The government-funded pundits at National Propaganda Radio (NPR) seem to have a toxic fixation with race.
On Tuesday, the outlet blamed the success of American country music on racial prejudice. In a podcast episode titled “How racism became a marketing tool for country music,” NPR brought on a historian to outline the myriad ways country music is a vehicle for white supremacy. The host, Britany Luse, introduces the episode by previewing questions to Amanda Martinez, a country music historian at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Revisionist history and racism are the principal marketing tools for these sorry asses and their ilk. All their influence derives from them.

The garbage country music since 1995 can't be racist. Beautiful melodies and catchy lyrics have gone out of style in Nashville. If anything, country music reminds me of rap music so how can that be racist? Beautiful songs with fun story lines...for example "16th Avenue" sung by Lacy J. Dalton...are no longer written. Well, in LA we still have a classical music radio station, KUSC.

Go to Billboard's R&B/Hip Hop chart, or whatever they're calling it this year, and count all the white acts. I guess, they're a bunch of racists on black radio.

The liberal mantra - you tell a lie enough people will believe it. Because the liberals and the Democrats cannot run on policy, or any major success and with the country is in decline they have to make up a strawman to divert peoples attention. So they rely on pounding the drum of racism to divert peoples attention, and to keep a voter base supporting the democratic party. They have to slander the other party in order for them to win elections. The saddest part is many Americans believe it. If people think that racism is only within one political party, they are fools. Racism crosses equally across many boundaries, including political ones.

I had a colleague at work ask me a question about the Florida standards for teaching history. Seems he had heard something about them on NPR about them being racist. Well, I normally don't do this but I went off. I told him about the slave Nearest Greene who taught Jack Daniel how to brew whiskey. I told him about Elizabeth Keckley who went from slave to dressmaker to many prominent Washington ladies including Mary Todd Lincoln, and I told him about Pierre Toussaint who apprenticed to a hairdresser and became one of New York's first black philanthropists. NPR is a sick station and I gave up listening to it years ago.

Over that past couple of decades, NPR has become little more than a bastion of race baiting and promotion of degeneracy. It is unlistenable anymore.
I guess the Joan B. Kroc $225 million endowment has enabled NPR to ignore the public and pursue the divisive agenda of the communists that fill its ranks.

NPR is America's version of state sponsors radio. Just like Radio Moscow was during the Cold War. My favorite Radio Moscow show was " The World As We See It." Kind of like listening to our " mainstream media" today. Delusional.

I want to see them take the same approach to analyzing rap lyrics. That would be a lot of fun to see how they have to twist their logic to fit their agenda.

When they hire nothing but racists and put a camera in front of their faces, you are guaranteed racial bias and lies. Speakers like Harvard "professor" Henry Louis Gates have White Derangement Syndrome and it oozes out of their pores. Black History Month was intolerable and the other eleven months aren't much better. Often the smug white women are worse. DEFUND this propaganda.

At the get-go, let me say I'm being facetious. Well, sort of. Sometimes we have to be outrageous to make a point. I sadly see very few other options here.
One way for people everywhere to be "seen" as equal is to immediately pass a New World Order Law requiring that humans wear burkhas 24/7. Think about it. No one would know anyone else's race, gender, social status, religion, tattoos, piercings, sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity, language, culture or skin color. The world would be a sea of black where all lives matter because our burkhas (outer skins) are all the same color. Social justice would end overnight and journalists, talking heads and the like will lose their jobs in one fell swoop. Democrats would have no talking points.
I know the idea sounds repulsive but is it any more repulsive than what's happening now?

I once tuned in to npr just to listen to Freakonomics but they went to the dark side years ago. "in passing" and nearly subliminal asides of lefty political comments which were not cogent to the story

Here’s some fun trivia. One of the most popular radio stations in Nairobi, Kenya is 560 Power Country. American country music is amazingly popular in Kenya. I listened to a long profile about this on BBC World Service awhile back. I doubt the ‘reporters’ (propagandists) at NPR are aware of this inconvenient truth.
