Bud Light and its parent company Anheuser-Busch are sponsoring at least three different upcoming Pride events despite backlash over the partnership with Dylan Mulvaney, a social media influencer who identifies as transgender.
Bud Light is listed as a sponsor on the Cincinnati Pride Parade website. Planned Parenthood and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, which medically transitions minors, are both also listed.
Meanwhile, in St. Louis, Missouri, where Anheuser-Busch is headquartered, the company is listed as the presenting sponsor of the St. Louis Pride Parade. A sponsorship packet explains that there are only four “presenting sponsor” slots available. The “Rainbow” sponsorship tier, located below the “presenting sponsor” tier, requires entities to pay $25,000.

Well, good for them. This eliminates any misunderstanding on why they did it and why they absolutely refuse to apologize.

I do not like companies contributing, or participating in politics, unrelated to their business existence. That includes government and corporate partnerships, which have been used to give the short stick to the public.

Saw a meme the other day...the Clydesdales were talking...one said to the other 'keep quiet or they'll turn us into glue'...Cincinnati (used to live there), how far you have fallen to hook up with these immoral creatures...just remember, 'Pride goeth before the fall'....

Do they really think that any red blooded American mail will ever want to caught drinking a Bud Light in their hand ever again?
Also...why don't we just declare here and now that henceforth we will only have two official months in the year, June and February. Between Black people and LGBTQ+1+XX-XY ??? because there is no room for the rest of us. I'd give anything to return to the days where we could go for an hour where these subjects did not come up.

I was at a get together with some friends earlier in the week. I sat a cooler on a picnic table and announced the beer was up for grabs. One guy asked if it was Bud Light. After my "Hell no" several people helped themselves.

The Anheuser-Busch board needs to start firing people, starting with the CEO, unless they are a bunch of waked out and woke liberals who can't think in the real world. In the real business world you do things to protect the bottom line, not to protect woke social agendas.

I haven't heard if my town will have a pride parade. Our local minor league team isn't going to have any kind of observance. I haven't seen displays in the stores - yet. The gay owner of the business where I buy lots of stuff has no time for such things - he is too busy. I do my best to ignore it all and wait for July to roll around. I don't drink so I can't boycott Bud Lite, but Target will not get a dime from me.

Well, if you're going to go down, you might as well go all the way down. AB would rather be out of business than earn low corporate ratings from LGBTQ+ entities. So let them go on life support, or even out of business. Beer drinkers have a wide choice of brews that aren't associated with AB. Someone might try to pick up the wreckage and turn it back into a real business, but the corporate urge to virtue signal is ultimately a fatal urge. Stick to your core business, or suffer.

They're probably thinking that the whole mess will blow over and things will go back to normal. It may happen, but once people start experimenting with other beers, they may find one they like better than Budweiser - Coors, Molsen, craft beers. AB is taking a big risk. My only concern is for the Clydesdales.

Since their customer base is deserting them, I assume they are trying to appeal to the alphabet group to make up for it. The problem is that those people don’t drink much beer. Maybe a trendy import occasionally, a fancy cocktail or wine. Bud Light is lousy beer and their customers were mostly guys who bought it because it was cheap and you could stand around the barbecue and down a six pack for an inexpensive buzz. Did anybody in upper management pay attention in business school?

Their entire marketing dept needs to be fired. Are you out of your damn mind? This idiotic move will crash sales even more. They continue to hack off their former customer base by pandering to a tiny percentage of gender-confused sexual deviant mental patients. I did have an inkling of sympathy for their stupid executives making such a bone-headed mistake, but after they double-down on their pandering - it's over. You are dead to me. There is no fixing this.

Gee, those highly-paid 'executives' at InBev sure have a hard time learning, don't they?
If this keeps up, maybe they won't be so highly paid.
I wonder if they will ever figure out that it's not a source of 'Pride' to have some guy stick is Penis up their rear end.
I hope someone cares for the horses.
