Hunter Biden’s business partner at Burisma, Devon Archer, testified about the nature of the business construct and the flow of payments to the Biden family. The House Oversight Committee has released the 141-page transcript [READ HERE].
Within the transcript, when Democrat representative and lawyer Daniel Goldman questioned Mr. Archer about the exact value of having the Biden family as part of the Burisma Holdings organization, Archer informed Goldman the intent of the partnership was for the Biden family to keep the legal inquiry about the business operation under control.
Various foreign businesses contracted with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, specifically because Joe Biden could address their interests and influence government,

I have to say that there’s one guy at CNN who seems to be willing to go out on a limb (for that network) to drop data that may not be good for Joe Biden and the Democrats. That’s Harry Enten.
Enten just dropped some polling news that’s not going to make Joe Biden and the Democrats happy.
Now, as I say with every poll, it’s early, and it’s a poll. It’s an indication – things can change. But it’s looking good for former President Donald Trump, not so much for Joe Biden.
Enten explains that despite inflation easing some, Biden’s approval hasn’t gotten any better, and that should be worrying for him.

In an op-ed piece for the New York Times on Wednesday, David Brooks had the headline, “What if We’re the Bad Guys Here?” In it, Brooks struggles with the question of why Trump has a commanding lead over the other GOP hopefuls and why he seems essentially tied with Joe Biden on a national basis. All of this despite the fact that Trump continues to rack up indictments like a grandma on a winning bingo streak at The Villages.
To his credit, Brooks does conduct a fairly exhaustive self-examination. In the piece, he enumerates the ways and provides examples of how America’s elites have lost touch with, well, everyone else.

The large gathering resulted in the arrest of at least 40 people, aged 12 to 20, as police tried to get the situation under control. Mayor Johnson was addressing a wide-range of issues during a news conference on Wednesday including migrants, safety and the latest instance of teenagers gathering.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis used a surprising choice of words over the weekend when describing his plans to tackle the Deep State, promising to “start slitting throats” on day one.
DeSantis campaigned in New Hampshire over the weekend, attending campaign events hosted by former Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA).
“We’re going to have all of these Deep State people, you know. We are going to start slitting throats on day one,” DeSantis said during the barbecue event. DeSantis also promised that his administration will ensure the woke agenda “ends up in the dustbin of history.”

Give us pizza or give us death!' So chanted New Yorker Scott LoBaido a few weeks ago in downtown Manhattan before he started hurling large slices of pizza over the gates of New York's City Hall.
LoBaido, a conservative artist and activist, was staging a lone and eccentric protest against a new green crackdown on coal and wood-fired ovens.
Opponents say it will badly hit the city's already struggling small businesses — particularly its iconic pizzerias — which face paying tens of thousands of dollars to install oven filters that must be regularly inspected.

With each new piece of shocking evidence that Joe Biden, as vice president, engaged with his son in a foreign bribery scheme, the national media react with something along the lines of, “But, ya know, in the end, Republicans haven’t yet proven anything in their Republican-y investigations.”
Devon Archer, a former business partner of Biden’s son Hunter, testified Monday to Congress that Joe Biden had been included on calls between the two partners by speakerphone. That’s in contradiction to the president’s repeated claim that when it comes to Hunter’s unreal professional life, he’s Helen Keller in a burka. Those speakerphone calls happened at least 20 times, according to Archer’s testimony.

There have been an estimated 27 billion people on earth over the course of human existence. The world's population today is approximately 8 billion, with 19 billion human beings having preceded us on our planet. Each of those lives, no matter how modest, was a miraculous affair filled with hope, joy, pain, and perhaps disappointment — but nonetheless life. Each was important, and the most important thing was, and is, liberty.
Long before charters and constitutions devoted to liberty, Sophocles wrote something similar: "Numberless are the world's wonders, but none more wonderful than man" ("Ode to Man" from Antigone).

A woman who is a current breast cancer patient was banned from her hospital over alleged "hurtful remarks" it claims she said about the "LGBTQ community." The patient, Marlene Barbera, was set to receive a mastectomy later this month. Barbera explained that the drama first began after she made a comment about being opposed to a trans pride flag that she spotted hanging in the waiting room of Richmond Family Medicine Clinic in Portland, Oregon. Since then, she has asked online if anyone is able to refer her to an attorney.

President Joe Biden on Thursday said he wasn't following Donald Trump's court appearance as the former president prepares to be arraigned on four federal charges related to attempts to overthrow the 2020 election results.
'No,' Biden told CNN, during a bike ride as he continued his vacation in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, when asked if he'd follow the Trump arraignment.
The president has been biking every day of his week-long respite at the seaside town where he and wife Jill own a $2 million beach home. The Bidens, in addition to cycling, have been reading on the beach and even went on a date night complete with dinner and a movie.

