Hartford, Conn. (A)—A woman approaches a drop box in the dark with what appears to be handfuls of ballots. At a different drop box, someone else is seen making multiple trips to insert ballots. At yet another, the same car stops on at least three separate occasions, with different people stepping out and heading to the box.
It’s not a trailer for the latest conspiracy movie about rigged elections. Instead, the video footage has become central to a real-world controversy over potential fraud involving ballot drop boxes, a favorite target of right-wing conspiracy theorists since former President Donald Trump’s loss in the 2020 election.
The accusations of drop box fraud are

Ballot drop boxes appearing almost anywhere with video of people putting arm full of ballots into the boxes, but there wasn't any fraud in the election. Ballots need to be dropped off at a state's election headquarters where it can be checked for validity.

It's AP which should be known as Apey.....Monkeying around with the truth. I skimmed the article but it doesn't take much skimming to "be reminded" of the following "facts": 2020 election was fair. To believe otherwise makes you a conspiracy theorist. Trump is a liar. 2000 Mules movies is filled with falsehoods. Drop Boxes are not the problem.

Sounds like something written by 1980s Pravda. Slash away and try to discredit 'the enemy' for paragraphs on end. Then feebly admit an approved candidate is imagining the same conspiracy. Losing Dems will just have to suck it up since AP says drop boxes are inviolate.

Perhaps Allied Prevaricators rather than the somewhat less than gentile A** Press.
I read their "debunking" of 2000 mules. Where is D'Souza's response? Anyone know? The rebuttals from the various "mainstream" press organizations are unconvincing but I cannot find a detailed response.

Making drop boxes illegal will be a key part of trying to move towards more honest elections.
Eliminating ALL mail ballots should be the real way to fix this, when paired with a voter photo id.

Slight correction: Drop boxes are key to election fraud and at least 4 races stolen by the Left.
American Pravda earning the nickname, looking like the Soviet rag after which it is nicknamed..

It's ridiculous that we refer to these things as "drop boxes, they're fraud boxes plain and simple. Let's be honest about why the democrats love them.

The only way that the Republicans will win in 2024 is if the names of the 2,000 ballot mules from the film, "2000 Mules" are released. They have their names -- all of them. What are they waiting for?

It's not a conspiracy if you have proof it's true....and obviously there is a LOT of proof....

They mail millions of ballots, they cannot establish who received them, who signed them, who submitted them to the drop box, or what happened to them after they were placed in the drop box, or what happened to them when they were transported to the counting facility. A scan comparing the signature on the ballot with some signature from somewhere that takes 1.0 second does not cure all that.
If a forged check were to be processed in your account and when you complained that you did not write it, you would not be satisfied if the bank said "we ran it through our scanner and it said it was your signature, so we are honoring the check."

The L peeps are on fire today. All solid points dismantling the MSMs reporting of drop box cheating while denying drop box cheating.
I will just ask the AP writer one question. Would you mind putting you 401k contribution in a drop box in front of employers building every week?

Drop boxes, especially unattended drop boxes, and ballot harvesting have no ballot integrity safeguards. There is no ways to verify the person whose name is on the ballot is who filled it out. Signature verification, when attempted, is difficult at best; many people’s signatures are an unreadable scrawl. Unless someone witnesses them doing it, it is hard to verify who did it.
Mail-out ballots, as opposed to absentee ballots, might as well be address to “occupant” since there is no way to tell if the person they were mailed to is who filled them out.
Every election, where these practices are allowed, will be open to charges of fraud for good reason.

Dinesh D'Souza gave detailed rebuttals to the fact checkers of 2000 mules on his podcasts. Don't know if he published any articles to that effect.

It's not a conspiracy, the election was stolen from Trump. After midnight he was leading in all battleground states with about 97% of the ballots counted. Yet those battle ground states kept counting days after the election day until Biden won. How, ballots kept showing up, that's how. That's called fraud. As an example, Florida, by midnight, knew who won in all of the races. Everything counted by midnight. Yet, every democratic county in battle ground states couldn't even finish by the next freakin day. Why, they just keep counting until they win. Wake up already.

Christina Cassidy and Susan Haigh, you are both certified idiots but then we knew that before we opened an AssPress article because all they hire are idiots. So you can prove that cheating did not occur in the 2020 election? That is impossible. Proving a negative can not be done. You had eyes on every drop box and every ballot in the country? You knew that every ballot was filled out by a live person known to the person who dumped them into the box or mailed them in? You knew that every ballot was properly counted? The job of the media is to tell the truth although that concept went out the window decades ago. Don't try to tell us that a brain-damaged puppet campaigned successfully from his basement and received more votes than a wildly successful incumbent. The fact that democrats are questioning ballot boxes in their own election is proof that democrats are only positive that cheating did not occur when they win. The rest of us know better. Shame on you.

According to the article, "It’s well established that drop boxes themselves are very safe and secure.” Of course the are. Drop boxes don't vote. It's the democrats that put loads of fraudulent ballots in them that is the problem. What lying underhanded election fraud deniers they are. And we all know it.

I'm thinking a molotov cocktail accidentally tossed into a full drop box, or a drop box stuffer left laying bloodied in the street, or worse, in front of the drop box, with all his ballots, would get the point across!
