How Donald Trump’s Indictment Could
Backfire on Joe Biden

Original Article

After last week’s indictment of former President Donald Trump relating to the 2020 election, CNN declared that the charges were "personal" for President Joe Biden, who previously said Trump's words sounded like "sedition." Of course, Trump was not charged with sedition or even seditious conspiracy. Nor was he charged with conspiracy to incitement or insurrection, the grounds for his second impeachment. However, if Biden does view this case as personal, as CNN suggests, he might be right for the wrong reason. That’s because the case being constructed against Trump by Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith could prove a serious problem for Biden, too

I want to see Trump win the 2024 general election and make a surprise guest appearance on The View just to smash pies in every one of the harpie's faces. Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg would get wedding cakes because they deserve it.

The time factor is not addressed in this article. Time it will take to settle the Trump case and then time it would take Congress to bring charges against Biden. I suppose Congress can bring charges against Biden before the Trump case is settled since the charges are similar.

Fortunately, there is a special counsel working on the Biden Case, And they have been very, very busy. Last week, they picked out the paint scheme for their new offices. They hope to be ready to move in sometime in January 2025, but you never know with contractors. Plans are still being developed for the week-long required office DEI seminar. They are looking at California and Hawaii beachfront hotels for those two hour morning sessions (with the remainder of the day left open for personal reflection, of course). The copier contract should be ready for award soon, but the office coffee barista has been contracted and the full-time massuse has a full schedule into December. Sarcasm key now OFF (I think).

Following Devon Archer’s bombshell congressional interview last week alleging President Biden’s deep involvement with Hunter Biden’s business dealings, a new light is being cast on his son’s longtime business partner who stands to know even more. Eric Schwerin visited the Obama White House and then-Vice President Biden’s residence at least 36 times between 2009 and 2016, likely to make him the next target of the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings. Schwerin was the founding partner and managing director of Hunter's now-dissolved firm Rosemont Seneca Partners

King Charles III's charity has been under a cloud for almost two years after allegations a staff member offered a tycoon help securing a knighthood in exchange for cash donations—and campaigners are pushing for the issue to be raised in Parliament. Former chief executive Michael Fawcett has been accused of offering to support and contribute to an application for British citizenship and a knighthood on behalf of Saudi tycoon Mahfouz Marei Mubarak bin Mahfouz. The allegations, first published by The Sunday Times and The Mail on Sunday, were reported to the Metropolitan Police in September 2021. An investigation was launched in February 2022, while Charles was still Prince of Wales.

We are in the midst of one of the most radical revolutions in American history. It is as far-reaching and dangerous as the turbulent years of the 1850s and 1860s or the 1930s. Every aspect of American life and culture is under assault, including the very processes by which we govern ourselves, and the manner in which we live. The Revolution began under the Obama administration that sought to divide Americans into oppressed and oppressors, and then substitute race for class victimization.

Ohio voters on Tuesday will decide on a ballot measure to make it harder to amend the state constitution, a change conservatives say is needed to protect the state from a radical anti-gun, abortion and education agenda that could soon find its way to other states. It's an issue that has already prompted a massive early vote turnout – one that has some election offices straining to manage the load. "This is gubernatorial-level turnout," said Regine Johnson, deputy director of the board of elections in Stark County. As of Wednesday, more than 533,000 people had voted by mail or in-person since early voting began July 11,

A 16,000-plus word interview with former President Barack Obama’s award-winning biographer has raised eyebrows for an assortment of reasons, ranging from his renewed allegation that Obama's first memoir was fictionalized to the observation he's as "insecure" as political rival Donald Trump. Tablet’s lengthy Q&A with historian David Garrow, who wrote the lengthy 2017 biography "Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama," has stunned social media with its various claims about the former president, who remains one of the Democratic Party's most popular and influential figures. The New York Times reviewed Garrow's biography as an "impressive if gratuitously snarly" book that "clearly intended to break the 44th president’s monopoly
Two Sets of Laws for Two Americas 6 replies

Two sets of laws now operate in an increasingly unrecognizable America. Consider the matter of unlawfully removing and storing classified papers. Donald Trump may go to prison for removing contested White House files to his home. So far Joe Biden seems exempt from just such legal jeopardy. But as a senator and Vice President with no right, as does a president, to declassify files, Biden removed and, as a private citizen kept for years classified files in unsecure locations. Biden’s team strangely revealed the unlawful removals after years of silence. It did so because the Biden administration found itself in the untenable position of prosecuting the former president for “crimes” that the current president

