Hair-raising bodycam footage of a fearless Fargo police officer stopping a would-be mass murderer in the middle of a busy street was released by North Dakota’s Attorney General Drew Wrigley on Thursday, leading many to wonder why they had never heard about the July 14th event that left one officer dead and three people wounded, including two more officers and a fleeing bystander.
Police were responding to a routine car accident when Syrian gunman Mohamad Barakat, 37, opened fire on them in a deadly ambush.
Barakat was allegedly on his way to a Fargo street fair, evidence suggests, with enough explosives in his car to create a national tragedy,

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem said Thursday that she would consider being former President Donald Trump’s running mate in 2024 if he asked.
The Republican governor was asked about appearing on a 2024 GOP presidential ticket with Trump during an appearance on Fox News, with host Sean Hannity pointing out that she’s “generating a lot of buzz” as a possible running mate.
“This is a different question. And I will tell you that, of course, I would consider it,” Noem responded, in comparison to questions she steers away from about running herself.
“I think everybody should consider it. Our country is breaking right in front of our very eyes today,

On Tuesday, Air Force Football revealed its new uniforms, which feature a tribute to the Doolittle Raid.
Left-wing trolls blasted the Air Force for celebrating the raid conducted by American heroes who showed Japan that the U.S. was not down for the count after taking such heavy losses at Pearl. [Video]

The Georgia RICO indictment against President Trump this week for challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election is ‘retribution for Black voters in Georgia according to Kenda Davenport Cotton, CEO of the New Georgia Project Action Fund. Joe Biden on Friday hosted a first-ever trilateral summit with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol at Camp David in Maryland.
After the meeting, Joe Biden held a joint press conference with the Japanese Prime Minister and South Korean President.
The 80-year-old described the summit by reading from his notes.
Joe Biden also read answers from his notecards.
At one point, Joe Biden insulted a Japanese reporter who asked him a few questions: “I’m glad I didn’t have you as my law professor!”

Former Trump "Fixer" Michael Cohen, one of Donald Trump's former most-prominent lawyers, not only had some harsh words to say about his old boss on Wednesday; he also pre-blasted, as it were, voters who'll support Trump in the 2024 Republican Party presidential primaries.
In a word, Cohen said it would be "stupid" for the GOP to nominate Trump.
Did I mention that Cohen recently announced he's considering running for Congress in New York — as a Democrat? In other words, I suggest that you read every Cohen comment I quote with that caveat. That way, you won't pull out your hair before you get to the end of the article.

Dates have been proposed for former President Donald Trump’s four criminal trials, and they appear to follow a suspicious pattern.
Each of Trump's trials will take place at a crucial point in the GOP primary, guaranteeing it will dominate news coverage of the primary from start to finish.
The trials will likely hamstring Trump’s efforts to campaign, and this could undermine his appeal if voters decide the former president is too bogged down to effectively run for a second term. Given the polling and fundraising boosts which Trump has enjoyed after each indictment, however, the trial dates could also push Trump to victory.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre got embarrassed on a friendly network discussing the devastation of the island of Maui. Last week, massive brushfires tore through Hawaii, likely caused by damaged electrical wires subjected to high winds from a hurricane off the coast. The blaze killed over 100 people, with the death toll expected to rise. There are at least 1,000 people still unaccounted for as recovery efforts continue. Total damages are $6 billion. It’s one of the deadliest wildfires in a century.
The Biden White House is still recovering from the president’s compassionless remarks about the rising death toll.
