US population likely to shrink by 2100:
Census data

The U.S. population is expected to peak in 2080 and shrink by the end of the century, according to a new Census Bureau estimate released Thursday. It’s the first time the bureau has ever projected a population decline, a result of an aging population and declining birth rates. The population is expected to peak at about 370 million people in 2080 and decline slightly to 366 million by the year 2100. The current U.S. population is about 332 million people. “In an ever-changing world, understanding population dynamics is crucial for shaping policies and planning resources,” said Sandra Johnson, a demographer at the Census Bureau.

As with all federal bureaus, agencies and departments, the Census Bureau has no credibility. I don’t believe them.

With 10 million illegals a year, AT LEAST, pouring over the border...not likely. Frankly, shrinking would be way better than half the population being third world trash with all the world's diseases, no education, sucking up welfare and no interest at all in assimilation.

Really! I guess the Census Bureau hasn’t noticed the millions of illegals strolling through what use to be our Southern Boarder. I trust them like I trust the FDA, DOJ, FBI and the IRS. Even if they haven’t been weaponized, and they could have been, the trust in their integrity isn’t overwhelming, and the confidence in their competence is questionable.

The Census Bureau acknowledged they didn't get the 2020 census right. They under- counted population in Red States and over-counted populations in Blue.States. So now the Red States are under-represented in Congress and the Electoral College and Blue States over-represented. Yeah, it wasn't a mistake at all, was it?

There are predictions that the population of most countries will be on the decline before the next century. China's population is expected to fall below a billion people before the end of this century. So concerned about the decline, China eliminated the law that allowed only one child and has started an effort to get young women to have children. Western Europe's population has already started to decline. It's a combination of a lot of factors that include reduced rates of marriages, the costs of child raising, and women having children later in life.

The Senate passed a short-term spending bill on Wednesday that will stave off a partial government shutdown for at least another two months. In an 87-11 vote, senators overwhelmingly approved sending the legislation to President Biden’s desk, who is expected to sign the measure into law before Friday’s midnight deadline to keep federal operations going. “I want to thank my colleagues for voting to keep the government open,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer told reporters after the vote. The temporary government funding package was opposed by one Democrat, Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), and 10 Republicans, Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.), Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.),

After breaking the record for the worst opening weekend in the history of the 15-year-old MCU, The Marvels earned just $2.4 million on Monday. For context, The Eternals (also bombed) earned just $4.2 million on its first Monday, but that’s much more than The Marvels’ $2.4 million. Weaker titles in the MCU, such as The Incredible Hulk (2008), Ant-Man (2015), and this year’s Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantunobodycares had first Mondays of $6 million, $6.4 million, and $14.2 million respectively.

Israel officials claimed they found “concrete evidence” of Hamas operating a military facility beneath al Shifa hospital during their overnight raid — as the military released photos Wednesday showing a jaw-dropping cache of weapons and combat gear recovered during the search. The IDF carried out a “precise and targeted operation against Hamas” Tuesday night inside the hospital complex, which is housing more than 600 patients, 600 staffers and thousands of refugees displaced by the war. The Israeli military claimed it killed several Hamas gunmen during the raid and recovered a stash of weapons hidden around an MRI lab, including automatic weapons, grenades, ammunition and flak jackets. A video clip that went viral on Tuesday showed an Al Jazeera reporter abruptly terminating an interview with a wounded Gaza resident at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital on November 5 when the injured man began criticizing Hamas. The Jerusalem Post dated the video clip to a Tuesday broadcast on the Qatari network. The interview began promisingly for Al Jazeera, as the elderly hospital patient was not a fan of Israel’s bombing campaign against the Hamas terrorists. “It was not one house that was bombed. An entire compound was erased – over 15 or 20 houses. Is this a human act? No, this is a criminal act,” the man said, as translated

About 300 million people in the United States would be put at risk of death from exposure to radioactive fallout in the four days following a nuclear attack, according to a new report that models the possible effects of such a grim event. If the US is attacked with nuclear weapons, an adversary would most likely concentrate all fire on the country's intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launch facilities. Any retaliatory attack from the US would come from these silos, located in Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming - and taking them out would be an enemy's first priority.

Others will look to conservatives who dithered about taxes while the country rotted from the inside. The four-month extension will allow Iran continued access to previously frozen $10 billion in electricity revenues for humanitarian aid, according to the AP. Critics of the Biden administration have said that giving Iran to access frozen funds will free up money in Tehran’s money reserves and allow them to carry on sponsoring terrorism. The sanctions waiver will authorize Iraq to continue purchasing electricity services from Iran and give Tehran access to the billions in payments currently stored in the Iraqi banks, according to the AP.