“We did this to ourselves.”
Yes, yes you did, and you did it to everyone else too.
First up, we have the story of Dr. Mary Costantino, a “highly distinguished” radiologist with institutions like Stanford and Georgetown on her curriculum vitae, who found herself on the receiving end of an unprovoked and violent attack. Hunter Biden's ex-business partner Devon Archer told Congress that Joe Biden's 'intimidating' influence directly led to his son receiving huge sums of foreign money - and a $142,300 Porsche.
According to the full transcript of his testimony obtained by DailyMail.com on Thursday, Archer said that the Biden 'brand' acted as protection for Ukrainian oil company Burisma because 'people would be intimidated to mess with them.'
Hunter's presence on Burisma's board and access to his father - then vice president - led to the company's 'longevity' because they had the 'capabilities to navigate D.C.,' Archer said according to the transcript.

Working in law enforcement is a dangerous job, as is protecting the president of the United States. Being the personal chef to the president might be a close second, as these guys keep dying under eerie circumstances. In late July, Chef Tafari Campbell drowned while paddle boarding near the Martha’s Vineyard estate of former President Barack Obama (via Associated Press): Former President Barack Obama’s personal chef has drowned near the family’s home on Martha’s Vineyard.
Massachusetts State Police confirmed that the paddleboarder whose body was recovered from Edgartown Great Pond on Monday was Tafari Campbell, 45, of Dumfries, Virginia.

Nearly two years ago, Virginia Republicans stunned the D.C. pundit class after mounting an electoral upset in the increasingly blue commonwealth. By capitalizing on issues like Covid lockdown policies and parental rights, the state GOP not only took control of the House of Delegates; it also swept in races for governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general.
Now, with the state rapidly approaching its upcoming General Assembly elections, the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) is seeking to embrace a Democrat-favored election strategy in order to turn the state completely red this November. A few weeks ago,

Barack Obama quietly huddled with Joe Biden at the White House on June 27 to discuss a strategy to defeat Trump in 2024.
Obama privately warned Joe Biden about Trump’s massive popularity and promised he would do everything possible to help Biden get reelected, according to the Washington Post.
Shortly after the Obama-Biden White House huddle, Trump was indicted again by the federal government.
Joe Biden doesn’t have a real strategy to win in 2024. Biden doesn’t have a record to run on because inflation is still high, gas prices are still high and the majority of Americans believe the country is on the wrong track.

It was a rough month for FOX News.
For anyone who’s been paying any attention to what a post-Tucker Carlson landscape would look like at Fox News, two things are pretty apparent:
That landscape is pretty barren. The suddenly-beleaguered news network has lost so many viewers, its stock was downgraded.
Fox News is trying anything — or perhaps flailing about — in response to hemorrhaging viewers, including some shakeups to its primetime lineup.
Following all of the recent turmoil FOX News has lost the trust of American conservatives.
Only one-third of self-described conservatives trust FOX News the most. They may never gain back those former viewers. And it doesn’t appear to be a priority.

Gee, who woulda thunk? A couple of data points to highlight the construct of something we have predicted for a year. Those who control the illusion of choice within each club, RNC and DNC, have always looked to be constructing a 2024 outcome where Gavin Newsom competes against Ron DeSantis.First, California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has recently set up a Political Action Committee (PAC) and a Super PAC that would seemingly support the perspective of his presidential ambitions.(snip)One day later, Ron DeSantis announces on the Moudoch news channel(snip), that he is willing to debate Gavin Newsom this November.

It should not come as a surprise that the House of Mouse has been bullying conservatives inside the company. But the individual who laid the groundwork for harassing these patriots employed methods that should send a chill down your spine. Bounding into Comics dropped an explosive report Tuesday revealing that a whistleblower has come forward describing how Disney is “systemically persecuting” conservatives. Moreover, the woke company has mandated that employees keep Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) diaries which determine whether employees would receive promotions, raises, or even keep their job. Disney is essentially running their company precisely how Communist China rules over its citizens.

