Hunter Biden received two wires totaling $260,000 in 2019 originating from Chinese business partners that listed President Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the beneficiary address for the funds, the House Oversight Committee revealed Tuesday.
The bombshell allegation is the first direct link between Joe Biden and foreign wired money to the Biden family business from China. The Delaware address is Joe Biden’s main residence. Hunter Biden also spent time at the address, though it is unclear if he claimed it as his home address at the time of the wire transfer in July and August 2019.

San Francisco leaders are preparing to ramp up efforts to clean up and clear out homeless camps in the city after the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals clarified that people who decline shelter should not be classified as “involuntarily homeless.”
The clarification could also be critical for other western cities, which have struggled with the proliferation of homeless encampments on sidewalks and in public parks in the wake of two Ninth Circuit rulings — Martin v. City of Boise and Johnson v. City of Grants Pass — that limited the enforcement of camping bans on people who have nowhere to go.

There is but one front in which the Ukrainian counteroffensive is being very successful: in the mainstream media.
There, the complete failure of the counteroffensive is but a minor inconvenience as they chronicle every minor skirmish as a triumph for Kiev, and every successful missile attack as ‘the beginning of the end’ for Moscow.
The reality is that there is a war of positional battles going on, a situation in which the Russian war of attrition will always be victorious, as they have more guns, tanks, ammo, manpower.
In the last few days, the Russians have continued depleting the Ukrainian infrastructure in ways that will turn the inter into a bitter experience, and

President Joe Biden slipped and almost fell coming down the small stair case from Air Force One on Tuesday, just after it was revealed he is doing balancing exercises, wearing sneakers and using the shorter stairs in an effort to avoid any stumbles.
The president used the lower stairs of Air Force One as he exited the presidential plane in Michigan to meet with striking auto workers. Close to the bottom, his heel slipped but he caught himself before he fell.
He also appeared to be wearing hiking boots or work boots of some kind, which would be sturdier for his feet than dress shoes.

Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador tried to slam conservative media, claiming they will not report on the corruption investigation of U.S. Senator Bob Menendez. The Mexican president mistakenly claimed that conservative news outlets would provide cover for Menendez because he was a “Republican… from Texas.”
The statements came during his Monday news conference where the Mexican politician briefly discussed the case. “These news outlets from the right, conservatives, are not going to say that they found gold bars,” Lopez Obrador said. “The Republican Senator Bob Menendez from Texas, he has always been against us. A Manhattan judge on Tuesday found Donald Trump committed fraud for years by exaggerating the value of his wealth – clearing the way for a civil trial where the former president could be ordered to pay $250 million and banned from doing business in the Empire State.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron found Trump, 77, his family and his business, the Trump Organization, liable for fraud – the key claim in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ sprawling lawsuit against the defendants.
In a 35-page ruling, Engoron sided with James, who argued that Trump made several indisputably false statements in business documents to secure favorable terms

While Ford’s klutziness was the butt of jokes, these days, the media runs cover for Biden’s many physical mishaps. And there are definitely many of them to cover for. The federal judge presiding over Clark’s removal case, who will decide whether Clark must defend himself in the Democrat stronghold of Fulton County or in a Georgia federal court, focused on that question during last week’s hearing. In doing so, the judge revealed just how crazy—and dangerous—this political prosecution is to the future of our constitutional republic.

Los Angeles—Few corners of the U.S. may be less hospitable to Donald Trump than California, where he lost by more than 5 million votes in the 2020 election. But as the former president seeks to return to the White House, the liberal bastion may give him an unlikely boost.

With Trump already leading his rivals in many state and national polls, a dominant performance in California could move him much closer

There were no noted dissenting votes, and the court did not explain its reasoning.Justices in June tossed out an earlier Republican-drawn map as discriminatory and upheld a three-judge federal court panel decision that called for a second majority-black district "or something quite close" to it.

He led Jesus’ donkey into Jerusalem. He freed Nelson Mandela from prison on Robben Island. He carried Martin Luther King Jr. and John Lewis across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama. And he gently assisted George Floyd in his final day of “hooping” before the Great Black Man was handed over to authorities to be crucified and martyred for all of time.

Imagine that: a substantial percentage of the Democrat Party — AKA: the party of "tolerance" and "inclusion" — wants to deny free speech or censor the First Amendment rights of people who don't believe as they believe.
Shocked? Me, neither. Here's more:
“Overall, 9 in 10 voters in the U.S. think First Amendment protections for freedom of speech is a good thing, while only 9% think it is a bad thing,” said pollster Spencer Kimball, who

Not…not exactly. Not like truckers in the anti-COVID convoys Trudeau called “Nazis”… During a heated exchange in the House of Commons Wednesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Conservative MPs sympathetic to the trucker convoy of standing

The Washington Post has admitted that the censorship-industrial complex of “fact checkers,” think tanks, and NGOs, carefully constructed over the past half-decade to censor dissident voices, has been put on the defensive by a number of investigations from Congressional Republicans and red states.
“Misinformation research is buckling under GOP legal attacks” is the headline at the Washington Post, over a lengthy article which bemoans ongoing probes of the censorship industry by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH).
The article also credits the ongoing Missouri v. Biden lawsuit which has uncovered widespread collusion between the Biden administration and the censorship industry, as well as the activities of the Foundation for Freedom Online (FFO),
