As a man of very little brain — I'm humble enough to admit that I'm not the sharpest screwdriver in the kitchen drawer — there's a lot in this crazy world that leaves me baffled. How does gravity pull us toward the center of the earth without crushing us and still allow us to walk around? Why does everything taste like chicken? If a tree falls in the forest with no one around to hear it, does it still make a sound?
However, nothing blows my mind and leaves me flabbergasted like the LGBTQ pronoun mafia's full-blown support of Hamas, an organization steeped deeply in Islamic ideology,

I was not among those who said a debate between the governors of Florida and California—Ron DeSantis and Gavin Newsom, respectively—was a bad idea. I'd actually like to see more debates—more good debates, that is, not the bread-and-circus shows we've seen on network and cable television in recent years. If it were up to me, we'd switch to a Lincoln-Douglas debate format. Back then, there weren't TV executives rigging the debates to ensure maximum eyeballs, profits, and mud-slinging. They're designed to make money, not reveal what the candidates would do if they were elected.
This brings us to tonight's Red State/Blue State debate in Alpharetta, Ga,

In a blow to the "ceasefire now" crowd, including clownishly antisemitic politicians like Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Hamas leadership has let it be known that they don't want a ceasefire.
The first indication of that came on Thursday when Hamas carried out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem, leaving three dead and dozens injured. If that wasn't clear enough, though, Hamas' leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar let it be known on the same day that the October 7th attacks were just a rehearsal. [Tweet]
Who could have possibly foreseen this? Well, your favorite political commentator did provide this warning a month ago.

Senate Democrats threw out the rules of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday in order to launch an unprecedented attack on the United States Supreme Court. More specifically, on conservative justices and their friends.
For months Chairman Dick Durbin and Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse have been trying to issue subpoenas to longtime conservative activists Leonard Leo and billionaire Harlon Crow. Leo and Crow, both private individuals, are also friends to Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
Earlier this month, Durbin briefly backed off his conquest to subpoena Leo and Crow. Today, he blatantly disregarded Senate process and voted to do just that.

We've been calling out how the Democratic Party has increasingly accepted anti-Semitism for years now, but when a prominent leftist U.S. Senator, who also happens to be Jewish, is willing to acknowledge where the rise of anti-Semitism in America is coming from, that's significant.
On Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) gave a speech on the Senate floor about the rise of anti-Semitism in America in the wake of the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack against Israel. While some focused their coverage of the speech by highlighting Schumer's attack on Trump, the media largely ignored the noteworthy part.
"After October 7, Jewish Americans are feeling singled out, targeted, and isolated.

"Henry Kissinger, America’s Most Notorious War Criminal, Dies At 100," was the headline in HuffPost announcing the death of Henry Kissinger.
Dean Rusk and Robert McNamara were responsible for getting the U.S. involved in the quagmire in Vietnam, but they were Democrats who worked for Democratic presidents. When the left talks about "war criminals" and "genocide" in Vietnam, they always leave those foreign policy leaders out of the discussion. It's almost as if Lyndon Johnson didn't send 500,000 Americans to Vietnam and leave a horrific mess for President Nixon to get out of.
Kissinger had the unique ability to drive left-wing radicals beyond the bend.

When a senator who sits on the Health Committee makes a big bet on a small, home-state medical devices company that just happens to get mucho moolah from the federal government, and then that stock goes up more than 40% in the weeks after said senator's big bet, it's the opinion of this mostly humble columnist that there's some real shady stuff going on.
But it gets worse.
Earlier this month — November 8, to be exact — Sen. Tina Smith (D-Minn.) purchased up to $250,000 in shares of Tactile Systems Technology (TCMD). TCMD shares had been on a real losing streak in 2023,

The young Kansas City Chiefs fan falsely accused of wearing blackface by a racist Deadspin writer has been identified and this revelation makes the story worse for the garbage website.
The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila previously reported that Carron Phillips smeared an innocent child who attended Sunday’s Kansas City vs Las Vegas game by posting a deceptive photo of only one side of his face. The race-baiting s*****g claimed the innocent child was “hating” black people and Native Americans at the same time.
In reality, the boy was wearing the teams’ colors which are black and red.

When it comes to political violence, the Left has a problem.
The Right likewise has a problem, but there's no shortage of commentary regarding this exact topic. In fact, even the federal government is laser-focused on violence from the Right. In contrast, left-wing violence in the United States tends to go largely unnoticed, if not unpunished.
A word of advice from a historical perspective, for both parties: Get your people under control, embrace coexistence, and stop trying to "immanentize the eschaton" via violence. Because if you do manage to brute force the U.S. into adopting your preferred reality,

There’s little doubt that members of elite media live in an entitled bubble of their own choosing, opting to see the world through a tainted lens that in many cases conveniently favors the Democratic Party, but every so often they feel compelled to remind us anyway.
Take Washington Post senior national political correspondent Ashley Parker, for example. The “reporter” took to social media to marvel over why it’s so hard to get an Uber in crime-ridden Washington, D.C.
Parker tweeted: “Serious Q: Why are there suddenly almost no @Uber in DC anymore, and the ones here regularly cancel or take forever to arrive?

In what is being perceived as another blow to Nancy Pelosi’s power hold, a close ally of the former speaker has announced plans to retire from politics.
U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA), who represents Silicon Valley, will not seek reelection at the end of her term. At the age of 80, Eschoo is yet another octogenarian who has, in her case, been entrenched in Washington for 30 years.
“As the first woman and the first Democrat to ever represent our district, I’m very proud of the body of bipartisan work I’ve been able to achieve on your behalf in Congress,” Eshoo said in a video she shared online.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump will travel to Buenos Aires to meet with Argentina’s President-elect Javier Milei at an undisclosed date, Milei’s press office said in a statement published on Thursday.
According to the statement, Trump held a phone conversation with Milei on Wednesday evening, congratulating Milei on his victory in Argentina’s November 19 presidential runoff election, in which the libertarian economist defeated outgoing socialist Economy Minister Sergio Massa with a nearly 12-point lead.
During the conversation, Trump reportedly pointed out that Milei’s victory in Sunday’s election had a “great impact worldwide.”
“Trump anticipated that he will travel to the City of Buenos Aires to meet with him,”
