I was not going to bother reviewing Tuesday’s off-year election results. I had a good post scheduled — “Why they hate Snow White: The Christian moral to the story is the problem for the left” — but I postponed it until tomorrow (Friday) because there is a lot of panic by people who should know better.
Matt Drudge did his best to discourage people who want to Make America Great Again. The Twitter Files explained his 180 on Trump in March 2017 or so.

When Illinois lawmakers brag about having a “welcoming state,” they might want to talk to parents like Susie Redfern. In 2019, the Chicago Tribune profiled her and her son Nick as symptomatic of a dysfunctional system failing to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
But rather than fixing that crisis, the Illinois Legislature created a new one, establishing health care programs for illegal immigrants that have exploded in costs, even as some of the state’s most vulnerable citizens lack access to needed care. It’s a particularly cruel example of the misplaced priorities of the radical left.

The chair of the House Oversight Committee issued a slew of subpoenas on Wednesday, including to Hunter Biden and James Biden. Additional subpoenas, as well as requests for transcribed interviews, were served on other Biden family members and business associates. These investigative steps are solid, but the House committees charged with the Joe Biden impeachment inquiry need to issue subpoenas for the witnesses and documents Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, not-so-subtly suggested late last month.
“I’ve obtained the names of 25 DOJ and FBI personnel to interview at a future date,” Grassley wrote in a late-October letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray

Real estate tycoon Robert Bigelow, the biggest donor to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' 2024 presidential campaign, said he's now backing former President Donald Trump, in part because the security threat posed by the unrest in the Middle East requires the "strongest commander" and that the former president is the obvious choice.
Calling President Trump a "bull" and Mr. DeSantis "dinner," Mr. Bigelow told The Financial Times in an interview Wednesday that he believes the former president's campaign has built up significant steam, making him hard to beat.
"I think Trump is too strong," Mr. Bigelow told the outlet. "I think Trump has the momentum, the inertia, to beat him."

The University of North Florida [DATA HERE] shows President Donald Trump with a solid 60% of the primary vote ahead of Wednesday’s debate among ‘first-loser’ candidates.
The question consistently posed is why any Republican candidate would continue trying to undermine the clear leader of the Florida voter. The answer is quite simple, the remaining field is not trying to win the GOP nomination, but rather to undermine, damage and work on behalf of their multinational donors to block Trump – no matter the consequence. (snip) There is clear voter backlash in the state toward DeSantis that was not anticipated by the handlers of the Florida governor.

Try searching for "Israel" on China’s biggest search engine Baidu—the nation's name is no longer on the map.
The discovery, which caught many in China by surprise on Oct. 30, is the latest twist in a calculated silence by the regime in Beijing, in contrast to other major world powers that have rushed to Israel’s side.
Positioning itself as a mediator and advocate for peace, the regime has criticized Israel for going too far in its counterattack against Hamas.
As hostility proliferates against Israel on China’s heavily censored internet and in state media, the terrorist group responsible for the deadly assault hasn't elicited a single mention in official statements coming out of Beijing.

Democrats are losing the Gaza War because of four women: Larry Omar, Moe Tlaib, Curly AOC and Shemp Pressley. They are the biggest anti-Semite recruiters in the Democrat Party since Nathan Bedford Forrest formed the KKK.
It would be childish and demeaning to call them the Squaws, so I will follow the crowd for once and call them the Squad. They rolled into Congress after the 2018 election and played identity politics to the hilt. One was black, one was Hispanic, one was Palestinian and one was married to her brother. The New York Times celebrated this as the future of the Democrat Party.
So did I, man. So did I.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr has once again cancelled elections within the nation, preferring to continue his rule by unilateral fiat.
A growing opposition movement to Zelenskyy is very visible, and the Ukraine President has refused to consider a need to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
KYIV (Reuters) -Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy dismissed as irresponsible any notion of holding an election in wartime as talks have heated up recently whether Kyiv should be voting when under Russia’s assault.

Alina Habba appears with Larry Kudlow to describe the events that took place within the courtroom as President Trump delivered expert testimony on real estate, property evaluations and the financial statement he signed.
As Ms. Habba notes, President Trump was delivering a masterclass in New York real estate that ran counter to the narrative created by the Lawfare group. Judge Engoron wanted to silence President Trump during his testimony as the evidence ran counter to the effort and showed President Trump’s business acumen. WATCH:

During the past three fiscal years, $4.1 billion in federal money from taxpayers has flowed to LGBT initiatives in the United States and around the world, an Epoch Times investigation has revealed.
From Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2023, the U.S. government issued more than 1,100 grants to fund LGBT-promoting projects around the world, according to a review of a federal spending website.
The scope of projects varies widely.
Plans to create a "safe space for LGBTQ youth and adults to seek support and resources" earned a $1.8 million grant from the U.S. government in 2022 for the LGBT Life Center in Norfolk, Virginia.

Joe Biden has famously “been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades,” and, as I write in my New York Times bestselling book, Breaking Biden, he has no one but himself to blame.
That said, Biden has not surrounded himself by the most capable minds our country has to offer. (snip)Sullivan should be fired yesterday.
But even if he was, Sullivan has put himself in prime position to bag corporate cash after he exits the White House. In fact, he’s done it before.

Their being allowed to be known as The Squad was the second mistake...after ethey were elected.
