Joe Biden has always been Johnny-on-the-spot whenever a radical leftist has gotten elected in Latin America.
But for Argentina's new president, elected by a ten-point-plus margin?
Crickets.
He's said nothing at all to Javier Milei, Argentina's first libertarian president, on his quite truly historic victory in an undoubtedly free and fair election, with 30 million hand-counted ballots, their validity approved by both parties and delivered on election night, that made Milei president. He could have congratuated just the election if he couldn't stand Milei, which we know he can't as a fair-minded formality, but of course, he didn't. The White House web site is bereft of any pretense

FTA: "What kind of a crappy U.S. president refuses to congratulate someone like that? Only the worst of the worst, which brings us straight to Joe Biden. Instead of congratulate this man, just as a formality if nothing else, he chooses to join the ranks of Nicolas Maduro, Daniel Ortega, Luiz Inacio 'Lula' da Silva, the Iranian mullahs, and all rogue states in withholding congratulations [emphasis added], even as Pope Francis (whom Milei has insulted as a communist) and other world leaders engage and extend congratulations."
Just look who this administration keeps company with, and acts similarly to. Yes, the Resident gets credit, but you can smell Obama all the way from Kalorama.

I shouldn’t think that Biden is looking forward to the coming “Milei massacre”. It’ll probably look a lot like what Trump is going to do.

It doesn't matter that faux prez didn't congratulate Argentina's new President. Our real President did issue a statement congratulating him. That's the one that matters.
I'll bet President Trump's message means more to President Milei than anything that could come out of biden's mouth, anyway.

Biden is a no-class peasant in an expensive suit. It doesn't shock me that he didn't congratulate the man.

We apologize to Argentina for our government not sending congratulations for your presidential election. Biden doesn't represent us. We Americans send congratulations on electing a pro-life, God fearing, sane President Javier Milei, who will bring prosperity and health to your Country. God bless you all!

Not being congratulated by a stupid, corrupt, criminal leftist? Gee, my bet is that the Argentinia president didn't miss it at all.

The Pope called with congratulations in spite of Milei' s criticism of him. Yes Joe is a spiteful loser, as fta. And his staff are floppy weaklings who also don' t care about the US and long term interests distinct from their own.

Hand counted ballots. Counts delivered the same day. Results readily accepted by both parties. That is three strikes for Democrats.

But will the GOP use such a petty slight in the 2024 campaign illustrating how they aren't really for Democracy unless it supports their intended far-left candidate?