Special counsel Jack Smith made history on Tuesday. It wasn't just the federal indictment of a former president. Smith already did that in June with the indictment of Donald Trump on charges that he mishandled classified documents. No, Smith and his team have made history in the worst way by attempting to fully criminalize disinformation by seeking the incarceration for a politician on false claims made during and after an election. The hatred for Trump is so all-encompassing that legal experts on the political left have ignored the chilling implications of this indictment. This complaint is based largely on statements that are protected under the First Amendment.

Former Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker said Wednesday that if former President Donald Trump is guilty of inciting the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, then Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., should be held accountable for other violent incidents. Walker discussed the federal indictment against Trump on "The Julie Mason Show" on SiriusXM radio. He argued that GOP primary voters will rally around the besieged former president because they think the charges are political and unfair. "I think there’s a sense when they feel like someone’s being attacked, there’s a sense in the family of circling around that person and trying to protect them

First son Hunter Biden sent a series of texts to his now-former friend and business partner in 2019 defending his family's name when pressed about them not stepping in when the Obama-Biden administration's DOJ arrested him, insisting the friend was "a Biden" also and saying his legal troubles were the "price of power." Text messages reviewed by Fox News Digital show an awkward March 6, 2019 conversation between Biden and Devon Archer a little over a month before hid dad announced he was running for president in April 2019. "Why did your dad’s administration appointees arrest me and try to put me in jail?" Archer asked Biden.

Biden's team promoted the Future Forward PAC as the leading external group to rake in big money to help his candidacy, The New York Times reported in July. At the time, Future Forward told the publication it had raised $50 million this year. Records show that money is presumably in its affiliated dark money nonprofit, Future Forward USA Action.

Hume issued his condemnatory statement in response to a video from conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, who suggested that people oppose Trump due to his success as president. “If Trump was such a failed president, why are they doing everything they possibly can to prevent a second term of Trump?” said Kirk. “Oh, I don’t know. Maybe they don’t want a repeat of a failed presidency. Just guessing here,” responded Hume.

During an interview with NBC News on Monday, 2024 Republican presidential candidate Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis stated that the 2020 election was poorly run, but we had mass mail-in balloting because “Trump turned the government over to Fauci, they embraced lockdowns, they did the CARES Act, which funded mail-in ballots across the country. Donald Trump signed that bill that funded the mail ballots that all the Republicans have been so concerned about.” And that the censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story “was Donald Trump’s FBI that was working with that.”

In 2015, David Burge (Iowahawk) posted a now-famous tweet describing leftism: “1. Identify a respected institution. 2. Kill it. 3. Gut it. 4. Wear its carcass as a skin suit, while demanding respect.” In that short tweet, he perfectly described what leftism has done to the Judeo-Christian religion. And that act of wearing a religion’s “carcass as a skin suit, while demanding respect” is the best caption possible for a video in which a female Presbyterian minister, draped in a Planned Parenthood stole, celebrates her abortion and abortions generally.

Ginormous toxic hammerhead worms - which can grow up to 15 inches - have invaded DC backyards as the slithering creatures shock residents and have scientists warning about getting too close. Americans are being advised to avoid touching the foot-long flatworms, which feast on slugs, snails and earthworms by paralyzing them with the same potent neurotoxin found in deadly puffer fish. Also known as spade-headed garden worms, the slippery specimens excrete a septic slime, which can be harmful to humans if ingested.

President Joe Biden will soon ask Congress for a Ukraine aid package that could exceed $10 billion, a report released Tuesday found. Punchbowl News reported the Ukraine aid battle will resume when Congress returns from recess. The incoming request, which could be “north of $10 billion,” follows as Ukraine continues its slow-moving counteroffensive against Russia, and America and other NATO countries have pledged support for Ukraine. The Army’s acquisition chief told reporters on Monday that the Department of Defense was working on a funding package for lawmakers to consider. The package would be used to replenish American weapon stockpiles which have been depleted after providing munitions to Ukraine’s protracted conflict with Russia.
