Florida lawmakers are poised to pass a measure that would permit the death penalty for pedophiles who sexually assault children under 12 years old, a move that will likely trigger legal challenges and questions about its constitutionality.
The House will consider its version of the bill (HB 1297) on Thursday, while the Senate version (SB 1342) was cleared by the Rules Committee on Tuesday, paving the way for it to be presented to the full Senate.
The proposed legislation goes against decades of U.S. Supreme Court and Florida Supreme Court rulings that have prohibited the execution of defendants in rape and sexual abuse cases.

Earlier this week we found out that Biden was in on the unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful raid on President Trump’s iconic home Mar-a-Lago.
Now we know that Biden was totally behind the raid because he had to remove President Trump’s executive privilege so the raid could occur. Only Biden could do that.
Right after the illegal raid on Mar-a-Lago, Attorney Mike Davis went on FOX News. He pointed out that the raid was unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful. President Trump had the Presidential Records Act that allowed him to take whatever documents he wanted, classified or not, with him to Mar-a-Lago when he left the White House.

Walmart's decision to shutter four Chicago stores has drawn ire of elected officials representing the Windy City. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) has missed 60 of 82 votes taken this year, and her absence has prompted a whispering campaign suggesting she step down so that the Senate can confirm as many of Biden’s radical left judges as possible.
Feinstein has been home since March 7 after being hospitalized for a bout of shingles. The Senate, which has been in recess since March 31, is set to reconvene on April 17. At that time, the Judiciary Committee will take up several judicial nominations, and Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) believes that Feinstein’s absence will impede the Committee’s ability to vote the judges out.

The Democratic National Committee on Tuesday announced that the party has decided to hold its 2024 national political convention in a city that has been ravaged by decades of one-party Democratic rule: Chicago.
The Windy City has been run by Democratic mayors for 93 consecutive years. The 50-member City Council currently includes zero Republicans. The Cook County Board of Commissioners has 17 seats; 16 are filled by Democrats. So totalizing is the city's unipartisan political culture that recently vanquished mayoral finalist Paul Vallas, a lifelong Democrat, could not overcome the campaign criticism that he was a "Republican in disguise."

One dangerous idea, we were told, was that COVID-19 might have been created in a lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That seems very possible, since the institute studied coronaviruses in bats, and America's National Institutes of Health gave the lab money to perform "gain-of-function" research, experiments where scientists try to make a virus more virulent or transmissible.
A Washington Post writer worried the lab leak theory "could increase racist attacks against Chinese people and further fuel anti-Asian hate."

The New Saint Andrews College recently produced a very powerful video entitled LIES, with the thesis that lies lose all their power when the deceived become wise. With laughter being the best weapon against these lies, it’s the ‘assault weapon’ of choice in the cultural civil war in which we are engaged.
This is why the fascist far-left hates President Trump, Tucker Carlson, and others -- because they puncture their lies and have a good time doing it. The forces of freedom have lightness and laughter

Joe Biden played up his English roots today as he tried to counter claims he is 'anti-British' during a visit to Belfast.
The US president used a speech at Ulster University, marking the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, to deflect criticism over his 'partisan' pro-Irish stance.
In a rambling anecdote, he described how a former US ambassador to the UK had discovered that one of his ancestors wrote the rules of mutiny for the British navy in the 1800s.

“Nuclear warming” is a far greater threat to the world than global warming, “and all it takes is one madman and you’re going to have a problem the likes of which the world has never seen,” former President Trump said in an interview aired on Tuesday.
In a wide-ranging interview with Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, the 2024 Republican presidential candidate expressed concern about the prospect of nuclear war, mused over his dealings with autocratic leaders, and decried that state of world affairs since he left office.

The family of the Louisville mass shooter has broken their silence to condemn his 'senseless acts of violence' and revealed he had mental health problems - but said 'there were never any warning signs' he would commit mass murder.
Connor Sturgeon, 25, was seen entering the bank on East Main Street in Louisville at 8.33am on Monday armed with a legally-purchased AR-15 before opening fire and killing five senior executives and injuring eight other people.
Over the course of six minutes, police were seen driving up to the building and charging down the doors - as gunshots rang out into the streets.

America First Legal (“AFL”) filed a FOIA request with the Office of the Inspector General (“OIG”) for the National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”) to find out more information about the raid on Mar-a-Lago last year. Rather unexpectedly, the OIG responded honestly to the request, turning over records that revealed the White House helping to set up the FBI for the raid. (snip) new NARA records obtained through America First Legal’s investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Mar-a-Lago raid further confirmed that the FBI obtained access to these records through a “special access request” from the Biden White House on behalf of the Department of Justice (DOJ).

