Hohmann: Why is the IRS Buying .40-Caliber

When the corporate media asked the IRS why it needed automatic weapons, millions of rounds of ammunition and heavily armed staffers trained in the “use of force,” they said it was for “administrative reasons.” But we now know that the globalists are not just arming the IRS, along with just about every other federal agency. They are militarizing these agencies to the hilt with military-grade weapons not available to American citizens.

The IRS thinks we have our unpaid tax money hidden under the floorboards of our houses, and we will defend the funds by having a 1930s gangster-style shoot-out with their agents. However, it looks like they didn't need any extra firepower getting Al Capone (actual 1930s gangster) arrested, convicted and incarcerated. They just lawyered him to death.

Having guns doesn't guarantee success in a gunfight. Imagine the "Federal employees" of today with the likes of "Quintisha" and "Shantrana" at the firing range. Then imagine following them as their instructor on the combat shooting range.

If I remember correctly just last week an IRS agent was accidentally shot and killed at a shooting range by another IRS agent. Training to come for us I suppose. BTW...last year a very effective ad for the Republicans would have been to show a stadium full of people and tell citizens this is what 80,000 new IRS agents would look like. Now there aren't that many billionaires or millionaires in our country to keep all those new and armed IRS busy, they're coming after all the thousandaires and hundredaires. But of course they didn't and that's why the Republican Party is known as the stupid party.

Excuse the second post but I can't be the only one here who remembers in the last two or three years of the Obama administration there were stories of his administration stockpiling millions of rounds of ammunition and people were wondering why. Now we know. They were expecting Hillary to win in 2016 and all of this would have been done then. Trump's winning put them off for four years of taking over our country and making it into a marxist utopia at the barrel of a gun. Also, it might also explain why so many illegal alien males of military age are being allowed here and are being shipped all over. Bet for the right amount of money they would have no qualms at shooting American citizens who object to being stripped of all their rights.

As a police tactical team leader, I carried a German SMG, on call-outs, for 15 years. At no time, aside from the firing line on the range, was it ever necessary to have the selector switch on full auto. In fact, the mark of an expert SWAT operator was, and probably still is, the ability to fire aimed single rounds when on full auto. Trigger control is everything. Full auto has applications in a military sense, not so much in civilian law enforcement applications, where accuracy trumps all and the officer has - or should have - accountability for each and every round fired. 87,000 new agents, armed with SMGs does not bode well for the general law-abiding public.

Mimi Lui, an attorney representing the U.S. Virgin Islands, has filed suit in federal court against JPMorgan Chase. One of the most powerful and prestigious offices in the ancient Roman Republic was the censor. It was the censor's duty to conduct the census — an account of all the citizens and their properties, an appraisal of an individual Roman's qualifications for certain honors and ranks, and a division of the people into distinct social classes. Having the authorities both to assess tax liability and noble rank made the two censors who shared this office inherently powerful. For this reason, the patricians (the ruling class) originally precluded the plebeians (the commoners) from ever obtaining the office.

We all remember when then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton referred to Trump supporters as a "basket of deplorables." At the very least, it didn't help her campaign, and Donald Trump won the 2016 election. It now looks like Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) may have had her own "basket of deplorables" moment during an interview with Bloomberg Television, which could, too, help the former and potentially future president. While trying to downplay Trump's popularity with the Republican base, Pelosi pointed out that Trump is "popular among his group," as a way to sort of correct the interviewer pointing out that Trump is "so popular."

Then, going full-blown Judas Iscariot, he betrayed Trum by surrendering confidential notes to Jack Smith's power-hungry little prosecutors.

The first Republican debate was a disappointing disaster—for the candidates and America. Not one of the questions addressed the elephant in the room. In fact, the list of questions selected by Fox News, which likely received enthusiastic approval from the Democrat Party, helped highlight the elephant. Candidates were asked about a viral blue grass song, inflation, Ukraine, China, Israel, and other foreign relations issues, crime, energy, the border, climate change, abortion, and more. But as important as these things are, they pale by comparison to the single most important issue, the one posing the greatest threat to our Republic since the 1850s.

Since I hit my adulthood in the 1990s, the occasions are those of the Bush I, Clinton, and early Bush II era -- the unresisted fatwa against Salman Rushdie, monolithic Democratic support for Slick Willie during his impeachment trial, and, above all, 9/11, and the Democratic unwillingness even to say that we had Muslim enemies. The last is somewhat ironic, since I am now a considerably more isolationist conservative, but I did begin as a fairly neocon one. The usual ironies of life.
