Election Case

Obama-appointed District Judge Tanya Chutkan paused former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election trial schedule while the appeal for his presidential immunity claim is pending. In early December, Chutkan rejected Trump’s bid to have his case dismissed based on presidential immunity, prompting Trump to appeal to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Chutkan agreed Wednesday to pause pre-trial deadlines and further proceedings pending the appeals court’s decision. “[T]he court agrees with both parties that Defendant’s appeal automatically stays any further proceedings that would move this case towards trial or impose additional burdens of litigation on Defendant,” Chutkan wrote Wednesday.

Lunatic Jack Smith is in boiling hot water over his corruption charges in The Hague - - so he's going to drop his asinine case like a hot potato. Chutkin is just doing what she can to help the lunatic take a powder.

This can't be good for Jacksmith's multi-million dollar operation. The timing is interesting too. Are they feeling some heat from somewhere? Things not working out as planned? Although it's too early to crow it's looking good.

Then again, this could be a head fake. The Deep State has too much invested in this. The "tell" may be how SCOTUS fast-tracked Jack Smith's request, bypassing the Appeals Court for a hearing. BTW, Mary McCords's husband, Sheldon Snook, is "Special Assistant" to Chief Justice John Roberts' Counselor. And who is Mary McCord? She/he is a Deep State Operative who has been at the heart of every Lawfare operation targeting Trump since at least 2016. McCord has been working in the DOJ National Security Division during the Barry and Biden administrations. She/he has been involved with the Carter Page FISA, the investigation on LTG Michael Flynn and Lead Staff on the Schiff/Nadler House Impeachment effort against Trump, among other activities of mischief. All of this so Trump is on trial by 5 March, 2024. Super Tuesday.

The judge had to do this because Trump appealed. Until the appeal is over, she has no jurisdiction.

The Supreme Court should take it slow. Let the general election be the Trial. This judge is a Jamaican Communist so the lawfare cannot be trusted to be just or fair. The Democrats have opened Pandora’s box and will reap the whirlwind.

Unprecedented tensions between White House

Joe Biden held Israel closer than any American president ever has in the horrific days after the Hamas attacks on October 7. But more than two months later, following days upon end of Israeli strikes in Gaza that have killed thousands of civilians, unprecedented tensions are widening between the White House and the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Biden accused Israel, for example, of carrying out “indiscriminate” bombing in an off-camera political event this week. He used exceedingly blunt language, which typically causes pushback from Israel’s leaders, who insist they try to spare civilians but accuse Hamas of using innocent Palestinians as cover.

Harvard University covered up a high-level investigation into whether its controversial president was a plagiarist — and used an expensive law firm to threaten The Post over our own probe. The college announced Tuesday morning that it had investigated Claudine Gay over whether some of her academic work was plagiarized and had cleared her of breaching the college’s “standards for research misconduct.” Instead, it said that she would request four corrections in two publications to insert citations and quotation marks that were originally “omitted.”

Former President Donald Trump has expanded his lead over his GOP rivals with five weeks until the first Republican presidential nominating contest, now earning 51% first-choice support from likely Iowa caucusgoers, according to the latest NBC News/Des Moines Register/Mediacom poll. Trump’s lead — the largest recorded so close to a competitive Republican caucus in this Iowa poll’s history — is fueled by majorities of evangelical and first-time likely caucusgoers, as well as by nearly three-quarters of Republicans who believe Trump can defeat President Joe Biden next year despite the legal challenges the former president faces.

Before the draft resolution hit paper, the writing was on the wall. The US, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, was always going to veto any move for a ceasefire and they all knew it as a matter of fact. For some, it was a matter of regret. On his way into the chamber, France's ambassador to the UN, Nicolas de Riviere, put it this way: "A resolution failing because of veto is a failure of the UN Security Council." Mr de Riviere wanted more time to negotiate towards an agreement and spoke of the danger of driving "the Security Council car against the wall".

In the fourth, and hopefully final GOP debate, Vivek Ramaswamy created an uproar when he stated that “the Great Replacement Theory is not some grand right-wing conspiracy theory, but a basic statement of a Democratic Party’s platform.” He stated the truth, as Democrats have touted this premise for the past handful of years, from Joe Biden to Chuck Schumer and more. Politico concluded in 2013 that “amnesty for millions of illegal aliens would be an electoral bonanza for Democrats and cripple Republican prospects in many states they now win easily.” Van Jones threw a hissy fit in providing his, ahem, (mischaracterization) of Ramaswamy’s comments following the debate

A war of words — and regulation — escalated this week when a board, hand-picked by Florida Gov. The audit claimed Disney gave complimentary annual passes and steep discounts to the public employees, calling the perks “akin to bribes.” A review of campaign finance records shows that some of Disney’s scrutinized perks have also long been enjoyed by Florida’s top politicians, even including DeSantis,

Is the right about to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory regarding Bud Light? That's the story after several prominent right-wing figures publicly came out in support of the embattled beer brand recently. For those unacquainted with the controversy, Bud Light got itself into hot water by joining forces with transgender activist (and all-around mentally deranged person) Dylan Mulvaney. That resulted in a commemorative can being sent to Mulvaney, who then used it to do product placement in a couple of videos posted on social media. The backlash was swift, and for the first time in history, conservatives were to put some teeth behind the phrase "go woke, go broke."

Before the Chinese coronavirus came to the U.S., the Trump administration built the world’s most prosperous economy, according to White House archives: America gained 7 million new jobs – more than three times government experts’ projections. Incomes rose in every single metro area in the United States for the first time in nearly three decades. Unemployment for women hit its lowest rate in nearly 70 years. The DOW closed above 20,000 for the first time in 2017 and topped 30,000 in 2020. Jobless claims hit a nearly 50-year low.

Before we get to this direct rejection of the Biden/Blinken ‘credit’ argument, let’s go over the background that led to it. Under pressure from progressive anti-Semites in his party, Joe Biden growled yesterday about Israel’s supposedly “indiscriminate” bombing campaign in Gaza. His comments at a campaign event yesterday sent shock waves through the US media: “Israel’s security can rest on the United States,” Biden stated during a campaign event Tuesday, as he touted his government’s strong support of Israel. … “But they’re starting to lose that support by the indiscriminate bombing that takes place” in Gaza, Biden said, in a statement that implied Israel was needlessly targeting civilians.
