Trump is facing legal cases in five different states across the country, with two separate actions in New York. With some trial dates yet to be set, and others having already heard some evidence, here is everything you need to know. Donald Trump’s children are due to give evidence in a New York courtroom in a civil action against the family and their company.
He, himself, is due to testify in the case next week. Trump's journey through the courts is turning into a legal labyrinth.
You'd be forgiven for losing track, so here's a refresher guide.

As one of my old friends used to say, What a mess.
Lawyers, courts, laws, lawfare, judges, rules, chaos, truth, justice, oblivion ...
You figure it out.
Christian poetry: (James Russell Lowell)
Truth forever on the scaffold, Wrong forever on the throne,—
Yet that scaffold sways the future, and, behind the dim unknown,
Standeth God within the shadow, keeping watch above his own.
The Bible says submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
I hope and pray President Trump will do this.

This is what happens when a political party who knows how to play dirty goes about their filthy business.
They are frightened to death of an America that has a bellyfull of their filthy antics.
This worked with Sarah Palin and it inspired them to go after trump in the same manner.
Our laws in America no longer work. They ignore our laws at the border, they ignore our laws dealing with shoplifters and they use our laws to go after people why don't like or to stop the native usual suspects fro rioting.
People who went to a trump rally sit in prison with no trial, a Capitol police officer murdered a woman and got a promotion for doing it, Derek Chauvin is in prison for doing his job and a crooked election placed a moron in the White House and now they use the law to destroy the election process.

A slobbering summary of “how much trouble Trump is in.” No mention of any recent Trump wins in the courts, as far as keeping him off state ballots. In fact, it seems as if this article was written some time ago. If you’re not a Trump fan, this article will feed your fantasy of successfully debating Trump's “legal troubles” with a Trump supporter at a holiday gathering. I suspect that’s what it’s for.

I am always skeptical when I see the words "All you need to know...." in ANY situation--
This is the case here with this article. In many cases, the lawfare plans to overwhelm President Trump is detailed but leaves OUT a lot as well. One of the things left out are the necessary means of DISCOVERY related to the charges made.
One simply cannot just charge someone without allowing the due process of that person to KNOW what the basis of the charges are to defend oneself, and that is essential to understand how these charges are made.
The punitive effort of Letitia James is to completely RUIN Mr. Trump's ability to do business in New York, and that is quite an over reach. If she was going after others trying to literally "put them out of business" one sees that in this case it is POLITICLLY MOTIVATED at sis core. The Georgia case is now more interesting that actual cases of irregularities have been found and admitted to,
The Colorado case is unfounded because the very wording of the 14th Amendment is specific and that case is attempting to REDEFINE something to mean what it doesn't mean.
In many cases of verifying election results, when irregularities are found, they just seem to get swept under the rug, In Arizona in Maricopa County, efforts were made to PREVENT the verification process and a forensic group investigating the irregularities helf a THREE HOUR news conference to detail what was found, especially that election officials had PURPOSELY tried to destroy evidence to prevent discovery.
If Mr. Trump was not wealthy enough to defend himself, nearly ALL OF US would be financially ruined trying to defend our reputation. Efforts to try to "get Trump" through some of his associates like Paul Manafort, George Papadopollis, and Roger Stone showed just how far the corruption of governmental POWER to embarrass them was weieded.
So when reading the article keep in mind what is NOT there for context when you see am "All you need to know..." kind of article filled only with bullet points

And the President doesn't need the money. He confronts this evil that is fronted by a bunch of girlie men solely for love of country.

The state criminal charges are a serious problem. Yes, they are completely bogus, but that doesn't matter. Trump will be tried and convicted by an all Democrat jury and sentenced to prison by a Democrat politician judge. It is irrelevant whether any evidence is introduced to support the charges. Whichever lucky Democrats get selected for the jury will be salivating to convict him before the trial begins.
Trump cannot pardon himself like he can with the bogus federal charges. I have not heard anyone come up with a viable plan for dealing with this.

#10, Trump has defenses in the Georgia case. He has the same immunity claim he is pursuing in the DC case. There is also a First Amendment defense. The judge is a Republican appointee who was in the Federalist society in law school. If Trump is convicted, he can appeal. The case is not likely to be finished before the election. I can't see putting the President-elect or the President on trial during his term. It will be an issue for the Supreme Court, if it comes to that,