In classical Greek mythology, hubris is a fatal flaw that inevitably leads to tragedy. No matter how admired the hero, any mortal who dares to behave like a god is punished in the end. Mankind never seems to learn this lesson.
The "elites" of every generation delude themselves into believing that they are superhuman and inherently different from those they consider beneath them. They are not. Whatever afflicts ordinary people will eventually come for those who build extravagant sanctuaries intended to rival Mount Olympus.
No "elite" ideology has caused as much suffering as communism for a simple reason: it is a false doctrine that feeds on hubris.

n Tuesday, President Joe Biden’s Justice Department took the unprecedented step of indicting former President Donald Trump — Biden’s chief rival in the upcoming 2024 election — for repeatedly expressing his opinion that the last election was stolen, rigged, and unfair.
It’s an opinion millions of Americans share, and to which they are unquestionably entitled thanks to the First Amendment. That includes Trump, who has said repeatedly (and recently) that the 2020 election was stolen. He’ll probably keep saying it until his dying day, and he has every right to do so.

Hungary is the most controversial small nation on Earth. The headlines in the international press sound the alarm: Hungary represents the “death of a democracy,” the “rise of illiberalism in Europe,” and a “glimpse of our authoritarian future.” Viktor Orbán, the country’s prime minister, is described as a monster—the embodiment of nativism, nationalism, xenophobia, and fascism. Meanwhile, a faction of right-leaning intellectuals has heralded Hungary and its policies as a model for a new conservatism that asserts national sovereignty and uses state power to support families, civil society, and national identity.

First son Hunter Biden sent a series of texts to his now-former friend and business partner in 2019 defending his family's name when pressed about them not stepping in when the Obama-Biden administration's DOJ arrested him, insisting the friend was "a Biden" also and saying his legal troubles were the "price of power." Text messages reviewed by Fox News Digital show an awkward March 6, 2019 conversation between Biden and Devon Archer a little over a month before hid dad announced he was running for president in April 2019.
"Why did your dad’s administration appointees arrest me and try to put me in jail?" Archer asked Biden.

Florida governor Ron DeSantis has accepted California governor Gavin Newsom‘s challenge to debate.
The back-and-forth between the two governors began in June, when Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Newsom if he would be willing to debate DeSantis.
“I’m all in. Count on it,” the California governor said.
“You would do a two-hour debate with Ron DeSantis?” Hannity replied.
“Make it three,” Newsom said.
On Wednesday evening, Hannity reiterated his proposal: “I floated the idea of a policy-based debate, you know, red vs. blue, red state vs. blue state, between Gavin Newsom and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.”

Florida officials said Wednesday that nearly 40% of the people arrested in one part of the state in a recent operation cracking down on child sex exploitation were in the U.S. illegally — amid continued concerns from Republicans about criminals and sex offenders coming in across the southern border.
Officials said that seven out of 19 people arrested in Bay County, Florida, were in the country illegally. Five have no record showing lawful entry into the U.S. One man was admitted on a B-2 visitors visa that expired in 2021, and another was admitted on a J-1 student visa that also expired in 2021.

Of all the outrages in Biden special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump — and there are many — the worst comes at the end of the 45-page screed’s Count One, the section titled “The Defendant’s Exploitation of the Violence and Chaos at the Capitol.”
This is where Smith waves the bloody shirt.
Smith intends to try Trump for the Capitol riot even though he hasn’t charged Trump for the Capitol riot.
No rioting charge. No allegation of criminal incitement. No seditious conspiracy, no insurrection, no crime of violence of any kind.
To levy such an allegation would have been untenable.
Smith’s indictment hides the ball, as did the like-minded.

The editorial board of the Wall Street Journal is arguing that the indictment of former President Trump sets a dangerous precedent for candidates’ ability to contest election results in the years to come.
While the conservative editorial board called Trump’s actions and rhetoric after the 2020 election “deceitful and destructive,” it questioned whether the conduct amounted to criminal behavior.
“There is no evidence tying Mr. Trump to the Oath Keepers or Proud Boys who planned to, and did, breach the U.S. Capitol that day. That was the worst offense against democracy, and more than 1,000 people have been prosecuted in connection with it,” the editorial board wrote.

Legal experts are criticizing special counsel Jack Smith for his latest indictment against Donald Trump for accusing the former president of spreading disinformation and other activities protected by the First Amendment.
Trump was indicted out of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation related to 2020 election interference and the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, and is facing charges such as conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
"The most jarring thing about this indictment is it basically just accuses him of disinformation — this is a disinformation indictment," said legal scholar Jonathan Turley, a professor of public interest law at George Washington University and a Fox News contributor.

While Democrats and progressives welcomed Donald Trump’s federal indictment on four charges relating to his attempted election subversion, the former president’s chief rival for the 2024 Republican nomination rallied to his defense.Ron DeSantis, the Florida governor who is a distant second to Trump in primary polling, swiftly issued a statement that notably did not mention Trump by name.
“As president,” DeSantis said, “I will end the weaponization of government, replace the FBI director, and ensure a single standard of justice for all Americans”.
