An Inconvenient Trump: Republicans Are
Living an Enormous Lie

Original Article

Posted By: RubiconDan, 8/27/2023 11:58:33 AM

The Republican primary debate charade, hosted by a hapless Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, revealed two things: Vivek Ramaswamy is a rising star, and Donald Trump dominated as the elephant not in the room. The Democrats and the media run a constant clown show, but the Republicans play along as useless puppets, willfully participating in a system designed to destroy them. The Republican party is allowing itself to be rigged by playing by the rules of an old system that no longer exists. The Democrats, bureaucracy, and media are vicious apparatchiks. They are a dirty and obvious enemy who clearly need to be fought.

Comments:

This is a fantastic summary of the hapless Republican debate. However, the author missed how the Republican party denied Larry Elder a national stage to confront the Ruling Elite Dem/Rep Narrative.

Never thought I would live to see the day that an ignorant apathetic American population would willingly, adopt and elect, a government dedicated to the following proposition. We the People of the United States, in Order to destroy a perfect Union, forego Justice, accept domestic violence, defund the common defense, promote the general Welfare State and secure perpetual debt to ourselves and our Posterity, do relinquish and destroy the Constitution for the United States of America. We are now ruled, as opposed to governed, by a senile President and a radical Socialist Congress that has ignored the Constitution and rules by Executive order while the feckless Republicans sit by and do nothing but talk. The time has come to defund the government. Those of us paying the bills must stand up and take back our country, if it is not already too late.

They definitely are a common bunch of politicians and apparatchiks, but I see no way to stop them. The Republican part politicians are only interested in keeping their jobs, and not making any waves they are next to useless. We need a strong party and what we have is a weak sister of 2 or 3 real patriots and the rest just going long for their monthly stipend, and who really belong in the other party,

Great read. Thanks for posting. Here's an excerpt: ~~ "Step outside the debate and see it for what it really is: a sideshow to mollify the wicked and stupid. Not one of these candidates can win the nomination, and should the powers that be succeed in jailing or killing Donald Trump, not one can win the presidency. And if, by some random “chance,” a Republican does win the presidency, he or she will be a pleasing suit presiding over nothing and serving at the pleasure of masters greater than any one of them." ~~

If you read one article this week, make it this one. This is both energizing and depressing. It’s good to know someone else sees and feels things the way I do. But it’s depressing to think all the energy the GOP is marshaling through the establishment will only spur the dimocrats further. I dont see How we get out of this situation without it getting guhly, but too many are comfortable being boiled slowly.

So, I should vote for Ramaswamy because he says he will stand up to the people who are persecuting Trump and flouting the rule of law. I just don't believe him. I have a better idea. Vote for Trump and I know he will take the fight to them. Sorry. I don't have a good feeling about Vivek Ramaswamy. I don't have a good feeling about any of them. I wanted one of them to stand out as an alternative to Trump and none of them have. They are all about business as usual while the nation implodes.

This is a great article!! Couldn't have said it better myself. The Republicans will not even speak of the most important issues facing America. Rush Limbaugh warned for years that the Left is trying to make conservatism illegal. The Left has overtaken the Dem party and is persecuting, prosecuting, and jailing their opposition. Where are our Republican leaders??? Certainly not on that debate stage.

I'm still waiting for the candidate that promises to not offer solutions through the use of powers that the federal government shouldn't have to begin with under the constitution. I guess the last one with that message was Reagan. And how do we sort out someone who tells us what we want to hear from someone who really believes in restoring the constitutional republic? Even those from the inside with a record of supporting constitutional causes may have been pandering to us with full knowledge that they'd be overwhelmed by the swamp and there was no real risk to the swamp from allowing them to pander to our votes. And with outsiders all we have is what they say they would do and how they have managed their personal lives. With as little as we have to go on with outsiders I'd have to say any association with he likes of Soros is a knockout punch.

And who benefits by the bashing of the Republican party? Enemy identification is important when you're in a war, and we are! Trump himself recognizes that the RNC is not a problem for him. (Greg Kelly interview on Newsmax). It's primary season. By what means should anyone deny a potential candidate from throwing their hat in the ring? Remember people that we've got get the Dems OUT of the White House. And the replacement would have to be a REPUBLICAN! If current projections continue, it's likely that President Trump will be the nominee and will need votes to win. If he doesn't hate on the RNC, why should you?

FTA: "Donald Trump is not the Republican front runner. He’s the presumptive nominee." #22 asks a great question, one that never seems to be addressed, much less answered, by GOP detractors who profess something more akin to fealty than simple loyalty to Trump. Asked perhaps another way, why do so many of Trump's most ardent supporters and writers, such as Sundance and the GWP's Hoft brothers outdo one another in trashing Republicans and the GOP, while never acknowledging that Trump is by far the most popular GOP candidate for president? Is Trump not near as smart as his supporters here on L.com, or is he simply a crass mercenary, using the GOP as a hooker to get what he wants, before being unceremoniously discarded? If he's not really a Republican, despite his party affiliation and his third run at the GOP nomination, does that make him the ultimate RINO? I've also noticed that the RINO epithet isn't tossed out very much these days, as it seems that all Republicans are now considered by Trump's faithful supporters as cowardly and/or corrupt. I honestly cannot follow the logic here, relative to Trump and the GOP, and unfortunately Trump himself, has yet to clarify, yet he keeps chugging along, gaining even more ground as the GOP's presumptive presidential nominee for the '24 elections.

#25 asks, "...why do...Sundance and the GWP's Hoft brothers outdo one another in trashing Republicans and the GOP, while never acknowledging that Trump is by far the most popular GOP candidate for president? ... If he's (Trump) not really a Republican, despite his party affiliation and his third run at the GOP nomination, does that make him the ultimate RINO?" Everyone knows independent runs are destined for failure. Donald Trump needed to align with one of the major parties for the registration, primary voting, and campaign infrastructure. The RNC's public persona of conservationism was the only choice. Essentially Trump is in the process of executing a hostile takeover of the RNC. Far from being a RINO, President Trump is the truest Republican in the Republican Party. I trust our lion and am willing to wait to see how his plans play out. We need to remember that in his first administration he did not have carte-blanche on his appointments; he needed Mitch to get approvals through the Senate. We are in a fight for the life of our Republic, for the life our citizens as we have known it for the last 250 years. We can go down the road to full communism, or we can follow the lead of an imperfect man who loves this country with his whole mind, body and soul. MAGA REVENGE - TRUMP 2024

If the left, the dims, the rinos, the msm, the deep state, the globalists, the chicoms, the russkies, the iranians, and Klaus et al just went ahead and let Trump win in 2020, he would be down to just seventeen months left on his second term. These characters could today be alreadt planning their permanent coup de état for November 2024 and beyond. Meanwhile, they could also be in the planning stages of undoing all of Trump's accomplishments post- 2024. And both political parties would be morally and spiritually bankrupt same as they are today. Toronto police sparked outrage after advising residents to leave their car keys at the front door and let thieves to take their vehicles. This shocking message comes as car thefts have soared by 150 percent over six years in Canada's largest city, forcing residents to hide their cars in secret locations and fortify them with round-the-clock security. [SNIP] Constable Marco Ricciardi addressed the issue and offered his controversial tip. 'To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door, because thieves are breaking into homes solely to steal cars. They don't want anything else,' said Ricciardi.
