As one of my old friends used to say, What a mess. Lawyers, courts, laws, lawfare, judges, rules, chaos, truth, justice, oblivion ... You figure it out. Christian poetry: (James Russell Lowell) Truth forever on the scaffold, Wrong forever on the throne,— Yet that scaffold sways the future, and, behind the dim unknown, Standeth God within the shadow, keeping watch above his own. The Bible says submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. I hope and pray President Trump will do this.

This is what happens when a political party who knows how to play dirty goes about their filthy business. They are frightened to death of an America that has a bellyfull of their filthy antics. This worked with Sarah Palin and it inspired them to go after trump in the same manner. Our laws in America no longer work. They ignore our laws at the border, they ignore our laws dealing with shoplifters and they use our laws to go after people why don't like or to stop the native usual suspects fro rioting. People who went to a trump rally sit in prison with no trial, a Capitol police officer murdered a woman and got a promotion for doing it, Derek Chauvin is in prison for doing his job and a crooked election placed a moron in the White House and now they use the law to destroy the election process.

A slobbering summary of “how much trouble Trump is in.” No mention of any recent Trump wins in the courts, as far as keeping him off state ballots. In fact, it seems as if this article was written some time ago. If you’re not a Trump fan, this article will feed your fantasy of successfully debating Trump's “legal troubles” with a Trump supporter at a holiday gathering. I suspect that’s what it’s for.

I am always skeptical when I see the words "All you need to know...." in ANY situation-- This is the case here with this article. In many cases, the lawfare plans to overwhelm President Trump is detailed but leaves OUT a lot as well. One of the things left out are the necessary means of DISCOVERY related to the charges made. One simply cannot just charge someone without allowing the due process of that person to KNOW what the basis of the charges are to defend oneself, and that is essential to understand how these charges are made. The punitive effort of Letitia James is to completely RUIN Mr. Trump's ability to do business in New York, and that is quite an over reach. If she was going after others trying to literally "put them out of business" one sees that in this case it is POLITICLLY MOTIVATED at sis core. The Georgia case is now more interesting that actual cases of irregularities have been found and admitted to, The Colorado case is unfounded because the very wording of the 14th Amendment is specific and that case is attempting to REDEFINE something to mean what it doesn't mean. In many cases of verifying election results, when irregularities are found, they just seem to get swept under the rug, In Arizona in Maricopa County, efforts were made to PREVENT the verification process and a forensic group investigating the irregularities helf a THREE HOUR news conference to detail what was found, especially that election officials had PURPOSELY tried to destroy evidence to prevent discovery. If Mr. Trump was not wealthy enough to defend himself, nearly ALL OF US would be financially ruined trying to defend our reputation. Efforts to try to "get Trump" through some of his associates like Paul Manafort, George Papadopollis, and Roger Stone showed just how far the corruption of governmental POWER to embarrass them was weieded. So when reading the article keep in mind what is NOT there for context when you see am "All you need to know..." kind of article filled only with bullet points

The state criminal charges are a serious problem. Yes, they are completely bogus, but that doesn't matter. Trump will be tried and convicted by an all Democrat jury and sentenced to prison by a Democrat politician judge. It is irrelevant whether any evidence is introduced to support the charges. Whichever lucky Democrats get selected for the jury will be salivating to convict him before the trial begins. Trump cannot pardon himself like he can with the bogus federal charges. I have not heard anyone come up with a viable plan for dealing with this.

#10, Trump has defenses in the Georgia case. He has the same immunity claim he is pursuing in the DC case. There is also a First Amendment defense. The judge is a Republican appointee who was in the Federalist society in law school. If Trump is convicted, he can appeal. The case is not likely to be finished before the election. I can't see putting the President-elect or the President on trial during his term. It will be an issue for the Supreme Court, if it comes to that,

Finally, almost two months later, CTH suspicions are confirmed {GO DEEP}. You might remember when the USS Carney intercepted 15 drones and cruise missiles in the Red Sea in October, we said something was sketchy about the Western media reporting on it. The political narrative (not from the Pentagon) was that the missiles were heading to Israel, but that didn’t pass the proverbial sniff test {GO DEEP ##2}. Given the nature of the political climate at the time, and accepting the limited range of Yemeni cruise missiles, CTH surmised the actual target of the October 19th attack was the U.S. naval fleet, not Israel.

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over a nationwide settlement with OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma that would shield members of the Sackler family who own the company from civil lawsuits over the toll of opioids. The agreement hammered out with state and local governments and victims would provide billions of dollars to combat the opioid epidemic. The Sacklers would contribute up to $6 billion and give up ownership, and the company would emerge from bankruptcy as a different entity, with its profits used for treatment and prevention. But the justices put the settlement on hold during the summer, in response to objections from the Biden administration. Arguments take place Monday.

With Israel and Hamas returning to arms Friday after the terror group ended a weeklong pause in the fighting across the Gaza Strip, the Jewish state is again under international pressure to halt its war to eliminate the jihadists who brutally slaughtered more than 1,200 people — including 33 Americans — on Oct. 7. But how, exactly, can the Israel Defense Forces avoid harming civilians when its enemy hides behind innocents, directing its operations from the most sacred of safe spaces – including hospitals – in violation of the international rules of war?

As Nikki Haley nabs endorsements from Republican kingmakers, some wealthy Democratic donors also have begun quietly funneling cash to her campaign, On The Money has learned. In a desperate bid to chip away at Donald Trump’s odds for the GOP nomination, a coterie of DNC donors are sending checks to Haley — even as they continue to publicly voice support for Biden and push for his White House bid, sources said. Deep-pocketed participants view the unusual diversion of funds as an “opposition effort” against another Trump presidency, according to insiders. “If we’re going to lose, let’s lose to her, not Trump,” one source said of Democratic donors’ thinking.

Democrats are losing ground with people of color. The percentage of black Americans who voted Republican in the 2022 midterms nearly doubled compared to the 2018 cycle. Asian American support for Democrats is slumping generation over generation. And young Latinos are increasingly registering without a party affiliation. It’s a historic shift that threatens to shake up the upcoming presidential election, as Biden’s polling numbers continue to sink dramatically among voters of color — and particularly younger ones in battleground states.

The House passed a bipartisan measure Thursday that would block Iran from ever accessing the $6 billion recently transferred by the U.S. in a prisoner swap, a step Republicans pushed in response to the nation’s alleged role in the deadly attacks last month by Hamas on Israel. The measure — titled the No Funds for Iranian Terrorism Act — passed 307-119 as Republicans sought to hold the Biden administration accountable for what they call their complicity in funding Iranian-backed terrorism in the Middle East. “With such instability in the region, the last thing we need to do is to give access to $6 billion to be diverted to more Iranian-sponsored terrorism,
