Why Kamala Harris Is A Better VP Than
You Think

Original Article

Posted By: rememberwhen, 7/26/2023 4:26:20 PM

When Joe Biden tapped Kamala Harris to be his running mate in 2020, it was perhaps the most easily predicted vice presidential choice in recent memory. Biden had made it clear that after emerging from the most diverse Democratic presidential candidate field in history, he would select a woman to join him on the ticket. The dynamics of the Democratic Party, which relies heavily on the votes of African American women to win elections, made it seem likely that Biden would select a running mate from this demographic group, especially as the murder of George Floyd brought race issues to the top of the public agenda.

Comments:

Need a good laugh? Read this ludicrous take on The Cackler. My favorite line is this one:And while Harris has struggled with higher net unfavorable ratings than some recent predecessors, no one is exactly sure why.

This screed paid for by Kamala Harris! This woman is a complete failure with a truly empty skull! She has the Touch of Sadim (Midas backwards). Everything Midas touched turned to gold, whereas with Kommie-la, everything she touches turns to you-know-what! The Democrats will buy her off with an ambassadorship to Baluchistan or some other Stan after she moves up to president with Biden's departure and appoints Gavin Newsome as her VP.

I've come to expect garbage articles like this one from Politico. Harris was chosen on race, gender, and for having the most liberal voting record in the Senate. She has little experience, entering politics through appointment by Mayor Willie Brown whom she had an affair, not by election. Her short time as Senator was her first elected office. She's the most unprepared/incompetent VP of modern times.

If you apply standard yardsticks - able to effectively step into the role of POTUS - the choosing of Harris is an enigma. Just like Biden. First thing to understand is that it was not Biden who was allowed to select her. So why did they REALLY choose her? Well…what did Willie Brown see?

There is a reason Donald Trump seems so desperate to hang on to his position as president of the United States. Over the weekend he reportedly talked with attorney Sidney Powell and former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn about trying to impose martial law in states he lost in order to hold new elections in the hopes that he could remain president. (Fortunately, the U.S. Army issued a statement publicly challenging the commander-in-chief.) The reason for Trump’s seemingly erratic behavior is obvious, at least to us: Donald Trump knows that he may be arrested not long after Joe Biden is sworn in at about noon on Jan. 20, 2021.

Faced with a historically unpopular president overseeing a weak economy and promoting left-wing “Bidenomics,” Republicans have a golden opportunity in 2024. The election couldn’t be more winnable. And the only thing that should matter for Republicans is actually winning it. While there is a sense that Donald Trump has become a frontrunner in the Republican primaries, there is just as much of a sense that he can’t win a general election—not anymore. Here's the hard truth: If Trump secures the Republican nomination, Joe Biden will be re-elected. But, if Ron DeSantis becomes the nominee, then the Democrats have little to no chance.