History may someday record today as the beginning of the end of the internal combustion engine – and of individual liberty in the U.S.
According to news reports, the EPA is scheduled to release proposed auto emissions standards today on new car sales so stringent that the only way for automakers to meet them would be to shift two-thirds of their fleet to electric.
But wait. How can a regulatory agency do that? Consumers aren’t demanding electric cars. Lawmakers didn’t vote to force them on the public. The Environmental Protection Agency knows better, though, and, unless it’s neutered, plans to force EVs on you – for your own good.

The geopolitical plates are shifting violently as China and Russia form a new axis of evil and once reliable allies are moving away from the United States and toward our adversaries.
Even a major NATO member is openly rejecting American leadership on Taiwan. But don’t even think about blaming any of this on Joe Biden.
The world is churning but the buck never, ever stops on his desk.
The latest example of his media free pass appears via a front page New York Times article that bemoans what it calls a “dearth of diplomacy.”

WASHINGTON — Former Obama White House stenographer Mike McCormick tells The Post that he wants to testify before the federal grand jury in Delaware considering charges against first son Hunter Biden, saying he has relevant information — ignored by the FBI — that implicates President Biden in a foreign influence-peddling “conspiracy.”
“Joe Biden committed crimes in Ukraine in a conspiracy with [current national security adviser] Jake Sullivan,” McCormick said.
“I’m a witness to that happening.”
McCormick visited Ukraine with then-Vice President Biden three times and says that on a 2014 trip, Sullivan — then a Biden national security aide — briefed reporters

Fox News Digital reported on another bombshell in the Hunter Biden scandal which added to the mounting evidence that despite what President Joe Biden claims, it appears he did in fact know about his delinquent drug addict son Hunter’s business dealings. In Fox’s report, “Four business partners, a vice president, and two assistants at Hunter Biden’s now-defunct firm visited the White House more than 80 times when his father was vice president in the Obama administration.” Despite this news, all three evening news broadcasts ignored this bombshell revelation.

Former President Donald Trump said Tuesday that he would 'never drop out' of the presidential race even if he got convicted of a crime, telling Fox News' Tucker Carlson, 'It's not my thing.'
During a Tuesday sit-down at Mar-a-Lago, Carlson had asked if there was anything prosecutors could throw at Trump legally that would convince him to drop out of the 2024 White House race.
The former president said there was not. 'No, I'd never drop out. I'd never drop out,' he replied. 'It's not my thing, I wouldn't do it.'
Trump made the comments after suggesting that President Joe Biden would be the one to bow out.

“Bragg is now trying to cover up his brazen violations of civil rights and his obvious election interference, through today’s frivolous lawsuit to obstruct a congressional investigation.” Mike Davis, the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P) and an advocate for a constitutionalist judiciary, ripped apart the lawsuit from Soros-tied Manhattan District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio).
Bragg last week revealed a legally laughable 34-count indictment of Donald Trump. Bragg charged Trump based on Trump’s supposed hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels through lawyer Michael Cohen. Cohen’s lawyer previously said Cohen privately paid Daniels without a refund from Trump,

An Obama-appointed federal judge hit two teachers who sued over their school district’s mandatory training on becoming an “anti-racist” with nearly $313,000 in attorney’s fees.
Springfield, Missouri teachers Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley sued in 2021 over their school district’s “equity training” on “oppression, white supremacy, and systemic racism,” which they say compelled their speech and forced them to express views they disagreed with as a condition of their employment. Southeastern Legal Foundation, representing the teachers, appealed what they called an “unprecedented and overtly hostile” district court order forcing them to pay attorney fees to the Eighth Circuit on Friday.

The campaign. Not Nikki Haley. That’s the message. For the campaign to claim that Nikki stays above the fray, the campaign sent out a memo full of snark and vinegar. Haley’s campaign manager Betsy Ankney wrote the memo. Mostly she ripped into Trump’s “drama” but she made sure to include her opinion on Governor DeSantis, too. She did not, however, mention Governor Asa Hutchinson or Vivek Ramaswamy by name who have officially entered the GOP primary race.
Governor DeSantis has not officially entered the race but that isn’t stopping the others from jumping ugly on him. Everyone expects him to take the leap when the Florida Legislature completes its session.

Former president Trump on Tuesday claimed that President Biden does not appear to be steering the ship of his own administration, which he said has been hijacked by “vicious, smart” progressives.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson for Fox News, Trump projected that Biden will not be capable of running for president a second time, alluding to his observable deteriorating mental and physical condition.
“I don’t think he can,” Trump told the host. “There’s something wrong.”
Noting Biden’s absence from press events and general checked-out attitude, Trump said “it’s not him” driving much of the agenda being imposed at the federal level.
