Another act to subdue an aggressive mentally ill man leads to another George Floyd media-leftist whitewash of the perpetrator and this time, I think it will not work.
Don Surber says it well:
“Democrats turned subways into hell and now give good citizens the choice between being the victim of a lunatic who kills them or a lunatic justice system that punishes anyone who stands up to the psychos.
"It’s called anarcho-tyranny.“
Let’s review the comparison. Jordan Neely had a long criminal record -- 42 arrests. He threatened passengers who made several 911 calls without a response.
His record showed he was increasingly capable of violence.
A New York City police spokesperson told Newsweek

What killed Neely was a choke, not a headlock. In late 'Eighties martial arts classes my instructor demonstrated a choke hold on me, and took it off after about eight seconds. I was already blacking out, and would have been totally out in a couple of more seconds. If a choke hold is not taken off soon, death would happen within about two minutes, the brain starved for oxygen. Crazy people used to be institutionalized; now they're allowed on the streets and in the subways, and they're hurting people. If ordinary citizens get in trouble for fighting back, it's probably time to exit the city and leave it to the crazies.

The world is a better place without that psycho in it. Only a few million more to go.

My policy for several years has been - don't take Metro North to the City. I am safe (less unsafe now) here in Connecticut.

If you don't have the money to leave neighbors of insane people, you unfortunately become a sheep for slaughter or jailed because you fight back.

would those faulting the Samaritans have preferred they used striking blows? Fists, feet,, elbows,...cloth shopping bags containing some canned goods? Bricks or sticks? All three of them Beating on the guy until his was down, stayed down, was no longer a threat? Couldn't use a tazer, those are illegal for mere citizens in NYC.
"poor homeless guy was just starving, waiting to get a shelter bed...mental help" While the City is putting 10's of thousands of Illegal aliens up in 3-5star hotels at $300-700 per night, fast tracking them into Drs offices, Legal Aide, food stamps, clothing, cell phones, transit cards.
He seems to have been set upon this path to self destruction...by Crime. I saw a story that explained his "beloved" mother was murdered, chopped up, dismembered, found in a suitcase, his step-father figure was arrested/convicted for it.
Don't call him a Drug Addict...the current correct term is "Self Medicating" with street drugs.

Anyone else notice that the medical examiner’s report did not include a toxicology statement? I’m betting that Neely actually died the same way that Floyd did - of a drug overdose. But that doesn’t suit the left’s agenda so we will never know.
In the Floyd case, the original ME’s report stated the massive amount - 3 times the fatal dose - of fentanyl in his system. He would have died that day even if he had never encountered police at all. But Floyd’s family hired and paid a different ME to produce a report which neglected to mention the drugs in his system. Guess which report was used in the prosecution of Chauvin?

850 million dollars is not accounted for that was to be used for the mentally ill. WOW Someone should ask DeBlasio's wife where the money was used. She was in charge of the money. #5 was correct. The illegals are given free housing clothing medical, phones and food, while our vets and the mentally ill get nothing.
That marine is a hero. Democrats do not like hero cops, or hero soldiers It's against their "religion"

Years ago - - in Brooklyn - - the F Train used to be called the Culver Line.
From the time I was six or seven - - I used to travel - - alone - - or with other small children - - on the Culver Line - - to Coney Island and to Ebbets Field and to various other points in Brooklyn - - AND to Manhattan (which we called "the city'). Can you imagine a solitary seven-year-old riding up and down that line today?
This is where leftist politics have taken us - - and yet - - the dopes in the city still vote for the same criminals who brought us to this ruin. As the old Brooklyn saying goes - - "Go figure!"

I lived in NYC for over 35 years, and today it is practically unrecognizable from what it once was in the 80s-90s. I remember the crime we had under mayors Koch, Beame, Dinkins; and I also remember the 180 degree turnaround during Giuliani and Bloomberg. Of course, once DeBlasio got into office, it took less than 4 years to reverse those successful policies and return NYC to the Escape From NY vibe we had when the Democrats were in charge, Democrats destroy everything.

I remember, poster #8. As a pre-teen I took busses and subways everywhere in NYC. But it was a 'different' culture then.
