. Special Counsel Robert Hur released the report on Thursday, and although the president won't face criminal charges, the report alleged the president forgot key details of his life, including information surrounding his time as vice president and his son's death, during pertinent interviews while the probe was being conducted. Biden called an unusual press conference after the release where he sparred with reporters

Hur did not recommend criminal charges against the president for mishandling classified documents. Those records included classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, among other records related to national security and foreign policy which Hur said implicated "sensitive intelligence sources and methods."

When Senate negotiators unveiled their 370 page supplemental funding bill Sunday night, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer planned to schedule a vote on the legislation Wednesday. How things have changed in less than 72 hours. The bipartisan-negotiated supplemental is dead. It’s dead not because of Senator James Lankford, the head Republican negotiator, but because of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. With the Senate now set to consider a stand-alone supplemental for Ukraine, a country whose border security McConnell values more than his own, one can’t help but wonder if this is what McConnell wanted all along.

Is 2024’s presidential battleground bigger than we think? So focused on the past, we have been overlooking the present’s obvious. Former President Donald Trump’s polling numbers indicate his support is not just deeper but regionally broader than expected. If this is true, it has major November implications. The 2016 and 2020 elections pivoted on five states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. In 2016, Trump won them all, and the presidency’s determining electoral vote was 306 to 232. In 2020, Biden won them all, and the electoral vote was 306 to 232. Throw in 2020’s additional close states of Nevada (which Biden won) and North Carolina (which Trump

In a dramatic setback, House Republicans failed Tuesday to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, forced to shelve a high-profile priority — for now — after a few GOP lawmakers refused to go along with the party’s plan. The stunning roll call fell just a few votes short of impeaching Mayorkas, stalling the Republicans’ drive to punish the Biden administration over its handling of the U.S-Mexico border. With Democrats united against the charges, the Republicans needed almost every vote from their slim majority to approve the articles of impeachment. The House is likely to revisit plans to impeach Mayorkas, but next steps are highly uncertain.

Is President Joe Biden scared of starting a broader war if he attacks Iran? Or is he worried about gasoline prices going up, torching his reelection bid? The pusillanimous response of Biden to attacks on U.S. troops has enraged critics. Many want the president, who pledged to hold accountable "all those responsible" for the deaths of three U.S. soldiers, to strike Iran. To go after the head of the snake and squash Tehran’s ability to fund and train the terrorists who continue to attack U. S. personnel. He won’t do it. Why? Because he’s scared to death that

Israel's neighbors and key mediators warned Saturday of disaster and repercussions if its military launches a ground invasion in Gaza's southern city of Rafah, where Israel says remaining Hamas strongholds are located — along with over half the besieged territory's population. [SNIP] The announcement set off panic. More than half of Gaza's 2.3 million people are packed into Rafah, which borders Egypt. Many fled there after following Israeli evacuation orders that now cover two-thirds of the territory following the Oct. 7 Hamas attack that sparked the war. It's not clear where they could go next. Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said any Israeli ground offensive on Rafah would have "disastrous consequences."
