Left-wing billionaire and Democrat donor George Soros’ son, Alexander Soros—who chairs the grant-making organization his father founded, Open Society Foundations—has apparently visited the White House numerous times since President Joe Biden (D) took office.
Last year, 37-year-old Alexander Soros had at least a dozen meetings with White House officials, per its visitor logs, the New York Post reported Saturday.
“His latest trips include visiting Dec. 1 with then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s advisor Nina Srivastava, who also worked on Biden’s presidential campaign, the logs show,” the outlet continued:

Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) is threatening legal action against the Biden Administration over proposed Title IX changes, which protects women's opportunities in sports.
The U.S. Department of Education proposes a rule allowing biological males to compete on female sports teams. The law would not allow a school or college to receive federal funding if they impose a "one-size-fits-all" policy that bans transgender students from playing on sports teams consistent with their gender identity.
"South Dakota will not allow this to stand. We will lead. We will defend our laws. Only girls will play girls’ sports,” Noem tweeted. “President Biden, we’ll see you in Court.”

A former California prosecutor called it “troubling optics” and “problematic” that the judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s case donated to President Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.
Former Southern California U.S. Attorney Carol Lam, appearing on MSNBC, said it was “not the best course of action for a judge to have made political contributions.”The judge, Juan Merchan, donated to Biden’s presidential campaign committee and Progressive Turnout Project, a super PAC that fights against Republicans.
While the donations were both less than $20, Lam admitted these donations could negatively affect the American public’s perception of Trump’s trial.

Donald Trump is in Miami this weekend enjoying rounds of golf while watching his polls numbers soar, putting space between him and Ron DeSantis, following the former's indictment in New York several days ago.
The ex-president and current White House candidate played a round Saturday morning at the Trump National Doral hotel in Miami, which boasts four full golf courses.
Trump, sporting an ever-identifiable Make America Great Again cap, looked relaxed as he played the round with some friends, even amidst the chaos of his indictment earlier this week.

The script was so trite that the actors made up much of the dialogue as the cameras rolled. The alleged plot centers on a rich Georgia businessman’s offer of $80,000 to Bandit to drive to Texas and back to fetch him a semi full of Coors beer. In both the movie and real life, you may recall, Coors was illegal east of Texas at the time.

There’s been an interesting development in the prosecution of the January 6 rioters. A three-judge appeals court has ruled 2-1 that the Justice Department can proceed with several hundred cases where defendants are charged with obstructing an official proceeding — for the time being.
What’s still to be decided is whether or not about 300 rioters acted with “corrupt intent” in invading the Capitol building during an official proceeding. And all three appeals court judges questioned whether the prosecution had interpreted “corrupt intent” on the part of the rioters correctly.

The two subjects Democrats like to talk about the most are democracy and existential threats, threats to our democracy and existence. Since Democrats live in a Bizarro world, everything they say is opposite of reality and priority. These threats to our existence if made in opposite order of consequence would be Russia, Iran, North Korea, China, and...drum roll, please...the Democrats themselves!

San Diego federal judge has issued a ruling that blocks four provisions of California's strict handgun law, becoming the second U.S. district judge within two weeks to rule that parts of the state's Unsafe Handgun Act likely violate the Second Amendment.
udge Dana Sabraw's ruling in the San Diego case could potentially open the door for Californians to purchase hundreds of types of semiautomatic pistols that state officials currently deem "unsafe" and thus do not include on a roster of approved handguns. But the judge issued a stay on his decision, giving Attorney General Rob Bonta time to appeal the ruling.

The hideous laws designed to violate almost all parts of the Bill of Rights are finally being struck down as unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court of the State of New York, the state's second highest court, recently ruled the state's so-called "red flag" law unconstitutional. These unconstitutional gun confiscation schemes go by different designations, but they are colloquially known as red flag laws. The gun-grabbing ghouls of the far left are creative in describing their operation.

Within 24 hours of former President Donald Trump’s arrest on 34 overhyped felony counts related to hush-money payments made to conceal an extramarital dalliance, his re-election campaign raised $4 million, and he widened his lead in the Republican primaries to almost 30 percentage points. Yet a CNN poll also found that 60 percent of Americans approve of the indictment. These numbers are probably less important than they might appear. The trial will likely mobilize the base in both parties and pull swing voters in both directions—for a net effect of zero.

Hopefully, more and more Americans are becoming aware that modern liberalism is moving increasingly away from any semblance of normalized, rational thought and behavior. The Left’s whole mindset has become radicalized. One of the Democratic Party’s main coalitions, of course, is based on “race” and “racism,” and thus their followers are being trained to think in those terms and see almost everything through a “racial” lens. It is ludicrous in the extreme, but is an unwavering staple of modern Leftist thought. It isn’t really “thought,” it’s brainwashing, a blind acceptance of propaganda with no real evidence to support it.

When I wrote about Rebekah Jones’ son’s arrest I relied upon the reporting of the Journal for the facts of the case.
I chose to do so despite there being a Miami Herald story because it was biased and left out the most important point: he wasn’t arrested for sharing memes, as they claimed, but for making threats to shoot up a school.
That’s a bit different. The Herald is still soft-pedaling the story and pushing the notion that Jones is being persecuted somehow. And Jones is tweeting up a storm with an ever-changing story. It is a remarkable example of gaslighting, and the Herald is crying about being criticized

In columns over the years, and on countless media appearances in which I’m asked for my opinion about various California Democrats seeking higher office, I’ve consistently made the observation that California Democrats have a very tough time getting traction outside of the state because they’ve never been challenged on their positions or been held accountable by the media in any way. They don’t even need to give campaign speeches or long-form interviews because at this point they don’t need to. So, like Kamala Harris, once the rest of the country gets to see what they’re all about, they’re not fans.

President Biden invited the three Tennessee Democrats who faced expulsion votes to the White House Friday, a day after two of them were ousted from the state legislature for protesting against gun violence.
Biden’s invite and conference call with the trio came on the same day Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Nashville to meet with the lawmakers dubbed the “Tennessee Three.” The White House has not announced if Biden has invited the family members of the six victims of last week’s deadly shooting at the Covenant School – which precipitated the protest at the Tennessee statehouse – to Washington, DC.
