Conservative radio host and litigator Mark Levin accused U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, Special Counsel Jack Smith, and a variety of state and local prosecutors of interfering in the 2024 election Tuesday. In a blistering post on Twitter, shortly after news broke that former President Donald Trump was a target of Smith’s grand jury investigation, Levin accused prosecutors of trying to smear Trump and disqualify him. (Tweet) Levin wrote, in part:
The seriousness of what is being done to Donald Trump by local and federal Democrat prosecutors cannot be overstated. It is alarming. It is shocking.

The purpose of all the investigations and indictments is to interfere in the election.

Not impressed with Levin.
From what I see of him he sits around for a couple hours sucking on a microphone.
And every once in awhile he might say something I already heard about yesterday from some bobble headed Decepticons on the Pretend News Network.
Loud, Lazy, Levin

#6 - Can't argue with you that Levin's an excellent writer, speaker and debater. However, like Sean Hannity, he's proven to be a Deep State shill. He backed Bill Barr. He had him on his show and told us all what a great guy he was and we could trust him. Levin has yet to say a word about Back Stabbing Bill now that the truth is known. Mark is just another Decepticon, just like 30Pence. I've no use for him anymore.

Folks, America is at a never-seen recently crossroads…
Now after C-18+1, with the CCP [and Soros & Son’s Deep State] needing America’s farms/farmlands, more technology, and secrets to steel to open more doors to evil…
No doubt he is also involved in the payoffs and evil trafficking and drug cartels that the current White House resident’s lack of effective security overlooks on our Southern [and Northern?] borders… as well as the news media’s unbelievable bias of so-called ‘news.’
Yes, the future looks ominous… but start/continue local. Get involved personally in preparations for ‘24. Volunteer NOW with your local GOP party precinct.
Become a caller for the RNC as they call GOP and possible Independents. Be pleasant and encouraging.
Don’t argue, [remember, it takes two to argue].
Then when voting stops, ballot bags are locked,
And with the Dems now gerrymandering unsuspecting state’s districts, Congress is almost past the time for ongoing teams in these and every state to prioritize and prevent this.
My recommendation is to work with Rep. McConnell who has shown expert decisions and plans regarding our Supreme Court strategies, to bring these same principles re gerrymandering. Sadly, this needs/needed to be a vital ongoing effort across America, perhaps by groups of contiguous states.
Prayers for Congress to not just handle their district’s immediate needs, but to seek teams to have the necessary foresight.
[Maybe Elon could be an independent consultant.]

Re #4 and 7: I seem to recall Levin was a Never Trumper early on. Seems he may have been a Cruz guy. But he wasn’t Trump in the beginning.
I’ve held him at arm’s length ever since.

Its kind of obvious that the hate of Mark Levin and support for Benedict Turtle in the comments think that the "litmus test" is either support FOR or AGAINST his points of view are influenced by those who do not agree with him and the conviction to like or dislike what he actually says and writes about are based on little depth of information about him but rather from outside influence.
Everyone seems to have their points of view heavliy based on outside influences without regard for looking into what he says and coming to independent views themselves.
It is plainly obvious that the strategy to take our President Trump is a well-coordinated effort to sue the crap out of him in multiple fronts to drown him in legal and spurrious charges. If not for his wealth and his strong will to overcome this onslaught from all corners simultaenously, most would just give up and give in. Efforts to financially RUIN people llike Roger Stone and Mr. Papadopolis bear this out, and the more they push these ONE-SIDED efforts without showing equal regard for going after Demonat Marxist shows a tremendous discrimination attacking HIM while the others get a pass.
Agree or disagree with his point or not, at least hear it before disregarding what is said on its merits and not on the fact that he did something to disgree with your own views and convictions-- the 1st Amendment at work. Lord knows we cannot always agree, but let's not destroy the areas we can agree on.
The point he is making on this issue preented

Yeah, I get it that Levin got too cozy with Barr. Just remember though that a bad apple like Barr doesn't go bad until it has been around too long. IMO, it is a stretch to regard Levin as a deep stater. But I hope that one of these days Levin will explain his prior support for Barr and how he went wrong on this.

#7, Levin has repeatedly and strongly condemned Bill Barr on his radio show. His support for Barr ended when Barr refused to investigate any of the voting fraud allegations. Disapproval turned to contempt after Barr released an anti-Trump book leading to Barr’s constant appearance on cable news shows where he trashes Trump.
