Doesn’t Solve Mental Problems

In findings that will shock no one living in the real world, reviews of evidence in several European countries reportedly found that transgender treatments and surgeries don’t actually solve mental health issues as predicted. Many young people are talked into “gender transitions” because they are told that this is the best or only way to prevent suicide. But the evidence simply isn’t there to back up such a claim.
A review published on April 14 for Current Sexual Health Reports acknowledged the fact that hacking off body parts and halting normal puberty development doesn’t create the utopian joy LGBTQ that activists anticipate. The review explains under “Recent Findings”:

Utopian joy? “ Utopia is an ideal place or state, usually one that is unrealistic or unattainable”

I wonder if the people who -according to folklore - believed they were Napoleon Bonaparte were cured by dressing like him and putting on imperial airs and forcing others to refer to them as Your Majesty ?

Until they learn how to fix the brain, these people will remain mentally ill. Cut off a dogs nuts, he's still a male dog. Geld a horse, he's still a male horse. Same thing with people.
As Popeye said, I yam what I yam!

In the case of the medical industry, there's no such thing as "woke."
It's just greed in disguise.
I've read that already this gender affirming care gleans these medical people about $1.2 billion a year and it goes on as long as their paitients live plus more added all the time.

Uncle Ed thought he was a bird. We pasted feathers all over him. He then jumped anyway. Luckily it was a short distance. As Uncle Ed walked away, we heard him say "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly."

If they could stop hating and trying to be God, they wouldn't be so jacked up. This is the closest to labeling the trans-nots mentally ill. And it's so funny how people are pushing educating people (who are simply dealing with life) on mental illness while denying that trans and homosexuals suffer from mental illness.

This article has been my ‘go-to response’ since 2004, after second Daughter was awarded a merit scholarship @JHU, before it became ‘woke,’ thankfully…

My guess is at least 33% of Americans are mentally impaired. Another 1/3rd run around with a ? hovering over their head. The rest of us have sore necks from shaking our heads 24/7.

The same conclusion was reached by D. Paul McHugh at Johns Hopkins years ago. Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and surgical reassignment is not medical care.

Playing "let's pretend" doesn't fix the basic mental illness that makes some people imagine that they are the opposite sex from what they actually ARE and will be forever.
If some mentally ill person insisted that he was a kangaroo, and ran around in a kangaroo suit....it wouldn't help that person for people to go along with the insanity. And he'd NEVER be a kangaroo, either.
This "going along with the fantasy" stuff is just insane in it's own right, and is done for political purposes and to just destroy the country by people who intend to break down the country so that they can take it over.

I always wonder how many in the LGBTQ community were abused as children and that is why they have mental health problems as they grow up. Gender transitions won't solve anything because it is not dealing with the root problem.

The attached video from Bahrain is "troubling" to say the least...Not to mention that the Lt.Cmndr, Nurse Practitioner is not in uniform, but is giving the presentation in an official capacity, at a USN facility, and as the questions become most direct another female naval officer steps up into the center and establishes a "defensive" posture. (I was BORN in the Navy, my father was a medical officer/MD/Pediatrician, served 20 years..HE finds this policy as "Abhorrent" as the parent asking the questions does. As ridiculous as the gender counseling is, it would also seem that pregnancy testing, abortion counseling is also common practice, in contravention of existing Federal Las, and certainly in direct opposition to the Laws of Bahrain)

You mean just like winning the lottery doesn't suddenly make you a new, different person, just someone with lots of money - you're still the same person as before.
Or, you just earned your degree from college, you didn't suddenly become more intelligent than your friends and family members, just someone who has attained a college degree - you're still the same person as before.
same with someone who lost 100 pounds, you didn't suddenly become a new person, just one who isn't as heavy - you're still the same person as before.
